Smart station hotel

No breakfast was available, though it was advertised. The beds were very firm. Seemed like a newly renovated part of the hotel. In-room kettle or coffee maker would be nice.

The staff were pretty ok. It was not clean. Hair in shower. Hair on bed sheet. Shower drain cover not on drain. Toilet seat hinges were broken and the seat not attached and fell off when I sat down, causing some injury to me. Hair in the shower. Strange residue on the floor near the shower. All light plates and phone cracked and broken. Mosquitos in the room. Lighting is poor. No lift. The upper part of the wall is covered in velvet and there were dozens of handprints on it which of course shows just how many people touched an uncleanable surface. The lower wall paneling old and very dirty. The table covered in. Cigarette burns. Pigeons on balcony. The neighborhood is horrible and dangerous, but it’s nice to have a hotel near the train station for easier transportation for an early flight. I can understand about the neighborhood, but the lack of cleanliness is in the hotel’s control. The air conditioning worked good and the staff were ok. It was nice to have someone there when I returned at night because the area is not good for the safety nor central nervous system, especially of a woman who was alone.

The price was nice and the staff was helpful. Neighborhood was too noisy, I was not able to sleep at night. Also I didn’t feel safe to walk around.

The location of the hotel was near to the central train station. Room was clean, all facilities were good. They do not serve blanket in the room. The lobby was congested.

The young couple who was working in the reception, They were very helpful people. If I go back to Napoli I will stay there again :) Out side hotel was dirty ( I mean the street)

Room was big, decorated nicely. Friendly staff. Good location Close to central station.

The hotel was well connected for transport. Staff keeping dogs in the room next door, barking consistently every night for the 7 nights we were there, multiple complaints made. Hotel double charged for booking and took 1 week to ammend. Cleaners regularly left items in our room, used wash/dust towels, cigarettes - and we only received toilet paper on our last night.

The front door Gentleman was a super star. Could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was fine, the area is pretty rough. But then it is right next to the station. Decent over all. But the staff really made it for me!

AC was working well I didn't like any thing.

Noise, the staff was not kind, air conditioner was not clean

cleanness, locatin, friendly stuff some noise from the road below in week days during morning. i asked for double bed and i got two single beds connected. it was ok and bigger but i mention this bcos i did ask for a double bed when i booked and i got a positive answer.
