did not have breakfast some guests were having a party out next by the pool that starded at 3 pm at arrownd 8 pm I ask the person at the front desk to please tell them to turn down the volum of the music, the ignore and continue with there low music, they did not, at 11 pm I ask your front desk person to call the police and she told me that she could not do that and so then I ask to call the police , I was not the only gues that was complaining, so at arrownd 12 midhnight I ask to be moved to a diffrent room located away from the music, and is when the front desk person told the security guard to tell them that if they did not turn the music off and go to their room or she will call the police, and is when they turn there music off and went to their room

Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week.

Room was clean, a little small. Breakfast was decent. The cookies and coffee were good. Did not like paying $10/day for surface parking out in the far edges of a city. The rooms next to and above us were very loud late into the night. They could use better sound barriers in the building.

Guests in 306 were rudely loud with heavy foot-stepped adult(s)5 & continuously running and jumping. We complained 3 times to no avail. I asked for a top floor room. Children and teens belong on a ground floor. Reserved room on the option with roll in shower and was only offered one AFTER my third party check in review and we had already unpacked.

Our breakfast experience was fabulous, thanks to Maria. We went to breakfast Saturday at 8:30, expecting it to be busy. There were no open tables and lots of people. Maria was working the breakfast area, and was working hard. She was cleaning tables, keeping all the food stocked, and answering questions, all with a smile. The food was good, and she did a great job keeping the area clean, which was no small feat with so many people. She definitely made this visit great.

The hotel was dirty. We found a roach on tv, blood stain on the pull out bed of the sofa, and a dirty tooth brush by the bed. I even took photos. When hotels.com tried to contact them they would not reimburse me even with the photos-despite the front desk lady telling me all I had to do was contact Expedia. Then I tried to personally call the manager Bertha who told me she checked the room herself and there was nothing there. Keep in mind I had pictures of the stuff. Worst manager-she was rude and making it seem like it was my fault for being disappointed

Not very clean. Close to Sea World but otherwise leaves a lot to be desired. Has very old look, feel, and smell. Bathtub was peeling, lamps were rusty, all the furniture was chipped up, chair and carpet were dirty/stained. High priced for this type of hotel especially because they make you PAY FOR PARKING.

The pictures do not match the rooms. Our bathroom floor was sticky. There was a booger on the wall. The cords were all dusty and not all the outlets worked. Felt old and gross. Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in.

Property showing some age as our closet door kept on coming off it’s track and was damaged at the top, and there was an apparent wall repair in our room but they didn’t complete the job by painting the repaired area.

Had a horrible experience, was awakened by this “room manager” Bertha Torres with two police officers around 8 am with loud banging on my room door, claiming that she keeps getting signals from some smoke alarm in my room, confused at first i let them in to check, I thought it was a safety issue that they needed to check and since there were no smoke I would be able to go back to sleep, to my chock the officers asked me to leave because of this lady despite none of them could confirm nor smell any smoke, I asked to speak to a manager with a better judgment than someone who obviously lacks it terribly, with no response, at this point she left dealing with the officers who explained that they have nothing but I do with this, I didn’t want to give the officers a hard time, so I got my stuff and left to deal with the matter from outside, I didn’t rest at all, broken sleep, left with out a shower in the morning after a snow/sleet storm, felt violated, humiliated, betrayed, defrauded with my time, money and dignity, called corporate waiting to see what comes out of this, other wise I will sue the establishment and press charges on this Bertha Torres who has zero insight nor manors, nor judgement, she broke in to my room without my permission and falsely accusing with something that could be easily checked by anyone else, left the GM a voicemail even went tracking him to inform him, haven’t even heard back from him. This is a suggestion…a possible addition could be a module with USB ports. Although we always travel with our own charge cords and “bricks,” the only two our room had were the ones behind the TV. We have family in the area and will certainly stay there again. Thanks and have a blessed Christmas!

Absolutely the best hotel experience I've ever experienced in my life of 61 years. Clearly committed to excellent service in all aspects of one's stay and not to mention an outstanding price to boot - wow!!

The location was great because it gives access to the highway. Very close to SeaWorld which was the purpose of the trip. The thing that was surprising was that there was a $8 per day parking fee which the front desk waived. If I had known about the parking fee when I booked I would have went someplace else. Room size was a little small with 2 queen beds. They do not do housekeeping every day which is a negative in my opinion. I'm on vacation and want my room cleaned every day. The pandemic is over so they can't use that as an excuse anymore.

It does mention that they are not responsible in the parking lot. I’m parking my car outside your establishment, you should have more secure for people that are .

Did not like that I had to pay for parking while staying at hotel. If they had a shuttle service to SeaWorld I would understand but they don’t. So paying for was an inconvenience to enter online to avoid a $75 ticket over night.

First of all, I was not made aware of a parking fee per day for this hotel stay. The website only stated parking was available and nothing about a fee. This should be noted next to parking available or included in the price of the stay. Also for the price I paid for a king size bed hotel room I expected a little more space in the room. It was literally just the bed and barely enough room for a small desk and chair. I had another family member staying at a different hotel and for the a little less than the price I paid had a king size bed suite with a separate living room and kitchen. It was also a Marriott hotel. When we checked in a little after 4pm the clerk that checked us in did not go over any of the amenities (ex: breakfast times, pool hours, check out time,etc).

The first room was very smelly. But the front desk change rooms for us. So think you for that.

Didn’t like the parking. I was charged for 2 days $16 when I arrived at 4:30pm and left the next morning at 9:30. Should have been free or only $8 for one day. Contracted to 2nd party so reception desk can’t help.
