Facility was clean overall, with some minor nitpicks. (The fitted sheet on one bed was sideways, so the corner kept coming off until we remade it.) Having a full kitchen was very useful! We made breakfast in the room every morning and saved a bunch of time and money. The QR codes on the small table in the lobby and in the room do not work, but the one on the larger sign in the lobby does.

Room was clean. It was conveniently close to everything we needed. Kroger being a short walk away was so useful. We didn’t run into any major issues. We had to turn the AC down a few notches because it was hot when we were sleeping the first night but after we adjusted the temp it was just fine.

Location is perfect so many places around you. Downtown is walking distance. The room size and kitchen was perfect. Very comfortable and quiet. Building is Nice and clean. Highly recommended staying here.

The only complaints are small ones. The bathroom door seemed to have dodgy hinges as it wouldn’t stay closed if not shut properly (it swung open by itself), the luggage shelf was broken and the email provided on the contact form - despite me emailing it three times - was never replied to! Overall a really good stay and if you are fit enough it’s only 25-30 minute walk to Broadway!

The property was well maintained and in great condition. The air conditioning and other appliances worked perfectly. The Virtual Assistant Team was extremely helpful!

Y’all need a real parking lot. Other than that it’s pretty good. I don’t like having to park in the stones and mud.

I like the fact of the amenities. Outside were nice. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. Counterpoints are that the floors between the rooms are very thin and I could hear the neighbors walking around up to about 2:00 a.m. in the morning when they finally went to bed. I would stay there again if I could get the third floor, which is the top floor.

It was beautiful and fun looking. We were only there one night for business but it was great! Had things we were not expecting like a big fridge and dishwasher, flat top stove, dishes and more. Would be great for a longer stay

Overall concept is great but there is noone on site if you need anything. The rooms are nice for the $ but the location is not great being right next to low income housing which we did nit realize and there is nothing within walking distance safely at night. Must uber a mile to get to Broadway.

Had a hard time getting my code to let me in the building. However my friends check in went smoothly. Not sure the issue. Beds were comfortable!

The Balcony was absolutely filthy, Bird poo and grime everywhere on the seat cushions and the table and floor. Not recent either, clearly been there quite a while. When walked on the balcony your soles were black afterwards! We sat on towels on the seats so we didn't stain our clothes.

Was nice comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Great location. The only thing is the guest up stairs on second floor were very noisy with no regards to time. I message the staff and was knowledge right way. She took care of it. But it repeated three nights in a row. Nothing to do with Staff but the rude individuals with no respect. Build is otherwise great
