Pleasantly surprised with this motel. Check in was easy. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip to Sedona

This stay is perfect if you like visiting the Sedona shops. It is walking distance to the popular shopping strip with lots of dining options nearby. If you plan on doing a pink jeep tour it's pretty much just across the street from there. Check in was one of the easiest I have ever had! Your custom room code is already programmed into your room door, so all you do is show up and done your in! Room had everything we needed for our short stay. If you're used to bougie hotel stays, this is not for you. We are simple people and came to enjoy the sights. There is no front desk, but management keeps great communication with you from start to finish via text. I would stay here again.

Shopping center motel bring very convenient, parking is easy. Love it

Location is fantastic. my room ws much smaller than expected and there was no desk or sitting area.
-
Great place, great Sedona price, and as close as you can get to shops & restaurants. Easy out to hiking trails in any direction. Highly Highly recommend!
-
Easy access to room Excess traffic, truck noise @ all hours. Too jammed in to its location.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! There could not be a better place to stay in Sedona for location! Parking was so great. The room was bare bones. Could have used more lighting and a full length mirror would have been great. Definitely retro (old!). It was a safe place to stay and we were well rested for our hikes. TV was great. We were in Room 3 and the fridge was working real hard (it was really loud, but it worked so no complaints). It was rundown but we kinda liked the character more than we hated the disrepair.

The location of the Star Motel can’t be beat. Close to everything. Enjoyed the chairs outside the room to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Bed was super comfy and insane water pressure in the shower!
-
Great location. Beautiful views. The hot water in the shower was a little tempermental.
-
Cool place in room 10 up top!
-
No staff. Attention to detail was poor. Mold issue in bathroom.
-
Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance to the main downtown area in Sedona, so it really couldn't be more convenient to explore the area, find places to eat, etc. Would definitely stay there again. It's an excellent value for the location.

Loved the location, tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Water pressure was great in the shower. There was a tea kettle and a refrigerator, which was great for snacks. No staff on site. Room is tiny, if you think you can fit a twin size blow up mattress, you can’t. No closet, no drawers of any kind, barely room for suitcases. Only enough parking spaces for 1 car for each room. Otherwise great room and stay.

You can walk easily to restaurants and shops. Excellent location without being on the main road. Make check out 11:00 am instead of 10:00

These rooms are real small

Great location! Walk around town, good restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable. Great pillows. Easy entry code. We had excellent elk chops at the Cowboy Club just steps away, recommended by The Star. Nothing.
