Reviews
The hotel is undergoing construction, which has caused inconveniences such as noise and limited elevator availability. Despite this, the staff is frequently praised for being friendly and helpful. The location is also a common pro, being close to downtown attractions.
- Friendly and helpful staff

A fantastic stay at the hotel . Close to all the attractions but far enough away from the craziness of Broadway. The only drawback: no pool.
- 5/5
We had a group trip to Nashville and the Sheraton was the best combination of value and walkable proximity to town. In fact, we ended up meeting their best employee ever (shoutout to Allie B.) who not only gave us great recommendations but actually showed us around and even took us out to dinner. We left town with a new bestie! Give her a well deserved raise!! Hospitality: 100.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean but could use some upgrades. The bar was nice and drinks were good!
- 1.5/5
Front desk staff were polite and professional The room was dirty, bathroom dirty, bed stunk
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 3.5/5
Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had 2 drink vouchers for the Library. Bartender ignored us when she saw the vouchers and was not very friendly. 4 Bartenders total and not very busy but there were to busy talking to another.
- 5/5
Rooms do not have refrigerators for your use, but the staff delivered a fridge to the room within 10 minutes that we could use. Extremely helpful staff and accomodating!
- 5/5
Great service!!!! Super clean
- 4/5
The location & convince to the downtown area. The cost of parking was $60 on top of the nightly rate of almost $400.
- 5/5
Our bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it, just a regular loose sheet. Skye lounge was closed during our stay so couldn’t visit.
- 5/5
Great location and the people at hotel were very nice . Look forward to going back again
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
Location and room comfort. Also one member of staff was extremely helpful in resolving a problem in the room. Not all facilities available in hotel. Parking expensive. Cold water running warm.
- 4/5
At check in the staff was very friendly and helpful with details about the room, parking and the area around the hotel since this was our first time in Nashville. Room very clean and nice size. Loved that the hotel was close to the downtown area so we could walk to all the places we were wanting to see and not have to take the car. Was nice that they had a self service/self pay store with a wide range of items for purchase which we did use to purchase food items.. we would definitely book this hotel again.

Walkable to all Nashville downtown attractions but far enough away from Broadway to be quiet at night. Excellent customer care.
- 3/5
Nice experience just that the fire alarm went off twice…
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the fire alarm kept going off during my stay/visit, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the experience. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon because it was very disruptive.”
- 5/5
The hotel was great. Perfect location. The staff was beyond excellent! We arrived at 6am, asked if we could do an early check in and within 5 mins we had keys to our room! The room was clean and very spacious. Shower pressure was meh, but what hotel has powerful water pressure!? The complimentary water bottles were a plus, but be cautious, if you touch any other drinks/food in the room you’ll be charged for it!! There was Voss water, a bottle of wine and some snack foods that were apparently on pressure things so if you moved it you would be charged! There were two downfalls, one was the bill at the bar, we went and had a pre-going our shot and the $80 bill for 3 small shots was a shock. The second was that there was no pool so if you’re booking this hotel for the pool - it does not exist. The pool photos are apparently old photos and they’ve just never taken the time to remove them. Aside from those two things I give the hotel a 10/10 because everything else was great!
- 3/5
Location is great if you want to be away from craziness of Broadway, however close enough, 10-15 min walk. Great location to walk around and see the city. Restaurants and staff were great. Our only complaints, besides the elevators, were the quality/comfort of the beds and pillows. Wife and I had trouble sleeping on the mattresses and we thought our pillows were so thin and uncomfortable. Our first night, we called down and asked for more pillows, never arrived. Next morning, asked front desk and we had new pillows, just as thin as the others we had. Beds were super uncomfortable. Small bathrooms. Standing at sink, basically on top of or next to toilet.
- 4/5
How you feel about this hotel depends on what you care about. It is not updated in many ways and a few features were obviously outdated and not functioning 100% (janky shower head, sticky door, stuck curtains). It’s an aging grand lady. But the beds were comfortable and it’s in a quiet area, an easy walk to the main attractions and cool glass elevators (may give you vertigo if you’re afraid of heights). Staff at the lobby bar were super unfriendly

Rooms were clean Small bathroom… elevator service sucked… had to walk down from 8 floors. Not close enough to downtown

This is my favorite place to stay in downtown Nash - so pretty and such nice staff members
- 4/5
The cleanliness of housekeeping was the weak point of our stay. The check in staff and wait staff at Library restaurant were great. Very easy check in and check out process. Great location to Broadway. Close but not too close. Walkable location to everywhere.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 3.5/5
Good location and very nice. Restaurant and Skye Bar were great. Disappointed in the hidden fees. we were charged a $25. a day resort fee and $55. dollars a day to park in the garage. Not shown when booking on Booking.com

Stay was great. Building was old. I felt same in the event of a weather catastrophe. And shower was weird.
- 5/5
Parking lot need to be more attended... just one elevator, and not too clarity
- 2/5
After complaining about all this the next day, we received 2 free coffee stamps at the front desk. Not very happy. 2 stars for being clean.

When we checked in, our room was dirty. Beds not made. Someone had just used the bathroom. Stunk real bad. The receptionist at the front counter made me feel like it was our fault. It took 15 to 20 minutes to get us another room. This all took place at around 11:30pm
- 3/5
The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and has great amenities, but we had a few issues. Parking was a nightmare and the system couldn’t find our ticket. Our room wasn’t ready on time, had to sit in the bar for an hour and a half. Not a huge deal, but we were rushing to get ready for a concert. Lastly, breakfast at the restaurant was super lackluster. Stale bagel and not a great meal.
- 5/5
A very nice hotel..the desk staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for things to do. A very nice room..spacious and well appointed. Great location!
- 5/5
Location, service and amenities were top notch. Nashville is a happening place and we were right in the midst of it all.
- 4.5/5
The Sheraton hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 mins walk from the main Broadway area and as we had hoped to be just far enough away from the noise & hustle of Broadway but not too far away. This area of the city is really nicely developed with a number of shops and restaurants just a couple of mins away. The government buildings opposite had major construction work ongoing during our stay but this could not be heard within the hotel or our room. The hotel itself is modern and well styled including a nice large lobby area with seating to relax or work, cool glass fronted elevators and the bar to grab a coffee, sweet treats or something stronger! There is also a shop shop in the lobby area to great some essentials for the room or gifts. The sky lounge is having great views across the city while you get to enjoy a cocktail! The room itself was very comfortable with additional fridge for personal use, an iron, nice large seating area but unfortunately no kettle. I would also like to highlight that the staff throughout the hotel were fantastic, all very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel as a great place to stay in downtown Nashville! No kettle in the room for making own tea/coffee.
- 4/5
Room was clean and bed was comfy. It’s a nice walk to broadway.

The bed was hard like a rock and the ac unit was so loud I barely slept the 2 nights i was there.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, staff was attentive, albeit a few housekeeping mixups that were rectified by management, friendly staff, great lobby restaurant, and great location. I will return there next time I am in Nashville.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Broadway
- 5/5
Everything was amazing from the staff to the restaurant
- 5/5
Our stay was GREAT, I went for my birthday and had the best experience ever. All the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend 10/10.! Allie and Mr. Timothy at the Library were awesome as well. The young man who checked us in I forgot his name he was soooooo welcoming and ensured how stay would be great and it was. Thanks sooo much tooo all the staff.
- 5/5
Our reservation was transferred to the Sheraton after our original hotel overbooked, and it ended up being a great upgrade. The hotel was very clean and nice, and it’s conveniently close to Broadway. They also have a bar with live music, which was a fun bonus. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. My only regret is not using valet—I ended up paying more at a nearby parking garage.
- 5/5
Loved the location and friendly nature of the staff.
- 4/5
Room very basic for the cost
- 5/5
Great Hotel great location.
- 5/5
Overall, I did like the room. It was very clean. Our supplies were very limited only one row of toilet paper but once as we got more, the refrigerator that is stocked is very sensitive just touching it made it appear. We had taken something, but that was taken care of when we checked out. Had a great view from our room and enjoy the fact being they gave you complementary snacks on the 24th floor if I go back and stay downtown, I will probably check this hotel again.
- 5/5
Everything was Excellent!! Perfect stay will be back soon...

Front desk staff was welcoming and easy to deal with. We had an issue with our a/c not working and maintenance was up and had it fixed in less than 1/2 hour. Great location as its easy walking distance to Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and broadway. All in all was a good experience and I’d rate 4/5.
- 5/5
We had coffee for breakfast. It was good and staff at breakfast, valet and desk were ery friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of things to drink and munch were avail for purchase. The view from our window was wonderful. Location was the best!!! A quick walk to Broadway. We liked having pump soaps for sink, lotion and shower amenities in shower were great! Would come again!!!!
- 4.5/5
Location was great it was 3 city blocks from Broadway and 4 from our Nashville tour. No where on Booking.com did it say that parking was a separate cost. For 1 night stay we were charged $60.36 for enter and exit parking. It was 8 decks and finally found 1 of 2 open spaces on the 8th deck. I then paid extra on booking.com for the "exceptional breakfast" and the hotel employees had no idea what I was asking they did however give me a voucher to eat breakfast in one of their restaurants.

The hotel was clean No amenities such as coffee bar ect. The hotel charged our card an extra $27.44 destination fee that we weren’t informed of. They just took the money with no warning.
- 4/5
Not really worth the price. We had two rooms one of which only had hot water and the other only had cold water. They did fix it fairly quickly but come on. My room also had a sour rag smell that never went away. I will say the bar staff was excellent though!
- 5/5

Loved the Karyoke Rooms!
- 5/5
Very clean room. Excellent food at the bar & grill. Excellent downtown location. We would definitely return.
- 4/5
View was amazing
- 3/5
Overall felt like a run down hotel for the premium price tag that it boasted for a short stay. Housekeeping each day was just simply bed making and the general cleanliness of the room felt low and for a deluxe room felt outdated. Would not be a first choice to come back to when visiting Nashville.
- 5/5
Hotel was great! Perfect location to walk everywhere, clean, quiet, friendly, and good food and atmosphere.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel.
- 2/5
To start with, they charge you $55 a night to park in their parking garage that you’ve already paid to stay at the hotel. That’s crazy. At night, it’s super loud throughout the hotel. We got hardly any sleep the two nights we stayed. Unless you have the ac fan on, you hear everyone in the lobby, it echoes very loud inside the building. We misplaced our parking ticket in the room for a little bit, and went downstairs to ask about getting in and out the parking garage, and the lady at the desk said it would be $200 to replace the ticket. Unheard of. She sent me to talk to the valet guys and see if they could give me a better answer. Luckily, the guys were awesome people. They let me out and back in with no problem. Great valet guys. Finally, they have items in the rooms, candy bar, can soda, liquor, bottle water. Ridiculous prices. $5 can sodas, $10 bottle water. I have a $100 charge pending right now for a soda and bottle water I got. The place is a money pit, and once you’re there, you don’t have a choice. It will cost you through the roof to stay there. Very dissatisfied with my stay.

Rooms have a Limited furniture. Our room had only one regular chair and one office chair, That’s it.. For the family of three or four, you simply do not have places to sit… There was only one side table for the bed.. TV was oddly placed in the room. No Digital/analog Clocks in the room.

- 5/5
We had a great stay again!! This time we celebrated our 21st Anniversary there and they didn't disappoint. Friendly service, clean room and a beautiful view over Nashville! It is definitely a favorite for us now. We will definitely come back again.
- 4/5
Room was really nice. The service was amazing. The Skye room however was very unwelcoming and the bartender was rude. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Was very clean and beautiful room/hotel. Nice location too.
- 3.5/5
Hotel was close to Broadway After arriving, I was told we had to pay $60/night for parking and that even though my booking was for my family of 4 we only received free breakfast for 1 person.
- 4/5
The hotel is well-located for access to the Downtown area. Staff was pleasant, room comfortable and clean. One thing- the Library bar and restaurant in the lobby, while perfectly fine for food and drink, had terrible service-- staff was pleasant, but basically ignored the tables, not topping off coffee, not checking in-- happened on two separate occasions.
- 4/5
The shower had no pressure and the shower head didn't really work as it was designed to work. Improve the shower!
- 5/5

- 4/5
Spotless!
- 5/5
Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! The BEST customer service ever. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.
- 4/5
Elevators are very slow and the garage area on lobby level smelled like throw up. But overall for the deal we goton the room, i was satisfied.
- 5/5
This hotel was absolutely wonderful! It was super easy to get to everything “happening” and the breakfast was amazing. There’s just a small stretch between the hotel and the bar district that is a bit rundown. I was fine walking back late at night with my husband, but it would not have felt safe if I’d been walking at that time with a female or had had one too many. I would suggest a taxi or uber back, instead.
- 3/5
Overall the stay was fine. We incurred a few problems however. 1) Room was not cleaned the day after we arrived. The desk drawer would open and not close. The only way to keep the drawer closed was to keep the chair against it. So using the desk was not an option. 3)The pressure for the shower was aweful. 4) Ordered lunch and they had a shift and after 1/2 hour had to re-order. 4) The Skye club is not part of the Sheraton and they front desk should have informed us. So we could not charge to our room. Ridiculous! On a good note, the room was very nice, the gym is great and the location is super as well.
- 3/5
I loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was so clean and it felt very luxurious to stay there! However, it was advertised as having free wifi but there was actually a fee to use the wifi. There were so many hidden fees that it gets expensive quick. The refreshments in the room are not free, and if you leave the refreshment fridge open for more than 30 seconds you get charged a fee, and a 22% service charge on top of it. Best to leave those things in the hotel store and not in a room. Would return to this hotel though!
- 5/5

I have stated that Sheridan before and had great luck 13 years ago. this time around when we go to our room on the third floor it was freezing cold. Around 60°. We called the desk and they sent a guy up and he monkeyed around and told us he would be back in a half hour. The room never got warmer, and after two hours he did not show, and I called the desk, and they finally moved us to the eighth floor. I also do not appreciate it at the price we paid everything in the room that you touched went on your bill. I feel that was a little overboard when the price was already premium. The parking was super expensive as well. I tried twice to call the desk to get a bellhop to come for luggage with no answer. When I went downstairs to the desk, there was three girls standing there talking doing nothing, and no one had answered the phone. My last experience at the Sheridan was great, and I don’t know what has happened to them. i’m not a person to complain ever. I have never submitted a negative report. This is my first.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
It was good but menu lacked for options.

I have a great stay until valet lost my truck keys. The good thing is the Sheraton made it so comfortable that I didn’t even notice. And got my keys replaced. Thank you Sheraton

Very clean room, all staff was very helpful. Laura, Allie, and Shane at the the Libray restaurant were phenomenal. They provided exceptional customer service and interacted with us. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great breakfast!
- 3/5
Walls are paper thin in room. Very noisy. No room service available. Staff at front desk not that knowledgeable. Charge $100 to get into a room early that was already available.
- 3/5
our shower was backed up and did not drain very well when they did bring us new towels some of them were ripped and had holes in them. I have stayed at many Marriott properties around the world and never have been propositioned to get into my room early there were many other things wrong i hope this is not the new normal for Marriott because it was such a disappointment from the usual great experiences i have had with them over the years
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
Breakfast was not provided, so I did not answer that question and some of the staff in the bar were extremely rude.
- 5/5
This was a great place though it’s pricey. We enjoyed the breakfast quality.
- 4/5
Bed was great pillows ok. Clean rm TV was broken but got fixed by friendly boy who gave us breakfast coupons! Beautiful lobby. Disappointed Skybar was closed Sunday. Wished they had transportation to and from airport!
- 4/5
The bathroom was small but the location made up for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. Disappointed that 2 of the 3 days we were there the rooftop bar was closed. I don’t like sushi and that was all they served. We did enjoy Nashville. The parking fee is very high.

A bit further from Broadway than I expected. Overall good, OK.
- 5/5
TV volume continually got louder/lower every few minutes Staff warm, helpful Needed extra time in room on check out day due to husband feeling sick and was told I needed to pay 50% of first nights rate which was a bit excessive especially since we only checked in after 10:30 pm on FRI.
- 4/5
This is a great hotel. The cleanliness, staff service, and location are perfect. It is off broadway so its quiet but its still close enough to walk everywhere downtown. My only issue was the AC wasn't cold enough. During the day it was fine but we got hot at night at times. We usually sleep with our AC really low so this may not be an issue for everyone.
- 4/5
Staff is very personable and helpful. Facility is up to date, clean, very nice. Location is great- very walkable, close enough to Honky Toni row to walk it but far enough away that you out of the craziness and noise when walking around outside the hotel.
- 5/5
The room was clean and stylish. It was well stocked with items for purchase but no fridge or microwave (other than beverage fridge that was full of for-purchase items. It is an excellent location for enjoying all the festivities of downtown Nashville. We were within walking distance of almost everything and near stop #10 on the Hop on Hop off trolley. Highly recommend.

Shopping was 10-20 minutes away but everything was fairly accessible. Property was clean , neat and most staff accommodating and pleasant. Did not like the idea that if you had breakfast coupons you paid for that you didn’t use and were unable to use them at the library in early evening toward a drink.
- 5/5
The location was nice, we were able to walk to Broadway. It isn’t SUPER close and it is up a decent hill, so keep that in mind but this did not bother us at all. There was a Walgreens nearby which was super convenient and we loved the elevator and the views that came with them. The only very minor issue we had was that housekeeping skipped cleaning our room one day when we very briefly (half hour at most) put the “privacy please” hanger on the door to change clothes. We never got clean towels or the room cleaned that day despite calling. Minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a lovely stay!
- 5/5
Great location and facilities for meetings
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Jonny Cash Museum, and the Broadway strip. The outside facing room that we had was quite noisy at night. The rooms are clean but showing some age. Our shower was very weak and leaked water outside. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Given the cost of the room, I don't feel like this is of high value.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Great service. Staff was very polite and respectful. Thank you very much
- 5/5
Convenient to Bridgestone arena. Very clean and nice.
- 4/5
Too many rules regarding what you can spend and where you can spend it.
- 5/5
Clean room , nice staff
- 5/5
Close walk to downtown Nashville. Room was amazing. Loved the bed and sofa.
- 3/5
Over priced, ridiculous parking fees. Could keep going. So dissapointed in the overall hotel and from staff. We paid way to much from way to little. Could be compared to a Hotel 6. Ownership should be embarrassed.
- 5/5
Hotel was great and the staff was lovely. Ethan went above and beyond to give us a very smooth check in. Food at the lobby restaurant was okay, but the staff did an amazing job.
- 5/5
Server at the bar could have been friendlier. Morning staff was very nice
- 4/5
We had issues with the air in our first room. They kindly moved us to another room just for that rooms door to malfunction. So I don’t know if we just had 2 unlucky room assignments or if those issues are common.
- 3/5
N/A location to event centers & restaurants was good
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
location was perfect. Resteraunt bar staff front desk so very friendly and accommodating. price and value 5 star. would deff stay again
- 5/5
The restaurant on property in the lobby was amazing and the bartender, Duncan, made our anniversary so special and went out of his way with exceptional service.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Location was ok. Close enough to Broadway, but a walk downhill or uphill depending on if you were coming or going. That uphill walk home at the end of the night was rough. Also a lot of miscellaneous fees… destination fee and tourism fee. I’m guessing all hotels charge these though. Pre-purchased breakfast…totally worth it!
- 5/5
Great view of the city. The hotel resaurants were very good. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've used. it was very close to all the sites I wanted to see. everything was either walkable or a short 20 min drive.
- 4/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Nice hotel, easy check in. Self parking procedure and location shold be explained on the website especially when it adds $60 to your total cost.
- 5/5
Bery inviting and unique hotel layout. The elevators are strikingly different than most hotels with an added bonus of a restaurant/bar at the top level with a great view. Walkable to Broadway and close to food. Off the strip so it's much quieter but still easy to get to.
- 5/5
Everything was great!

We had reserved two rooms and arrived around 4pm. Although check-in is advertised as 3pm the rooms were not ready and we were invited to leave our luggage and go visit downtown. After a little pushback they gave us drinks coupons and suggested we wait in the bar. They said the rooms had been cleaned and were just waiting for the final ok. Eventually both rooms were ready and we went up to unpack before going downtown for the evening. On entering our room we noticed a strong and unpleasant odor. We assumed it was some cleaning product they had used and that the smell would dissipate by the time we got back. We were wrong. On returning after 11pm the smell was still as strong. My wife was tired and wanted to try sleeping in the room rather than going to reception and demanding a new room. We spent a restless night with the smell in our nostrils, so next morning I went to reception, where they readily offered us a similar room that was immediately available. The new room was fine, even if the view was not quite so good, but there was no mention of compensating us for the poor experience and the inconvenience. Difficult to imagine someone checked that room and decided it was ok for guests. Our other criticism was breakfast in the "library", where you have to wait in line and order from one point of service, and then wait for your order to be brought to you. It seemed very inefficient and time consuming.
- 4/5
The rooftop restaurant was a really nice amenity. Room was clean, well appointed, and spacious. Nice view of thr city from the 21st floor. Overnight parking in their garage was $60, which feels a little gougey after paying almost $400 a night for the room. Breakfast was worth adding to the stay, it wasn't a standard hotel buffet.
- 5/5
I wasn't too fond of all the room facing the lobby. Surprisingly it did not bother me during my stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly
- 3/5
It’s no the greatest place to stay I. Nashville. I will not stay there again
- 3/5
Loved the library, staff was nice, but our water was so hot in our room it was impossible to shower. We also could hear people in the lobby until 3am. This made it impossible to get a good nights rest.
- 5/5
Very nice place. Nice rooms. Large and located in a great area - for hanging out in Downtown Nashville. Front desk was always helpful when I went there.
- 4/5
I would recommend since the property is expensive to have a microwave and a refrigerator that the guest can use.
- 5/5
Wonderful time and great customer service! The room was very clean and comfortable as well as the whole property.
- 5/5
Beds & pillows were kinda firm and need replacing but everything else was excellent!!🤠✨🍸✨🫒✨💗
- 4/5
Pool was closed and it was really hot.
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
I liked the location. You can walk to just about everything. The property was clean and the restaurant in the bar was great!
- 5/5
We had a short stay in Nashville this weekend for a preseason NFL game. We enjoyed this hotels convenient location that made it easy to walk to the stadium. It was also an easy walk to Broadway. Plenty of options for lunch.
- 5/5
Very clean and luxurious.
- 4/5
Wish there was self parking and a pool
- 5/5
Beautiful Hotel very spacious good restaurant
- 5/5
Our room wasn't ready at check in but the staff made sure our wait was short and accommodated us with complimentary drinks and dinner. Thank you, worth the wait!
- 5/5
Very clean and close walk to restaurants and Broadway.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, close to downtown.Food, service and staff were all very good.Would definitly stay there agsin
- 2/5
Amenities as advertised on Expedia website not available in hotel
- 5/5
The only thing I would change is our room location - it was by the elevator but hotel location was fantastic! Walking distance from Broadway but far enough away to be away from noise and craziness!! Library was fantastic!!
- 4/5
Check in was amazing. Super nice! The shower is a little weaker than I like but the hotel is clean and close to a lot.
- 5/5
Great location. Attractive facility. Security is great. Very clean. Nice bar.
- 5/5
Very good food, and a big portion every wear we went
- 5/5
Close to broadway.
- 5/5
The Sheridan's decor was very beautiful. The Sheridan ws clean and in a wonderful location. It was close to good dinning and shopping.
- 3/5
I'm leaving a 3 for the rating of the overall experience. When we checked in, we were charged $22 more than the experian price. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. It did not provide a microwave or separate refrigerator for your items, so that's a negative. The lock on our door kept getting stuck in the open position, so we had to mess with that before we left everytime. The battery on the in room safe was dying, so I could not utilize that for my belongings. They should be mindful and think that folks do take their children to nice hotels when they travel. The information regarding the snack bar was so small that you needed a magnifying glass. Just post a ice and elegant sign with larger font about the snacks. That alone seems like they want to charge for no reason. The bathroom sink drained super slow. The shower head was nice, however it didnt have any pressure. A quick shower took 3 times as long. Finally, I went to the library lounge and restaurant for an evening drink and dinner. The bar tender kooked at me several times over about 5 minutes before he walked over and offered me a menu. He clearly wasn't listening because he yelled from the bar asking what my side was. I ordered a beer and a blackened chicken wrap. It came out timely and was hot/fresh and had a nice presentation. It was brought out by a food runner and not the bartender. No big deal, but he never returned after that. I had to ask another server to order another drink.
- 5/5
I frequently visit this hotel when I visit Nashville. I enjoy my visit each time.
- 5/5
This was a great property. Rooms were nice, food was good. Elevator wait a little slow over the busy weekend, but not a deal breaker. Easily walkable to downtown hotspots.
- 5/5
Great hotel , walking distance to Broadway
- 5/5
GREAT STAY!!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Room was great, breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed the Skye Bar. Easily walkable.
- 2/5
Staff were not helpful when brown water filled up our shower. Called the front desk twice with no answer, then had to walk downstairs to talk to someone. They Told us to just let it run and it would be fine. Indicated they had a water shut off earlier and that was why. Unacceptable.
- 5/5
Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Beautiful property, clean and great location

Very nice hotel convenient to everything
- 5/5
Thank you for thinking about us with a gluten allergy!!
- 5/5
Helpful staff. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Will book again.
- 5/5
Perfect walking distance from downtown Nashville on Broadway. Easy to get in and out of from freeway. Price was good for the rooms, clean and comfortable. Will return.
- 4/5
Valet was very friendly. Staff inside wasn't. Brown water was coming out when on hot
- 3/5
Self parking card reader was a mess, which then caused us to have to get 3 cars behind us to move and back up and pay more for parking which was unexpected.
- 4/5
Was very nice would stay again
- 5/5
Annoying that our room wasn’t ready at 4pm but they were awesome and gave us a room to hang out in until it was. 45 min tops. The Ada wheelchair room was one of the best, most accessible I’ve ever stay in despite lots of travel. Plenty of space, bed wasn’t 10ft high, auto curtains and bathroom perfect!
- 3/5
As for the room, coffee provided in the room was not good, but the bed was very comfortable. Hotel bar was nice and food was a step up from bar food. Service at the bar was great.
- 5/5
Great beds. Woderful night sleep
- 5/5
Amazing views and close by everything ! 1000/10
- 5/5
The hotel was spotless and staff were cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay there again
- 5/5
The staff is completely likable, kind courteous and caring,..the air conditioner is loud and the water pressure at the shower is low, otherwise the room was comfortable, not sure if i return.. Nashville is lovely and friendly we will definitely be back..thank you.
- 4/5
The website said parking was 35.00 for self and 39.00 for valet. It was actually 52.00 and 76.00.
- 4/5
It was my second time back to Nashville and I stayed at this hotel before. Everything was great last time around however this time at check in i was served with attitude and really unprofessional. Seemed like i was bothering the front desk agent. The second thing I didn’t like was the fact every morning needed to call to room service to clean the room. Beside that the stay was great and the staff is friendly.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4/5
Good location .. Breakfast included in our rate and was very good. All staff helpful and friendly. Nice rooftop bar with great views. Valet parking was expensive but I think it is everywhere

Perfect location for exploring Nashville. Good facilities and excellent service
- 5/5
Well maintained and super friendly staff! Super walkable to everything you can imagine without being overwhelmed.
- 5/5
Great hotel with good location and comfortable bedding. Restaurant is nice too.
- 4/5
Extra $58 to check in early, even though our room was ready, they don't budge on that rule. That's on Sheraton/Marriott, not the front desk staff. Stupid way to make a few extra $$, and made quite a few unhappy clients right at the start of their stay. On the positive, the free breakfast vouchers included with our room were for $25 per person, and the full breakfasts were excellent! Negatives: housekeeping didn't show up until around 3-5 pm and did a poor job-didn't replace towels, coffee packets, or creamer, left dirty glassware. Also one day, they completely forgot to clean our room till evening and walked in on us getting ready for dinner. Lobby was nice and quiet, the valet and doormen were very helpful and friendly. Might stay here again if they re thought the early check in rule...1-2 hours early is not a huge ask.
- 5/5
Great clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent location!
- 4/5
Excellent location to Broadway without being in the middle of it
- 5/5
Bed and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE! Quiet Hotel and only a few minutes walking from downtown!
- 5/5

It was great!

Loved our stay.

Good area to stay but parking should be free since paying a lot for a room already
- 5/5
Amazing hotel!!!
- 4/5
I loved the restaurants and maintenence
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 5/5
Loved Nashville! Hotel was conveniently located to the downtown core. Also love the little breakfast restaurant The Library.
- 4/5
Get ready to spend +$50/night on parking. If you want to valet your car, be prepared to spend over $80. Not sure if that was in addition to the nightly parking fee. Hotel does not validate parking for hotel guests either. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Other than that, its very nice hotel. Front desk could have been a little bit more attentive and their room was the cleanest (definitely not bad though) which is why I am giving them 4 stars for those categories.
- 4/5
Property was in close proximity/walking distance to Printers Alley, Nissan Stadium and Broadway
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Was perfect and elegant enough for a nice date night.
- 4/5
Austin at the curb was the best ambassador for the hotel..
- 5/5
We really enjoyed this hotel. It feels very new and modern, yet comfortable. The open elevator was super cool. Had drinks and apps in The Library downstairs before our concert because we didn't have time to find a restaurant. The food was good but service was not great--that was the only downside to our stay. They just needed more staff for a busy happy hour. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Roll-away for our son was fine too and they were very quick to bring it up. Very nice updated room with a great view of the city. It was very quiet which was surprising for such a busy town on a Saturday night and no slamming doors all night! And breakfast in The Library the next morning was very fast and delicious--again very pleasantly surprised. The location is not in the middle of all the action but that suited us fine.
