We stayed with our family. The room and bathroom were both spacious. There was no microwave so be prepared for that. Parking also costs $25 per night which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. The property is great overall especially for families.

Clean room with comfy beds. Located near Sea World. Friendly staff and restaurant in hotel is decent. The host nightly movies for children outdoors by the pool. I have stayed here several times and enjoy the convenience of the location for work and play!

It’s a very kid friendly place!! Mosquitos, forget about it! I did not feel a single one. The staff is very friendly, they have an itinerary for kid activities throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10!

It’s a beautiful hotel. All services are great. The room is clean and organized. All staffs are friendly.

Checkin was ok, staff were not very welcoming. The room was not clean, toilet had urine around rim of seat, The floor of restroom was gross and hotel toiletries were not refilled. Note the hotel does sit near a neighborhood so as soon as I opened the balcony I smelled marijuana. Overall the experience was ok, I will not return to this location.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. If you are going to SeaWorld, the location of this hotel is the best, the amenities and environment are family friendly. The only thing that we don’t like is that they don’t have a kid’s menu in their restaurant. Everything else is awesome. We really like it, and will be back a third time.

Great for families. We brought our two boys, ages 5 and 2. And it was extremely fun for them! Lots of activities for both ages, the pool was definitely a hit!!

The hotel is lovely and near to Sea World. All the outdoor area by the pool was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant served goid food in generous portions. All of the staff were "Texas Friendly" and professional.

The front desk staff made our trip so great. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday treat and she felt so loved. Above and beyond! We will be back!

They charge $35 resort fee with no amenities and they charge for parking and have no shuttle service even to local establishments. Not a very good deal at all.

Only reason I gave this hotel a 4 star was because 1) they charge for parking and 2) breakfast restaurant was understaffed. Multiple people were allowed to be seated before my family and another couple who had been waiting just because these went and sought out a table without signing in with the “hostess”. They clearly had a Wait to be Seated sign. Said hostess was running around cleaning tables and helping the 2 waitresses that were working for a restaurant full of people. The waitress was really nice and the breakfast and coffee was really good. Otherwise, it was chaos.

Poor room 355 noise from outside fans. Manager argumentative with no other rooms available, then after argument a room appeared. Also all night long played music outside our window over front carpark and did not know how to turn it off.

The hotel itself is great, but I was disappointed by the additional fees. Charging $25 per night for parking on the property seems excessive, and the $39.48 nightly destination fee per accommodation feels unreasonable. These extra costs significantly impact the overall value of the stay.

It was a really nice experience! We all enjoyed the pools, the breakfast and the s’mores particularly. The staff were really nice and the shuttle to sea world was greatly appreciated. We could definitely come again!

My only qualm was the absolute insane wait time for breakfast. It took about 30 minutes to seat us and another 20 to take our order. I gave 4 stars for the staff because I couldn't tell you if it was an issue with the wait staff or management not hiring enough help/over working them. I waitressed about 10 years ago and didn't think the breakfast was very busy but it's hard to say what else they could be responsible for in the back. Also, the wait staff was extremely friendly despite the wait time and the breakfast bowl was delicious. The bloody Mary had no vegetables or garnish which was a disappointment! I would think it could be elevated to be a Texan style with some options. The bartender was very nice and professional though so again, 4 stars for staff because I truly think they were doing the best they could and maybe management needs to tighten things up on their end.

Very great place to stay, very clean. Only thing i did not like was how the showers did not get hot enough but other than that it was a pleasure to stay.

Stayed here a weekend with my family and rooms were very clean. Comfortable stay. Also enjoyed the pool area and it had a bar with a sweet bartender who made the trip that much better. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to San Antonio.

The kiddie pool was perfect for our toddler! She didn’t want to get out! By far that was my favorite part of the hotel. The smores at night and the patio area were just so cozy too. My fiancé said the gym was clean and beautiful with a lot of updated equipment. A lot of people seemed to complain about the parking situation. But, I didn’t mind paying knowing that our car would be secure and wouldn’t get broken into. Our suite was clean. But the bedsheets did have hair strands that didn't belong to anyone in my family and there were crumbs or bits of debris between the sheets. I noticed them the first night we stayed. I’m a huge germaphobe and immediately shook the sheets and sprayed Lysol everywhere. Minus the situation with the sheets, the hotel was beautiful and staff was kind! We can’t wait to go back! Hopefully, the cleaning staff will be better at throughly cleaning.

Friendly staff, that’s about it. They say they’re pet friendly and charged me 150$ to bring my little doggy, but I was forced to stay in my room! Not allowed anywhere in the breakfast room, not even in the bar area with my doggy! I was allowed room service or pick-up and take to my room. That’s not dog friendly! And on top of that the balcony raining in my King Suite was literally covered in Pigeon ?!! I asked them to clean it please, and they did. Shouldn’t have to!!

The room and staff were what one would expect of a Hilton. Our attempt at breakfast, however, fell far short of satisfactory. Coffee, oatmeal and eggs were essentially at room temperature, i.e., cold. Our young waitress attempted to correct the issue with cold coffee but that was not the case.

The campfire breakfast was really good. Enjoyed the pancakes with potatoes and bacon. Enough to share if you also want to get an omelet and maybe add another breakfast meat (my mom and aunt added sausages the first day and ended up not being able to finish it all, so I got to have some pancakes). So we would eat there again despite the wait.

The location was great for Seaworld. The hotel rooms weren’t the cleanest and the outside courtyard had many used towels and glasses left scattered all over. Food was decent at the spurs restaurant.

We had a little trouble with our first room but staff quickly resolved it and moved us to a new room. The kids loved the pool and the transportation to Sea World was very convenient!

The fees were ridiculous. We paid $151.00 per night. Self parking for a Hilton $22.00 per day and every other imaginable fee. Our bill for 4 nights was $1,150. We had breakfast 3 days, 1 lunch and several diet cokes. No alcohol. I would not recommend using Expedia.

When we arrived, the woman checking us in was pleasant but mentioned many times how busy it was and how overwhelmed she was feeling. She didn’t have much help, I felt bad for her. We got into our room and it was warm and humid, the temp set at 68. We turned it down in hopes that the room just needed air circulation. The fridge wasn’t working, and we had fruit, snacks and drinks for our family. We let the woman (someone different) at the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at (3:30p). We were looking forward to going to the pool (our son loves to swim) and when we got down there, it was very small and insanely crowded. Pictures are not honest at all. We weren’t allowed to take in any snacks or drinks, and it took 45 minutes for someone to show up at the bar for us to order anything. The pool was bath water warm and murky. Not once did I see staff checking on it or attempting to help keep it clean. Back in the room, 2 hours later, the room was not any cooler and still humid, fridge still not working. We called down and they said they hadn’t had a chance to look at it and would send someone up. 2 hours more and I tried to call the desk, multiple times, with no answer. The bathroom was dirty, the beds HARD and the carpet felt moist. Hands down the worst hotel stay we’ve experienced, won’t be returning.

I know this property was recently renovated, so not sure what it looked like before; but it was definitely very nice! Loved the pools, games in the courtyard, and the fact that they had things available to make things fun for our kids. The outside bar wasn't open during our stay, so can't speak on that. The restaurant was decent, they could work on a few things...but they have a little bit of everything and the ingredients were fresh. It also made for a nice option if you didn't want to fight traffic and construction around the area. Our room was great and layout was really nice. The wet bar was a great addition, and I liked the separate lounging area from the bedroom. Another plus was the bathroom. The separate tub and shower was awesome!! Sea World is 5 minutes away, which was a big selling point considering we were in town for that reason. There are also a lot of options nearby for dining, coffee, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment options.

was hot, bathroom floor was dirty had not been mopped. The hall outside our room smelled like a wet dog. We went to the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant was not very busy it took a long time to get our food. My meal was not cooked they way I asked. Flies were all around our table we could not enjoy our dinner. Food was still on the carpet under our table from the morning. (Scramble eggs) was under table. When checking out mentioned to the from desk. The young man did not seem interested at all. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed in Hilton!

This place was awful ! We got there the hallway stunk and when we got in the room it was dirty and the sheets weren’t clean! They sent us to a different room but the sheets and the bed were still dirty ! And when we asked for a refund they wouldn’t pick up when Expedia called them !

This hotel is the perfect place to stay while visiting San Antonio. The staff is great, the environment is fantastic, and there are plenty of fun activities to enjoy.

The hotel staff was great; I rolled in grumpy and Michael was gracious, kind, helpful … lifting my spirits and making my stay in San Antonio a positive one. The hotel was very clean with large rooms, bathrooms and fitness center.

The resort fee and parking fees are exorbitant and irrational. They act like it’s across the street from Sea World (it’s not). Otherwise, fine but doesn’t justify the expense. This is not a resort. It’s a small business hotel with a pool that’s smaller than the photos imply and not as clean as it should be. Luke warm hot tub. You can do much better in the vicinity for less. Staff was very pleasant and eager to accommodate everything except exorbitant fees and dramatically overpriced everything, lol.

Room was nice except patio door wouldn’t lock. That wasn’t fun for 2 days to not be able to lock my room

The activities for the kids, and the distance from Seaworld.

I had a room with a Hard Noise constant Motor all day and night I asked for another room and the same answer as always; there are no more rooms left

We had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely, there was family movies and s'mores in the courtyard and a pool for the littles. The property and rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a great stay; room was more than I expected., very nice, clean, everyone was very friendly and hopeful.

We liked that it was near SeaWorld. Otherwise we didn’t like that the shower was not cleaned as we noticed a used soap. Also the loud after hours music playing in the patio. Not sure if that’s normal. Second day was off. Thank you!

The amenities, the pools and the staff was great

Had no issues. The only drawback was did not know about the $22 a day parking fee while booking did not see any of that information. But other than that highly recommended

I loved my room, However Nobody Told Me turn on FRIDGERATOR!!!!!!! Lost 3 days of food. Could NOT get Incoming Callls. And lastly, Restaurant serving Uncooked Pork/Bacon

they are very nice and have a lot of activities for families. there is no laundry, free parking or free breakfast as was listed on Expedia.

Pros: Liked the proximity to SeaWorld and the shuttle they provide every hour. Staff was sweet. Clean and reasonably priced. Would've loved a spa and tennis space. Cons:Adjoining rooms were annoying, I could hear all the children yelling in the next room for all my stay, water didnt drain properly from the tub, and movies shown were a bit dated for smaller children (e.g Lizzie Mcguire)

Nice room, however website version of 3 pools is very misleading. Not a very large area no shade, not enough chairs, and poor excuse for 3 pools.

Love it, great service. Perfect for families with little kids just to have a relax time.

This was my first time at this property and I loved it! Very nice and clean. Staff was very prompt. Great place for kids! Only reason why I am not giving 5 starts is because the pool wasn’t very kept. It was super warm and in Texas it’s very hot outside. The hot tub water flows into the main pool. However, will most definitely return!!!

I’m grateful for small things that were nice! But overall, I’m sad to say I wouldn’t revisit this place! Customer service was the most disappointing. Lack of kindness and connection from front desk. Not looking up when we are standing there, not smiling, etc. there were a few nice employees. Maids were the nicest of all. But overall, for the money, not worth it at all. Pools were nice and mostly clean! Loved the cushions on pool chairs! Rooms were clean and comfortable. But wifi was down almost the entire time. You also have to pay for parking ($22 a night) book down the road at the Hyatt vacation club if you can! You’ll LOVE IT!

Pools were dirty, small pools for the size of the hotel, when booking the room nothing was mentioned about paying for parking until the reservation was made. Bathroom tiles were chipping, flaking, not put together right, hastily built. Shower would leak water onto the floor.

The restaurant/bar was really good! Too many unsupervised kids in the pool and no hotel employee to enforce.

My room was not ready on time. The ac was not working and they gave me another room on the second floor and make me wait and hour for to have a room ready for me.

This was a last minute reservation and not cheap. Checked in, took a quick shower and headed out to the kids birthday party I was there for. Got back & got things together to head out for dinner. Once back from dinner I was trying to plug a charger behind the couch where I notices large brown piles of something. I couldn't tell if it was dirt or poop (I have a video) so I called the desk and they only asked "if I wanted them to vacuum it up or leave it there?" NEVER an offer for a new room, apology or anything. My son originally wanted to sleep on the couch but I eneded up not even being able to sleep due to being disturbed about this so I put my son in the bed and stayed on the couch all night...up! This was a horrible experience. I also want to say I gave them a card to put on file when I checked in. When I got back that night I needed to give them my license plate number & he said they didn't have one on file & I expressed that I didn't want to be charged twice. I tapped my card again. Woke up this morning to 2 holds and a charge. Overall this was a completely horrible experience and not worth the money. A few other things to note were the stains in the toilet, the shower and vents peeling, the tiles in the top of the closet, etc.

It was great to have so much much for our littles to do! The splash pad and the s’mores were our favorites! Our kids are 2 and 7, but with 2 bars, a hot tub, and two pools there is something for everyone!
