Only stayed for 2 nights, close to Sea Workd and restaurants, clean, full kitchen in the room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

The first lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The man that came on shift after her was rude and very unpleasant. The room was fairly clean, although there was visible mold in the shower. I wouldn't stay here again.

Afternoon/evening desk clerk Camryn was wonderful and so kind to my daughter every time we interacted! Good breakfast with friendly and attentive staff keeping items full (especially Maribel), nice rooms with soft mattresses, my daughter enjoyed the pool, and proximity to Sea World and Aquatica was perfect for our trip. Would stay here again!

Great staff, the room could definitely use a bit of updating, saw some old water damage and the doors paint was scraped off. Breakfast was great, the shuttle was very convenient. Overall it was a great experience.

The room and dining areas were clean. Breakfast was average, many of the sausages were over cooked. Over night one persons vehicle was broken into. The broke window was still in the parking lot with alot of broke glass. I notified the front clerk, he said they were aware of the incident. The glass should have been cleaned up immediately.

It was clean and comfortable. We had some issues with the toilet flushing properly. There also seem to have mold along baseboard inside the shower.

The minute we walked in the room I knew I could not stay there. The smell was musty and old. We were on the ground floor and the window was so old it still had the latch that you could slide open. Facing the busy street that was a safety concern having a window that slides. The furniture was in terrible, old condition and the carpet was filthy. The bed skirt looked disgusting as did the outdated orange chair that was practically black with dirt. The bathroom was ridiculous as well. Moldy black grout and rust. I did not unpack but went and stayed at another place while my husband remained there as we had already paid for the room for 10 days. It was a terrible experience and expensive to pay for two different places. The pictures in no way depicted the room we were given. It really ruined our 10 day vacation.

Large comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was very great and plenty. A modern gym and nice pool. This was very well suited for our 2 day stay. On friday night, the bar on the side of the hotel can be noisy.

We asked for cleaning and thought the room would just be taken care of, but it wasn’t. When I asked about it, they told me housekeeping is only done on certain days and you have to schedule it at the front desk. By the way we weren’t informed at the moment of the check in.

At check in I went to see my room and found a cockroach in the restroom. Immediately went to the lobby and I got my room change and got told that pest control had gone to that room but I guess it didn’t work .. breakfast was decent but not happy that waffle maker not available during the week only on weekends ..

They have awesome breakfast, friendly staff, and kitchenette in every room. Very close to Sea World and the Air Base.

On previous visits the breakfast was much better. The juice machine was still out of order. They did offer juice in carafes. There was no batter for the waffle maker. No fresh fruit or granola bars. We stayed for 4 days and the hallway was never vacuumed. There were crumbs and trash from the elevator to my room. It was the holiday week so it may have been a shortage of staff with the vacuuming. I hope these problems are fixed. I love staying there.

It’s a busy hotel so it is what it is but the TV did not work in one of our rooms and since the hotel was fully booked we got a bad room.

There is no place to handle towels! We were in the last room of the hotel and there were problems with the water. Easy and fast check in and check out.

We requested rooms with king beds and got queens. The billing is wrong and we have been overcharged. The staff at the desk seemed more interested in getting out of sight and back in the office than being at the front desk. They also seem to need more training on their systems.

Booked a double bed room and when i arrived at the hotel they did not have my room. They gave me a full bed and sofabed. I had to sleep on a chair because it was not enough space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was extremely polite and welcoming. I also loved that checkout was at 12:00 — it gave us time to enjoy a relaxed morning and have breakfast without rushing. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to San Antonio sea world. The rooms were clean with excellent breakfast. The transportation shuttle to sea world was very helpful.

I loved this hotel! The breakfast offerings were wonderful, and the room was quiet and smelled great. It was reasonably priced for what I got. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in San Antonio.

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a family trip to SeaWorld! The shuttle service to and from the park made everything so convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay stress-free we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay when doing a Sea World trip. Clean. Safe. Worth the stay.

From check-in to checkout everyone was great. Breakfast was good plenty of options especially for a picky toddler. The shuttle service was excellent able to take us to SeaWorld and pick us up no extra charge and was extremely timely!

This was my second stay it was not as good. The AC in the first room was not working well and instead of moving us right away we were told to wait an hour…we did…it did not cool off. So at 11p we were making allowed to move. The second room looked like it was not cleaned properly. Hairs in the shower and sink. Also the shower backed up quickly and the towel holder was falling off the wall. This was not my best time there.

This location is perfectly located near Seaworld, Six flags and only 15-20 minutes from downtown, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay

The rooms are very nice and updated. The convenience of a full kitchen was such a steal for the price as it was very affordable! It’s less than a mile away from Seaworld which we visited for my daughter’s birthday and with 2 day passes it was nice to easily be able to go back to our room to rest. Completely breakfast was great and my husband and I also utilized the gym. Of course it’s limited but it’s definitely enough to get the job done! 10/10 will stay again!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The overall rooms were just okay though. There was no A.C. in the hallways, so, it was a bit stuffy in the hotel. I had a hard time keeping my room comfortable temperature wise. Excellent location though and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend for a short stay but not a long one.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Such a convenient location for SeaWorld and the shuttle service was PLUS! Pool was nice and clean. Only downside was the breakfast eggs, texture and flavor were not the best. Other breakfast items were good. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel that we would stay at again.

While the hotel generally met expectations, the condition of the bathroom requires attention. Specifically, the shower area exhibited deteriorating caulking and mildew growth. Upon reporting this to the front desk, the response received was, "We'll send someone to fix it."

They have the best pool. And my suite was so great. I love that it had an actual bedroom so my kids could watch tv in the other area while I slept in the room. Great hotel! And they have a shuttle to sea world.

We really like how Jose the breakfast person kept everything clean in the breakfast area. A guest went to get ice with her big dog and he talk to her. She left and he started cleaning where the dog was at.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! don’t stay here staff really rude (one person in particular) after check out surprise extra charge of $100 per room , we were a big group around 20 rooms and they charge $100 per room and the explanation was for extra noise and extra garbage we called corporate and they said that they don’t suppose to charge for that , and us as parents they never told us about the noise, we have an open case already . I need to mention that is really close to Seaworld so I imagine that they expect families with children , if they do not like that just put adults only

Booked a Suite a month ahead of time, showed up and room wasn’t available and no suites would be open for the weekend. Tried canceling and Front Desk kept giving me the run around since I booked through third party, wouldn’t give me my money back and wanted me to wait until manager would show up. I waited 20 min and had to leave to appointment planned a month ago that I couldn’t miss, so I settled to get a double bed room that wasn’t even available until that night. Front desk never apologized, manager never showed face, and I was never followed up by anyone for their mistake. I have never seen such rude and not welcoming behavior before at a Marriott franchise. Will never stay here again.

Close to sea world.

The air conditioner was LOUD and would rattle every time it kicked on which made sleeping difficult. Due to the high temps outside, it would turn on and off all night making the same noises each time starting up.

The hotel was ok. There was a layer of dust on the chair and kitchenette. Bathroom was poorly constructed and there was no hot water when I took my shower. We only stayed one night.

Fresh breakfast was good. Nice staff, no complaints. (Please note that they only have walk in showers and no bathtubs if you are traveling with kids)

Nice room, clean. Towels were clean and didn’t smell funky, as were the sheets and pillows. Breakfast was well appointed with a good variety of options. Only annoying things were no hooks to hang towels and half-glass shower wall that lets water get on the floor.

The hotel was right across Sea world which was amazing because we only came for the day. The breakfast was also really good and I liked it that they were open til 10am. On the other hand, our room was filthy. I felt like only the sheets were changed. The shower had visible mold all along the floor. The floor felt slimy. We only stayed for the night therefore I didn’t tell the receptionist up front. I reserved this place given that it was a 9.4 rating but I give it at 5/10.

Our stay was nice, it was close to Sea World . We had a couple housekeeping issues but the front desk was prompt to take care of them after we reported.

At the start of the trip, the front desk wasn’t the friendliest and then only one elevator was working. Mid trip, the only other elevator also stopped working. Housekeeping was supposed to come to our room every other day but did not clean the entire 4 days we were there. Every time we needed anything, we unfortunately had to deal with Ethel, the not so friendly front desk staff. The area is perfect for where we needed to be, but we will find another place to stay next time.

I liked that the two rooms we had were together. Although breakfast was good, maybe more hot choices could have been made available.

Comfortable and Convenient

1) the bathroom was not great. A ring of pink/black mold around the entire bottom was very off putting. Also, only half the shower was closed in with a piece of glass. There was no door, leaving the other half wide open. 2) the tv had a weird blue tone to the picture It was hard to watch and there was no way to change the settings. Since we only spent one night it wasn’t worth a call to the front desk. 3) It was pretty warm and humid in the room even with the AC set to 66. Overall, 6/10. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again.

Enjoyed staying in this hotel for a few days, but there were just little things like one of the elevators were not working, the TVs had a funny viewing that could not be changed but overall, it was very nice and accommodating

I liked the location. I didn't like the continental breakfast setup to small and the coffee was all ways cold. One of the elevator wasn’t working.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, however the fold out mattress was very uncomfortable. The smoke alarm went off 3 times throughout the evening which was a little frustrating since it was very late in the evening. Overall was a good atay.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. Would stay here again. The price was good for one night stay.

The only issue I had in the room I stayed in is that there was a black color on the bottom caulking inside the shower. I wasn’t sure if it was mold or if it was just dark and dirty. My wife and I didn’t feel like reporting it and change rooms. We just avoided to touch it in the shower. Aside from the black caulking in the shower, the place was fine. Breakfast was great when it came to selections and the attentiveness of the attendants.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, a lot of options. The coffe was also good but ran out almost every day and took like 20 minutes to get refilled. The patio outside the front entrance was left uncleaned for a while on our first night, i saw sunflower seed shells all over the ground that remained for several days I also saw a cup of OJ that sat on a table for 2 days before i decided to throw it out. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room under the bed was very dusty and had debris, the paint on the cabinets was all scuffed up and scrapped as well as the bathroom cabinets. There were stains on multiple surfaces (walls,door,sofa) the main issue i had was my room lost water pressure several times, twice when i was showering it completely shut off while i had shampoo in my hair! I asked the front desk about it and was told a plumbing issue was being addressed but it continued for several days.

Pretty clean

Our room was spacious and well lit, which is something that is very much needed and appreciated by me in a hotel room. We had plenty of towels, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet which was nice as my husband is a light sleeper when we are away from home. All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience.

My Bathroom was not clean and there was hair all over the shower floor. AC only cooled to 75 not to mention there was all kind of stuff all over the sheets. Grossed me out bc there are pets allowed.
