The property, the restaurant, the bar, the pool, were all amazing. Rooms were clean. Easy to control temperatures. Easy to deal with the television. An amazing stay. Until we checked out. Hotels.com said that my breakfast was included with the total cost of the bill. But when we checked out, we found out that breakfast was not included. Which makes it even more disappointing, because their breakfast buffet is not good. Not good might be a little dramatic, but selections were so limited. For the amount you charge for breakfast I should be able to get a cup of coffee in an actual mug, not a paper cup. I should have asked at check-in if breakfast was included as per Hotels.com. That was my fault. Otherwise the hotel is absolutely amazing. Close to shopping amazing restaurants and great for families. This is my first Hilton property that I got from Hotels.com, that did not follow through with what they said while booking. If you have to stop an hour after you eat breakfast so your kid could actually eat, not worth the $22.

There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.

The front desk helped rectify the issue after I went down there because I had been on hold when I called. In the hotel employee's defense, she was great and helpful. She was the only one working and juggling a lot.

Worst room location in the hotel we were over the maintenance department of the elevator so every time the elevator moved our wall rattle. It was very loud. The bed was horrible. Other than that the hotel is very, very nice and they have a great restaurant inside as well.

We went to relax for our Birthday and it was very nice and quiet weekend. The staff was very friendly.

My room was excetionally clean, the front desk ladies and staff were extremely friendly. The appearance of the entire property and entire motel was impressive. The gym was on the top. Very, very nice motel.

Loved this hotel. Lobby was pristine as was the elevator. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room was spotless! We will absolutely be back!

The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was awesome. Great muffins. Staff was nice. They might want to remind guests checking in after 10 that others might be asleep and they should be quiet. Also more grass area for pets would be good. It was very muddy around the property.

Comfortable beds. Slept so well didn’t want to get up. In town for a funeral and the whole family stayed. Hotel was extremely accommodating. But we all talked about how well we slept. Chilis in the same parking area so nice walk to family dinner. We have now stayed here for family wedding, birthday, and funeral. This is our go to hotel for family events in Rock Hill.

The hotel is very well located. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The in house restaurant and bar have excellent selections. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!

Stay was fine until I tried to take a shower on the morning. Handle on shower would not move past a quarter turn no matter how hard I tried. There was no option for warm or hot water because handle would not turn.

Huge pit hole in front ruined my bumper

Desk staff went above and beyond to hold our reservation and check us in when our arrival at the property was delayed past midnight. Property is nicely equipped, clean and conveniently located. Would definitely seek it out if returning to Rock Hill.

We enjoyed our time at the Hilton Garden in. The only downfall is our bed was super uncomfortable and hard. I was hoping by booking with Hilton we would for sure have a comfy bed but I was wrong. Service was great, room was immaculate, and staff were amazing.

The property did not meet the Hilton standards l have come accustom to the bar is not a bar at all it's a table with a few alcohol choices on the wall was told rooms are serviced by maids every two days and if l wanted clean towels I should come down and get them. Stood at the counter for over15 minutes befor someone came to check me in

If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it . After traveling in a car for 12 hours we just want to check in and then have a glass of wine and some dinner without having to go anywhere . Very disappointed!!

The location could not have been better! It is conveniently located to restaurants and retail shops as well as easy access to the interstate! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the cleaning crew was also very personable! My daughter and I are already planning our next mother/daughter getaway and we will definitely book here again!

The staff was very friendly, the facility is very clean, and I appreciate that they accommodated our dogs. There were also good areas to walk the dogs.

I like the fact that I was given the option to buy breakfast once I made the Booking. The staff was very courteous and polite. However, I did take off point for the property itself. There were 2 bugs stuck in the ceiling of the room and we didn't call the service desk for them to removed them because we got there late and were sooo tired, we just went to sleep (The bugs stayed in the ceiling all night and we left them there when we checked out). Also, the bathtub did need a refinishing, as it looked very old. It was not in accordance with the wall tile which look newer. Lastly, the toilet was a super old model. In my opinion, they do need to revamp the bath. Other than that...everything else was ok.

Amazing weekend stay. Brandi and Ernie allowed us to celebrate their birthdays with then. Brandi is the most amazing front desk staff person, she made us feel right at home. We visit Rock Hill on a annual basis, and we will remain loyal guest of Hilton Garden Inn Rock Hill.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was bright and airy. There was a some kind of tournament that weekend where there was a bunch of boys running around the hotel Saturday night. We believe someone pulled the fire alarm causing the alarm and strobe lights to go off after midnight. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the cleaners that the cleaning staff was using. It was overwhelming.

I always love to stay at Garden Inn properties. This one was another great one as always for my road trip. Parking was easy and check-in was a breeze. Room was quiet, clean, and I had two pets that were well accommodated here. There was even a designated area for them to take a quick potty break outside. Would stay here again!

My stay was quiet. It's tucked away near a plaza and can be a little traffic getting in an out depending on what time your coming an going. Directly next to Chili's a minute walk. Even with it being near a plaza its not in a high traffic. Overall a good stay.

The blanket on the bed was scratchy and the hot water in the shower was only warm. Everything else was good for a one night stay on a road trip.

The sink in my room leaked. Overall it was a nice property; convenient location right off the highway. The construction limits parking.

Remodeling. Room lacked any pictures or decorations that other Hiltons have. Beds comfy. Room freshly painted. Staff adequate but did not go out of way to do anything. Just disappointed in what have experienced in other Hiltons. Noisy during morning from workers. No discount due to remodeling.

The staff all made my trip on New Year’s Eve with my grandkids special. The heart felt staff in dining room was so kind and went above and beyond. She’s the best chocolate milk maker too ! Thanks for a great stay! We will return! Happy New year!

We got blind sided...we have 2 small dogs and they told us it was pet friendly. When we got there we were accosted and they demanded more money. We wish we had known ahead of time---this made our stay somewhat less than 5 stars!

We looked for an easy to access hotel on our route to a vacation destination. The Garden Inn was a perfect choice and the dinner options allowed us to check in to our room, enjoy drinks and dinner, and retire early to a lovely room and rest up to continue our journey. Thanks for the great service

I come to Rock Hill often to visit family. This is definitely one of the better Hotels we’ve used here. I’ll definitely be booking this one in the future when we come back.

The breakfast bar led me to believe it was self serve when in fact it was not.

There was much to like, except there were two issues with our junior suite, 612: My husband found his bed very uncomfortable. Also, there was no way to control, the heating/cooling in the bedroom. I was blowing cold air, when none was needed. I,finally, put a towel over the unit and kept it in place with my purse and a small bag. It looked like white mold was inside that unit.

Pet friendly? What you don’t know when you make your non-refundable reservation on Orbitzs is the hotel also charges you per pet when you stay. Our stay was almost double more then expected when we reserved because we were traveling with our two miniature yorkies and was charged extra when we checked in. Also had a group of 14 people standing outside our window from 1am to 3am smoking “something”. As you can imagine we didn’t get much sleep! I will say the room was clean and very nice. However, the unexpected extra pet charge and visitors outside our room from 1am to 3am ruined our stay. The only thing the front desk did for us when we complained was to give us “Hilton points”. Gee thanks!

It was clean and checkin was smooth. Hotel is located close to shopping, a movie theater, restaurants and a gas station. It has easy access to 77. Overall i will definitely be staying there again.

I noticed that the wallpaper in the room needs to be redone. Missing pieces in the bathroom. The bed seemed to be higher on the foot end and slanted toward the wall.

When I think of Hilton, I think top of the line. Not sure if it’s because we were in South Carolina, but this hotel was just mediocre and definitely not top of the line. Room was dated, was told due to employee shortage room service had to be requested it was not automatic. This hotel charges way to much to not be a luxury hotel. Pool was extremely small. Was definitely not what I expected for a Hilton.
