Air conditioner was so loud I could not sleep and shutting it off was too warm so I basically did not get any sleep.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, great location for Mayo appointments!

Ripped carpet, curled up and worn cheap furniture, springs coming through mattress, smells musty and moldy! Requested a different room, same thing. Cancelled our other nights.

Wasn’t happy about having to pay $15 per day to park at their property when others have free onsite parking.

Super convenient when visiting the Mayo Clinic. We found the mattresses too soft and the toilet way too low (they seemed the right height for a pre-school!). But neither bad enough to keep us from returning for the convenience…and the adjacent Caribou Coffee.

keys did not work, had to go back down (so did everyone else) and no apologies at all for having to come back down. toilet seat fell off the toilet immediately, looked like someone had peed in toilet when i arrived

The rooms were clean and the breakfast is good. Very convenient to go to . No complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and the parking was deeply appreciated. No question that next time, and there will be one, we'll stay at the Kahler Inn.

Staff is super friendly, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good for being free. Be aware that parking to check in, unload or load luggage can be difficult because that’s a very busy street and it’s compounded by the construction downtown now. The convenience of the subway to Mayo Clinic is worth the parking fees. Very good stay overall and plan to stay here again when we need to.
