Check in and out was quick. Lots of breakfast options. Alternating days cleaning schedule and for our 3 day stay our room didn’t end up getting cleaned

Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Able to walk most places. The parking fees were high. It may be city owned, though.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The location was especially convenient and made getting to and from our event incredibly easy. Staff were friendly, and the amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again for future events in the area.

Keeping clean towels in our room was a concern-we had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Our room was not ready at 3 as promised-we had to change in the bathroom for our event and store luggage until we returned later that night. We were given false promises to pacify us regarding a room upgrade

The staff were nice. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The rooftop has cityviews, a pool, and bar. The location was perfect because you can walk to dining, entertainment, and downtown without being right downtown. It's called Capitol View area.

Location is within walking distance of Broadway (slight incline), a grocery store, parks, restaurants and more. I felt safe everywhere. The hotel is very clean, updated and hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is offered and has everything you need. The gentleman that oversees the breakfast if friendly, efficient and so appreciated. Thank you! The rooftop pool and bar offer amazing views and a happy hour. The bartenders are great! You will not be disappointed!
