Just two minutes from the Naples central and Gatibaldi stations. Very convenient to go to local towns such as Pompeii. Sorrento and also other big cities.close to many cafés and restaurants. Room is bit small.. but the apartment has common dining and kitchen areas. ( there are six rooms totally sharing the common kitchen).

Lovely room, very clean , lovely views, close to the station lovely welcome , everything you needed in the shared kitchen, everything spotless , would recommend to friends and family . Pillows to hard that was the only thing l couldn't sleep , everything else lovely , loved the shutters on the windows .shower in the bathroom lovely .

We are so glad we found this private B&B on Booking.com. And the manager turned out to be an extremely pleasant, intelligent and professional person. We spent a few pleasant days in a double-sided balcony room. It's very clean, quiet and comfortable. From our window was a magnificent viewthe the legendary Vesuvius. Cold and warm water went without problems. Hot non-alcoholic drinks could be prepared in the common lobby. Breakfast was not included in our option, but we were provided with good quality coffee capsules every day, one piece per person. This was a nice bonus. It should be noted that quite a lot of homeless and illegal immigrants live in the neighborhood on the street, and at night it is quite dirty and uncomfortable down there, around the building. But once you enter the main entrance, this problem disappears.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The indoor space was flawless. The location. We arrived late at night and downstairs, on the street there were people doing drugs and it seemed a rather dangerous neighbourhood. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to stay out late.

The view was amazing and the staff was nice and helpful. We fell safe at the place. I will recommend Delia rooms. The nabourhood.

clean i think its the only clean place in the area. helpful staff and quick responses on what’sapp not about the property its the elevator is too small and the door is rapidly closing

What a surprise finding this gem! Everything about this B&B is perfect. Very comfortable and cozy and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal and the balcony views are incredible! The staff was exceptionally accommodating and we’ll stay here anytime we need to overnight in Naples.

Location is a 5 min walk to the train station. Train station area kind of shady, but not the fault of the room.

It was super clean and very well organized. The host was also very welcoming. The place is located 3 minutes away from the train station and a main metro station. It is super convenient. The neighborhood is a bit suspicious and noisy, but that is not the fault of the owners.

Quick and easy check in, our host was very lovely. She went above and beyond for us. I needed help to print some tickets for a ferry trip and she printed them for me and left them in our room. We also needed to keep our luggage there after check out which wasn't a problem. A very big thankyou!

Good position Well connected although quite noisy from the traffic. However with the windows closed we could barely hear anything. Clean, nice large dining space. Good communication. The fridge in the room was quite noisy. The lift very small and not buggy friendly.

The location is superb, right next to the train station, metro station. The room is big and clean with a small fridge. There's a public area outside with a kitchen.
