Nothing maybe the location It’s a hostal with price of the hotel. I paid for a private room and I got a room with 4 small single beds…. The 4 for me… why they sell a hostal room as a private room? I paid as an expensive hotel but without the facilities of a luxury hotel. They took advantage of carnival time. People are so angry and no kind attention

Room and bathroom were really small. Had a bad smell every time we walked into the room.

Stuff are nice but needs to learn some English not all tourists are Brazilians or Portugueses Room so small mattress was not comfortable

We spent there a week and we were comfortable. The First Lady in the desk was very very kind, other ladies and men were not so friendly, but always help you. The location is great inside a closed street. The breakfast was very good, desserts were really really tasty. The shower had a very good pressure, I loved it. Beds are not very comfortable. Closet is a little bit dirty in the upper part

Breakfast very good; room was fine. The person was in the reception were very nice. shower is to little; clinning room was only regular. One day only change the toals anda tapet ; other day only change tapet and one day did not live toal for the face.

The food People were too mean at the beginning of my staying. There was no clear information about the prices, rooms and the accomodations within the room. It wasn’t clean, the price is not reasonable in regards to the services offered.
