Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is impressive. We were able to walk from our hotel through a pedestrian tunnel system to get to the hospital with access to other clinic buildings, restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for patients and families during the harsh Minnesota winters.I’m

Dan, the manager was so friendly and accommodating!

Everything was very clean and all the staff was very nice, the only bummer is they are building a parking garage behind the hotel that blocks the view from the patio area but they still advertise with a view that doesn’t exist anymore

We were there for 3 nights while visiting Doctors at Mayo. The location is very good and is connected to the Mayo Subway. The hotel was clean and staff friendly.

Really outstanding. Friendly and accommodating staff allowed me to check in early (post-surgery). So, that was a relief. Check-in otherwise was really quick and efficient. Treated me like a guest. Room was spotless and well furnished, good internet and video/TV service, large screen TV, very comfortable bed, breakfast had great variety and quality ingredients with pleasant breakfast room, and spotless bath and vanity. Everything was perfect. Direct access to Mayo Clinic Subway level was a great help.

Good location. Nice staff and front desk. Elevator Access to walking subway and close proximity to Mayo. Decent breakfast. Room was very nice. Kitchen in room was handy. Option for indoor parking at hotel or public garage next door, Mayo West. Good stay. Construction in area. (Seems like all over the campus). Some noise in morning starting at 08:00. Not too bad.

Staff extremely nice and helpful. They were working on parking lot and had to park 2 blocks away and pay $15.00!!! Craziness!!! They should have not charged a parking fee to the customer and paid it themselves!!

Hotel is being renovated. Great location, nice room, good breakfast and service.

The staff was nice. Big room No hot water. The door knob was so hard to open my mom couldn't get into the room by herself. Tiny garbage cans in room so we had trash everywhere and there was loud banging construction going on which would of been fine if we were told, but we weren't.

Had a working kitchen The unannounced internal construction on both steps and the horrible smell throughout the hallways and especially the elevator

Despite being under renovation, the room and common areas are clean and well maintained. Very light and pleasant breakfast room and lobby area. Excellent breakfast choices. One huge bonus is the direct connection to the Mayo Clinic via the pedestrian subway, connecting beyond to the Rochester skyway systems. This is a godsend in the winter when temperatures frequently plunge to single digits. I would definitely come back here if using the Mayo facilities. Great find.
