Impressive customer service, everyone was wonderful! The air conditioner is old though so room felt a little warm and stuffy.
-
The quality of service in the towers is beyond words.

We stayed in the towers section of the hotel. Truly remarkable. Staff was extremely accommodating to our needs.

You can't get anymore convenient to the Mayo Clinic than this hotel. A five minute walk and you are there. The staff was incredible! Just the nicest and most accommodating as they could possibly be. The room we got was spaciest. Some of the bathroom fixtures could use an update but all work fine.

I will most definitely stay again. Such a wonderful experience!
-
Definitely the premier place to stay when visiting the Mayo. Top notch service.

wOW! Couldn't be better

The staff was excellent. We helped Rochester's economy with our shopping in the LL level. Considering what you are there for, they made it so much more pleasant and welcoming/

Excellent accommodations, amazing staff

From our arrival at the valet to having them put our bags in the wrong vehicle upon our departure--we could several things that make us feel that we made a huge mistake moving from the Hilton to the Kahler Towers. Candidly, we thought we were in a ICE detention camp! Just awful!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff was exceptional, the room was exceptional and all amenities were exceptional!

Was okay
-
Literally across the street from Mayo and Ruth Chris on the first level.

Good breakfast and Ruth Chris steakhouse on property was great. Very comfortable quiet and clean room. Shane and David were fantastic and hospitable. Easiest access to Mayo Clinic. Loved that it was also a historical hotel.

Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in your room.

We had an issue with water pressure in the toilet. We left a message and had to call back 4 hours later when no one re. Toilet worked for a few hours and broke again. It was also unclear how to check into the towers. We were taken to the desk but told that a separate phone number needed to be called. The valet assisted with luggage and accepted my tip but then took money from my husband who didn’t know that I already gave a good tip for the amount of work that he did. We were told to move away from the front desk with our full luggage cart. This is where the valet instructed us to be only to be told we were in the way and needed to move our luggage cart away from their front desk. We had to wait for a representative from the towers to come down and bring us upstairs.
