Staff is great. I stay at this hotel when passing through Rock Hill

Neat and clean.

We stay here every year, the staff is always beyond friendly. Hotel is clean. Free breakfast is decent.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Old rooms, outside pool that wasn't heated,. Too small a weight/workout room.

We arrived very late at 1:15 am. The night woman was very friendly and accommodating. She even got me paper plates so we could warm up the dinner we brought in the microwave.

Water in shower was not what we were expecting (poor water pressure) but the room was clean and nice. Satisfactory breakfast choices. Workouts area was not to satisfaction.

Everything about this Hotel was great except for the air conditioning in my room. It was set to 68 low fan upon arrival but the room was still rather warm. I turned the fam to high and it began to cool down but shortly thereafter the fan slowed back down, although it was still set to high, as if they’re set on efficiency or something. Long story short the room was warm all night and I didn’t sleep well. Other than that everything was great.

I had to go to the front desk (and search for someone) numerous times for towels, toilet paper, tissues. I even saw housekeeping staff in our hall and asked her to please come into our room and she never did. No toilet paper holder, just holes in the wall where it should be. No telephone or clock in the room, had to ask for both. The clock didn't work anyway. I would never recommend this place. On another note I was asked upon checkout how my stay was and I told the clerk. She said she was going to email me something about a free night, but never did
