We had a great experience talking to the couple who own this unit. Very fun

Rooms are not sound proof. So found it very difficult to sleep in the night due sounds coming from the adjacent room.

Accessibility to all activities requires for my bisiness trip. The facility representative made it easy to navigate registration and understand surroundings.

This hotel is a perfect place to overnight before your train trip in the morning. It’s compact and very close to the station. This may not be the best place to get an impression of Naples.

The location is good and owner is kind.

Nicely located but there were no people at the reception from afternoon and there were very limited options for breakfast

After finding the accommodation building I was expecting to be in a not so nice room . The room was done up very nicely, check-in was a bit quirky and breakfast supplied. The area at first. Turned out good though. Entry was through a side door that wasn't obvious to find.

Clean, good location for the train station. Beds were comfortable. The building was not a hotel but a residential building and we were in rooms behind a heavy security door. The area around was rather run down. So would not recommend for anyone of a more nervous disposition or lone females or possible travelling with kids. Also advertising breakfast is a bit of a long shot as it was just a tray of processed carbs and an option of cornflakes. I think it would be easier to say no breakfast.

Walk from train station, Clean rooms. they provide a small continental breakfast in the rooms, water and juice.

Located mere steps from Centrale/Garibaldi station, it is very secure and comfortable. Our host Ettore gave us such good local sightseeing advice, we got to see as much as we could in a short visit. And such great value! Easy access to airport bus too.

location... bang on. tried to provide breakfast( packed-croissants and toasted breads, corn flakes. I was very happy that we had free access to milk in the fridge in the corridor for my kids and our coffee. most of my airbnbs didn't provide breakfast). though small, room was pretty cozy and included a mini fridge( this is other than fridge in the corridor) and kettle. very friendly, cooperative and communicative host. bedding was very comfortable( all of us in our family dont like very soft beds. beds were reasonably soft, definitely not hard), property had a lift. a Mart just at the entrance for primary needs was of great convenience. host tried to provide the best that he could, this I can clearly say. quite wonderfully packed simple aminities within space and constraint. reasonably comfortable for a quick one night stay lift was very small and difficult to get in and out with my heavy luggage. though location is wonderful, the area where this accommodation is situated was definitely not great for a family for its cleanliness and kind of people walking around. having stayed in spacious airbnb apartments in my trip, we found the room very small and congested, bathroom was quite comfortable and spacious though. one thing I have to specifically mention, the rooms are not sound proof and you can clearly hear people walking in corridor and the adjacent door opening feels as if someone is opening our own room.

Napoli Relais is an oasis near the convenient Napoli train station. The constant communication from the hotel (with a video to guide me there) made the experience very comfortable, and the friendliness of the staff made me feel home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, the a/c was perfect for warmer nights, and the double pained glass provided sound proofing through out the night. And what was even greater, was that even with the convenience to trains, it's the best deal in town. I would certainly return. Book now before this place becomes Trip Advisor's #1 place in Napoli to stay. As an added extra - the shower has disco lights. Totally cool. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Good host. Advise places to go and things to do. Lovely cleaning staff. Went above what was expected. All pretty good for the price.

Very close to the central station in Naples, which was what I liked the most about this place.

In a very rough part of Naples.

Convenient and in expensive Nothing fancy here. Room, wifi and a shower.
