Solid Marriot; but had more of a Marriot Courtyard feel. Getting to the conference next door was sometimes annoying, but overall a solid Courtyard.

Very nice accommodations with direct access to the Mayo Clinic subway system. The front desk staff, Amber specifically, was so welcoming and helpful. Very nice lounge and restaraunt on site, as well. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I really liked the antechamber adjacent to the bathroom. N/A

The gym /pool area was well laid out - the area beside the pool was spacious. Personally i like the hot tub to be a few degrees warmer. I used the valet parking - the staff were friendly and quick to retrieve my vehicle.

Overall the hotel staff and amenities are fine, especially for Rochester, MN, but make it be known the pool is open until 11PM and those staying here for the Mayo Clinic will not get rest if your room faces the pool area. Those rooms should be free if kids are in there screaming until close.

Pool was small but clean. Had a great workout area and yoga space. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the location as well lots of stuff nearby. Didn’t like how the boutiques and shops were closed on the weekends.

The room was clean, recently renovated, staff was attentive and ready to respond to any concerns or questions we might have. Hotel was centrally located with respect to the Mayo Clinic, so much so that we were 15-30 minutes walking distance from any appointment via the "subway".
