Hotel was great, 1 block from Mayo. Great amenities. Only downfall was the underground parking ramp. Very steep and cramped - but we were in a full size truck. Other than that - I'd definitely start there again.

Very clean, very safe and comfortable No free parking. Motel guest should never have to pay for parking. Many are i. The area to visit patients at Mayo and should not be subjected to additional cost

Waited 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Right as I was thinking of leaving someone poked their head out of the staff door, and then closed it in front of him and went away. The cleaner then looked in the door and nobody was there.

Staff was amazing! And very helpful! Definitely walkable to the the Mayo Clinic although lots of construction going on right now. Shuttle available just wish it went a little later.

Lovely accommodations. Shuttle to Mayo Clinic and supper was a real plus. No fee parking. Nice breakfast. Bed was ultra comfy.

Secure underground parking. Facility was excellent. Only draw back was all of the construction around the property.

Free breakfast, staff was friendly We received wrong hotel room, we are supposed to have sofa bed, there was none. Went to get a cot they were out, gave us bedding to sleep on the floor. I was charged for parking, we didn’t park in their parking ramp due to no space. No pool.

Location was perfect for us as we had an event within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very spacious! The check-in process was tough with how you have to park in such a cramped area along with other cars trying to get in and out. The view was a construction site but I don’t care about that as I am all for progress and Rochester is a beauty city. This was my first visit.
