This a great place to stay when you have appointments at Mayo. There is a shuttle that services the hotel.

Brentwood Inn was in a very convenient location for appointments at the Mayo facilities. The on-site parking was great and the breakfast offerings were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean room with a small refrigerator and microwave with a sink located by the microwave. Breakfast was very basic but it was good. Very close to Mayo Clinic and connected by the subway. Will definitely stay here again.

The Brentwood is our favorite hotel to stay at when we are visiting the Mayo Clinic! Although it isn't as new as some of the other nearby hotels, our rooms are always clean and well maintained. I'll admit some of the building appears shopworn, it is still a great place to stay. Parking is available and convenient. But the best feature is the elevator that goes directly to the Mayo Subway system.

Being attached to Mayo Clinic’s subway was a huge plus since severe rain storms were happening during our visit.

Overall, the property is very outdated, carpets need to be replaced and just an overall facelift. I did not eat breakfast on site as Hollandberry is very close for a delicious breakfast. It is very close to some good restaurants and within walking distance when the weather is nice. The staff at the entry smiled when I came in, but could use a little more Customer Service instead of sitting in front of their computer. I did not rent a car this visit so I did not use the parking. Please consider updating the exterior as well as it looks worn out.

Nice staff and very convenient to walk to Mayo. Highly recommend if at this Mayo campus.

It was okay and served its purpose. I chose it because of its decent reviews and proximity to my appointments at Mayo: there is direct access to the Mayo subway level. We arrived about 9 p.m., had early morning appointments, and just stayed the one night so didn't use any other amenities. Room was okay: air conditioning kind of loud, but served as white noise!
