Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying.

The front desk staff that checked me in was very polite. The room layout was comfortable, having separated the sleeping area, from the living room. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. The televisions are outdated and barely worked with the features it was suppose to have. The carpet felt dirty.

Breakfast was ok. Lack of coffee sleeves and milk/creamer Meats were cold and limp. Hotel ran out of hand soap...2 days without. Toilet paper was sparse.

Breakfast was horrible, powdered eggs, undercooked sausage, bad coffee , apple juice that tasted like sugar water. Nothing looked appealing , just processed nastiness.

The man in line behind me told me the same thing and says he always books directly with the hotel he is staying in for that very reason. He convinced me to be forever done with these travel agency scams because you can never get ANY customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was pretty good. The attendant her name was Yolanda I believe, was super nice and went out of her way to get more milk and creamer and to make more waffle batter. Everyone was very nice.

I had a pleasant experience at this property. Helen and CC at the front desk were great. The area is charming and I felt safe there. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and it is a good stopping point when traveling from NY as it is right off I-77.

This hotel was rated higher than I would have expected. It is an aging property that is struggling to stay clean & up to date. The common areas are clean & well maintained, but our room was not. There was a distinct odor every time we entered the room—a slightly urine like smell—could be mold or mildew, as there was no ventilation fan for the bathroom & it got very steamy in there while showering. The carpet had holes in it & the tub & shower had cracks & moldy spots in it. The TV did not work—some kind of digital error that wouldn’t allow channels to load & the remote control was filthy. There was also a device on the wall facing my side of the bed that had blinking green lights (maybe a smoke detector) that was fairly distracting when the lights were off at night. The bed & pillows were comfy & clean & the breakfast was plentiful & tasty. The front desk staff was kind but the hotel did run out of bathroom & pool towels at one point during the weekend.

The staff is amazing, the hotel and location are great, this is the 2nd time I have stayed here and would stay again depending, overall the facilities are more than adequate. I like the lobby, breakfast options, quick elevators, Pool although closed for this stay, convenience of the highway, gas and food. I believe that I was attacked by Bed Bugs and notified the hotel on the last day. They assured me they would check on the room I stayed in and do whatever was needed, which I wholeheartedly believe they will. The bites were gradually increasing over the stay so at first I was not sure if it was something else, although I never saw the bed bugs or checked (as I would not think that it would be a problem at a Marriott property) I am positive that was the issue as I was indoors the entire time I was in South Carolina. I will be sure to check the beds more thoroughly should I stay here or any Marriott again.

the king room was the size of a normal hotel room. only one chair to sit in. a charge for using a credit card to pay the bill. There are too many other hotels to put up with this.

Front desk employee was nice at checkin. The room smelled like mildew and the shower wouldn’t drain well so we stood in three inches of water. The curtains were torn. The pillows were flat.

Saturday breakfast runs 7-10. They took it down on Saturday at 9am because "We opened it early". If you change the hours you should put up a sign or just open early and close as scheduled. Communicate better

hotel to resolve the issue and getting no response, I would recommend that anyone staying at this hotel be very careful about giving them a credit card for incidentals. My credit card company issued a refund and also a new card, but said that they were having issues with management of the property also.

I can’t answer any questions about the hotel other then they dropped my blocking I had to go to another hotel. So my daughter was not with her team. I had to stay 40 minutes away. No at all happy I would like my money back I paid upfront

I did not like the choice of after hour foods. The potpie was without any quality and did not cook well in microwave. I suggest Marie Calender Pot Pie.

When we arrived we were grunted at by the front desk clerk who seemed inconvenienced by our check in. While the bed was fairly comfortable, the tiny pillows went flat the moment you touched them. I would have needed four more to make a full pillow. My shower was hot but the placement of the door/faucet caused me to get a cold soaking just to get it started. And then to finished it off with a towel that felt like sandpaper was just not enjoyable. For the price I will stay at a better hotel next time.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. I thought the shower curtain could be lowered somewhat because the height at the bottom let water get out onto the floor. The breakfast choices were great. Overall our stay was excellent.

Only issue for me is the Highway 77 noise all night. I’m soon to use a CPAP for sleep, so not an issue for us.

The hotel is clean and room was nice (I have two TV's in my room). It's in a prime area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

They oversold and did not had a room for me. The manager, Harold was extremely rude and told me to get the F**** out. I was checking in with my husband and children at 11:40 pm to face an extremely rude manager.

House keeping never came during three night stay. Breakfast was mediocre, coffee was empty one morning during breakfast and multiple times during the day. Bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Shower was good and property was clean, great location as well. Could do much better for the price in my opinion.

From check in to check out our stay was amazing. The front dest staff was professional & so was housekeeping and others. The continental breakfast incl coffee was always fresh. Marriott brand hotels never disappoint.
