The building has several professional offices and other rentals. The actual suite is clean and very secure with locks and monitoring systems. The host is very friendly and accommodating. He recommended some nice local restaurants. The immediate area is “colourful” with numerous locals just hanging out. They seemed to disappear at night-time and none were threatening or offensive.

The room was clean and adequate for our family of 4. There is an elevator on the premises for convenience. The location is great for transportation and there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Shower pressure was phenomenal! AC was fabulous! The seal on the bottom of the shower door was not tight so water easily leaked out while showering. Fresh towels would have been nice after day 2 or 3.

The area at night did not feel the safest but we knew that in advance.

This group cancelled our booking. We had plane difficulties and were unable to communicate due to bad cell service. When

I liked most was the location and accessibility to the train station. The room was quite large, everything was very clean, and the bathroom was perfect. There was tea, cups, and a kettle in the room. There was also a refrigerator. Nothing

Great location at Garibaldi Station. The owner was so kind and helpful. Easy trip to the airport the next day.

There was no coffee in the room

The owner/manager Sergio was lovely, helpful and easy to contact when needed. The rooms (x3 rooms) were nice and clean but basic. The hotel was only 300m from the station so very convenient. The hotel location even though it was very convenient it was in a very dirty and dodgy area. We were in a group of 7 people but I don't think I would like to stay there as a solo travel. Naples could be a wonderful city to visit if the council cleaned up the area. This is not the hotels fault though. Oh and the hot water was a bit of a hit and miss. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Central, Close to the metro station or the bus stand just right out there. getting in and out was easy. clean & spacious. lot of restaurants and shops around. Nothing!

Close to the train station. Refrigerator, four beds, clean sheets and towels. It would be nice to have access to a laundry facility, and a kitchen.

Hard to find. Advertised with Breakfast but no breakfast. No regular cleaning services either. My room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days there.

Best value for money. Clean, Confortable and secure; this is a budget or last min place to sleep in Naples. Super convenient as it is just next to train station so great for visiting Pompei, Caserta, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Sorrento The area near the train stations in Italy are not best; but usually are the cheapest and more convenient. So... you sacrifice not being in a beautiful neighborhood for budget; but its ok; if you used to backpacking, low budget or traveling the area is ok.

Sergio was brilliant looking after us, from before arriving to letting us leave our luggage on departure. Alibus from the airport drops you off pretty much at the front door. Front door bit tricky to find at side of Mexico bakery where breakfast is served, what a brilliant bunch of characters serving in there ?. Recommend ??
