It was very clean. When we needed anything, it was done pretty quickly. The breakfast was good hot and fresh every morning and the social hours were just the icing on the cake. The manager was such a friendly person. Loved him. Nothing! It was great 10/10 would it again. I didn’t even want to leave. We will forever pick staybridge to stay from now on!!!

Very well kept, comfortable beds, breakfast was fantastic, the lobby was wonderful, the fact there was onsite laundry you could do was amazing, the staff were absolutely great We did find some trash from previous users of the room and the pool needed to be cleaned.

The hotel and the building is great but it smells like dog. All the hallways smell like dog food. I think they should a sign an area that is pet free

Room was well equipped with kitchen supplies and nice set up with couch, table, desk, etc. The breakfast was horribly managed. Not enough staff to maintain the buffet area and keep the tables clean. Very disappointing.

When checking in, i was asked for another card. I thought it was for incidentals. So i provided a card. When i got to my room the door was propped open and unsecure. I called front desk and she acted like it was super inconvenient to get a different room. I do not know who had access to the room. After arguing, i did get a new room. The room had broken tile around the toilet and tub, shower head had calcium build up and looked disgusting, Now 4 days later, I realized that my card was charged. Not in a pending status, called and spoke to christy and she said, oh well nothing she can do until a manager looks at it the next day. Ridiculous. I paid twice for a single night, not asking for something that needs an approval. They basically stole from me.

The staff was so helpful. Front desk Jaymes made our stay 1000% more enjoyable. This is the second time we stay. And even booked a room for my in laws. We went to Seaworld for Easter weekend. Food is delicious

The bed is old, (I checked)and very uncomfortable. The sink is broken. Not cracked. Broken. You could easily cut your hand on it.Marriot has enough money to fix a sink. I went there for the price.

I loved the extra comfortable beds, the excellent breakfast, we had a functional kitchen in our room and we had free transportation to Sea World and Aquatica. Actually there was nothing I didn’t like.

Bed was hard

Clean and the breakfast was very good! Check in was a bit lengthy for some of my family members, some how there was no true communication or structure to ensure if the rooms were clean or not.

The sofa bed was a little dirty with no fitted sheet on the bed but the flat sheet and blanket did the job just fine. There was a soap left behind in the bath tub from previous occupants, but not a big factor just an annoyance.

Room set up would have been nice with proper doors Bed bugs. There were big stacks of mattresses outside, maybe thats why they were getting rid of them. Also annoying the bedroom doors don't close all the way or lock or anything

This hotel was clean, no issues with strange people, & the location was excellent. The staff was friendly & prompt to respond the 1 time we needed anything from them. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. It was an actual breakfast, not a continental breakfast. From here on, we're staying here.

The people were awesome. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were good. The pool was clean. The barbecue grill worked great I would recommend five stars. If I go back to San Antonio that will be the place I stay at. The breakfast was good. The social night was really good free wine, and beer. How could you not like it?

Everything was good..my initial room had a smell and they immediately moved me.. The breakfast was good every morning, the meal in the evening were awesome too! My son loved the small pool! My favorite part was the free ride to and from SeaWorld!! I’ll definitely be staying again!

This hotel offers a good breakfast and sometimes has a light dinner on special nights. Located maybe 5 min from Seaworld and has plenty dining around. Easy to find and check in.

The sofa in the room desperately needs to be replaced, the shower head came off, and the bedroom doors would not close properly. Since they are renovating, I expect there items will be addressed. They did respond to our complaints timely and professionally and the stay was great otherwise.

We did not get the room we reserved the couch had holes in them and it the floor was wet from drainage. I try to speak to management about it no one would help me. Not a good experience at all. The convenience of SeaWorld being close was the only good thing.

The hotel room was very cozy. I loved the amenities. Having a full sized refrigerator, living room separate sleeping area, etc. The breakfast was really good too. The staff greeted me at the front and was very accommodating. Much appreciated! Thank you for a great day!

Registration was not the best experience. The front desk woman was on a personal call when I arrived and was not happy she had to help me. The whole registration process was rushed and she kept telling me not to worry about that and to initial and sign. Afterwards I parked and returned with my family and dogs. As I entered she asked me if my dogs were planning to sleep in the room, I said of course! She next stated I would have to pay as she didn’t charge me. Again she rushed through the process to get back on her personal call and failed to ask if I had any pets. I told her to charge me as I was not denying to pay the fee, in fact I thought it was already included as this is a dog friendly hotel. After that issue was sorted out the sofa bed in the room only had a sheet and no blanket. I returned to the front desk to ask for a blanket, the same lady said she would tell someone to bring a blanket to the room. After an hour of waiting for the blanket I called the front desk and the man who answered said he would bring me one. He personally walked over to our room and handed us a blanket. After 5 hours of driving in traffic and arriving at night our family and dogs were tired. We just wanted to rest. I am very appreciative of the male staff that brought over the blanket as soon as he hung up the call. Other than that our stay was good, nice location and close proximity to tourists attractions.

We stayed here for Christmas and the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating and supportive in my kids having to spend Christmas away from home. They made us feel welcomed. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast and evening dinner food was better than any other hotel food we’ve experienced.

Currently under construction so there’s some dust and smells from construction but otherwise very well maintained property. Our stay was still very comfortable. Look forward to coming again once the remodel is completed.

Conveniently located to SeaWorld we opted to stay here. Nothing impressive at all about this motel. We didn’t plan on spending any time here so so it was adequate. Sleeper sofa was disgusting so our child ended up sleeping in the king size with us.

Others were right! Stay away. Luckily we were there for less than 7 hours. This hotel needs some major updates. Kid you not, our Two Bedroom hotel room looked nothing like the photos. My toddlers walked in and said this hotel room is old dad. The two bedroom doors were broken, bathrooms looked like it was falling apart. Bed mattress was horrible and literally sleeping on just springs. As a person who rarely complains. It was pretty bad. Even the floors were so thin it felt like I was walking on thin plywood like my garage attic. There was even a guy in a golf cart sitting in the parking lot starring at us. He eventually towed vehicles that night. Wish I had photos of the room but at the end of the day, it just wasn’t worth it. The only thing that made it up was the breakfast. It was a basic eggs and sausages but it made my morning. Front staff were amazing. Quick check in and out. Stay here if you really don’t care about quality. Not for this price though. This hotel is not up to par as the one in my hometown. Buildings getting old and heavily used for years. Take my advice if you have kids, go somewhere else.

Others were right! Stay away. Luckily we were there for less than 7 hours. This hotel needs some major updates. Kid you not, our Two Bedroom hotel room looked nothing like the photos. My toddlers walked in and said this hotel room is old dad. The two bedroom doors were broken, bathrooms looked like it was falling apart. Bed mattress was horrible and literally sleeping on just springs. As a person who rarely complains. It was pretty bad. Even the floors were so thin it felt like I was walking on thin plywood like my garage attic. There was even a guy in a golf cart sitting in the parking lot starring at us. He eventually towed vehicles that night. Wish I had photos of the room but at the end of the day, it just wasn’t worth it. The only thing that made it up was the breakfast. It was a basic eggs and sausages but it made my morning. Front staff were amazing. Quick check in and out. Stay here if you really don’t care about quality. Not for this price though. This hotel is not up to par as the one in my hometown. Buildings getting old and heavily used for years. Take my advice if you have kids, go somewhere else.

The stay was great. The only disappointing part was that we booked 2 rooms at this hotel spending almost $1,000 for 2 nights because of the shuttle that they provide to and from Sea World. It’s a convenience to have the option to ride it and not have to pay to park. After we booked and checked in, we found out that the shuttle doesn’t run until 11 when the park closed so we would have to leave the park early or drive our own car and pay for parking. So we ended up having to pay for parking.

Location was great room was good. Appeared cleaned but after the kids got out of the shower they walked around barefooted and when they went to bed the bottom of there feet where so dirty we had to wash them again and had to make sure they wore there shoes the rest of the stay. That was hard since we stayed 3 nights. Also noticed trash behind the night stand when plugging in are chargers. When looking for a missing sock we noticed that under the beds looked like they hadn’t been touched upped as well. We did notice that they are updating around the hotel and hopefully the rooms can get some updates as well as the beds. I couldn’t get out of our bed without waking up my wife since it was so loud getting into an out of bed. I will say the location is great since we were 3min from Sea World and that was the main reason for our stay. I would probably book again but will make sure we take extra socks for the dirty floors that need to see a mop.

We stayed a weekend and our ac was not working we called the front office and no one ever came to check it throughout the stay . Also the bathtub wouldn’t drain also called and when down to tell the front desk and still nothing. Our stay was not the best plus we had ants in our room also told the front desk and nothing was done about any of our issues

Perfect place for a family to stay visiting seaworld. The shuttle from the hotel to seaworld worked out perfectly! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Breakfast yielded many options for picky eaters. Older hotel, but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Most dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Kids feet inside the hotel were black after walking around for 10mins. Stains on the chairs and walls. This hotel hasn’t been updated in at least 25yrs.

It was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful, the front desk people were extremely friendly and so were the drivers that took us to Sea World and Aquatica. I will definitely come back next year!

The only positive was we got our money back and had to go get a second hotel after 2AM Sincerely the husband

Over rail hotel was OK great location for families traveling to SeaWorld. Only thing is hotels out of date. I’ve stayed at multiple state bridges and this one was the oldest one. I’ve stayed at beds are little uncomfortable pull out. Couches are really bad mattresses are less than 2 inches for sheets the first night There because they were stained sheets at night had to go to the front after waking up getting breakfast and asking for sheets again lady wrote it down but never happened because Cleaning ladies went into the room sheets were still on the floor towels were refresh but no New comforters old comforters were still on the floor so after getting back from SeaWorld at 4:30 I kindly walked up and asked for new sheets front desk lady called cleaning ladies and multiple cleaning. Ladies said why are we being rushed to get sheets but then I was just asking for new sheets after asking in the morning at 10:30 front desk lady and cleaning ladies fought for about a minute on the phone asking why we’re rushing or why I need new sheets so front desk lady asked me to bring sheets upfront mind you , I walked up front with the sheets And personally handed them to her and showed them the stains Over breakfast and the shuttle to SeaWorld was a great experience. Might be a little weight to get into SeaWorld but the best thing for a first time experience for our family.

Very clean. Much better than Staybridge in Georgetown TX. Room was immaculate and so was property.

Was a good comfortable stay room was a little weird where TV was it we wanted to hangout on the couch we couldn’t see the TV due to the position it was at but no complaints it was relaxing stafff was amazing and love the breakfast and just very good hotel will definitely be coming back in the future

The hotel is conveniently located close to Sea World and they offer complimentary shuttle service to the park. Our room smelled of urine and the carpet was damp. The chair in our room was stained and dirty. The hallways in the hotel smelled of weed. Overall it wasn't what I was expecting from an IHG based hotel.

When my family comes to visit, they always stay at Staybridge SeaWorld in a one Queen bedroom suite. They always look forward to their stay. The personnel is very friendly. They appreciate the breakfast and light supper. This time the room they were assigned had a broken dishwasher. They had to change rooms. The second room had a missing desk lamp, but otherwise, was very comfortable.

Beds got stains marks and the blankets were wet!! A/C was on all night long also we cannot control the temperature. A/C was stuck on 66

I never got my $25 deposit back. It shows it’s still pending in my account and it’s been almost 3 weeks.

Had a few repairs that needed to be made within the room. But repairs were made swiftly. No ither issues occurred. Good stay overall.

Staff was superior! Staff was very nice and accommodating. The Seaworld shuttle was a huge benefit as was the buffet breakfast. They said they were in the middle of redoing some rooms still and ours was one that definitely needs to be redone with different holes in closet door and curtains etc. That was the only negative though and once they get that room redone it will all be positive at this hotel.

Worst way to treat people Really nasty couple

Dirty hotel and outdated. Dirty restroom and shower. Bottle caps on floor. Pull out couch mattress was stained and disgusting. Do not recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay, if I were to go back to San Antonio I would definitely go back!

Everything was great until the electricity went out. Once restored, no television, no internet, no room phone service. Could not contact the front desk, the telephone service was out. When I spoke with the first desk clerk about a credit, I was told they don’t do that so I checked out at 6am.

The rooms need to be renovated. Couches are dirty and old. Beds are uncomfortable.

room we got was a suite with seperate rooms, each with its own restroom and shower...kitchen with fridge, sink mini stove but we didnt use only microwave...very comfortable...the breakfast was awesome...the ladies working at breakfast were so nice just like front desk..very well managed and employees very courteous and room very clean..thank you A

We were 'upgraded' to a bigger room by the sweet desk staff. Got to the room and upon opening the door we were welcomed with the most horrible dirty feet smell we have ever smelled. The carpet was dirty and reeked. The carpet appeared to have been in standing water for an extended time like maybe the room had flooded and not been properly dried out. The beds were excellent and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and great assortment. Garbages were overflowing. Desk clerks were all very friendly.

Our experience was great. Jay provided great customer service at check in. The room was well-equipped, spacious and clean. This hotel has the best breakfast we have had at a hotel. This hotel is also super close to Sea World. We would stay here again inna heartbeat!

Staff were fantastic. Property is in need of a refresh. 6 of 10 laundry machines out of order.
