The room was very spacious, clean and perhaps also newly renovated. I was in a 3-bed room. As mentioned in other reviews, location is standard european main station vibe, however, I find it generally safe, despite being a solo female traveler. The neighborhood is very well lit, even the courtyard as well. I was honestly abit wary about this based on some of the reviews written, but people on the streets mind their own business and I even had a late arrival on my first night and ended home past midnight (due to metro line 1 last minute closure) on my last night without issues. The door to the room is not sound-proofed. You can easily hear other guests talking if they're in the corridor.

Location, location, location. The accommodation is located about 500m from the central train station and the bus station which makes things so much easier. There is an abundance of cafes , restaurants and shopping in the area as it is very close to Piazza Garibaldi where all the action is. We had heavy luggage which needed to be carried two floors up since the elevator was not available to guests. Greater attention should be paid to hygiene of the bed sheets.

The location was nice as it was close to the train station. The communications were clear. The room was small for three people. The wifi was not working properly.

Location was very good. very close from Napoli centrale station-just 2 minutes by walk. You can leave your luggage before check in. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. Room was very comfy and quiet so I could sleep very well. Wifi was so fast. Highly recommend this place. Hot water. Almost no hot water so I rarely took a shower during stay.

Staff was responsive. Location is close to train terminal if you are in and out. Location felt unsafe. Creepy guys yelling at us. Dirty. Graffiti. Would never go back.

Clean, very much worth for money Address was not clear to find

The location was very near to the old city center and the Napoli Central Station, we preferred to walk to most places. Our host, Fabio, was very helpful and available for any other information we asked during our stay. We would certainly recomand to other people. The street was not very clean and there were some dubious people around the area but it's normal for that part of the city. Nothing scary though.

Only location which is just near the train station. This is not a hotel. Terrible atmosphere. Very dirty floor. Bathroom is too too old. Not suggesting anyone to stay.

The location was perfect close to the train station, restaurants and small independent grocery stores were handy. Coffee and tea were supplied in the kitchen area and room was spacious enough for the 2 of us and our luggage The lift and stairs to get to the 4th floor. If you are young and backpacking it's not an issue but if you are older and have suitcases it was but upon our arrival Fabio was there to assist us with the suitcases and the lift.

Very close to the train which was good for onward travel It was VERY noisy…. The walls were so thin that we could even hear people coughing in the next room. They were playing the tv till at least 1am which kept us up. I thought then the noise had finally stopped but no the cleaning turned up at 7:30am!!! They were banging things around, talking very loudly and considering checkout wasn’t till 10am it was very unpleasant being woken up this early. Not only that the cleaner then tried to open our door TWICE at 8am!!! Without knocking just aggressively pushing on the handle!! And we weren’t even checking out till 10am. Then on our departure the lift stopped working so we had to carry our baggage down multiple flights of stairs. There were also long black hairs all over the fresh towels and on the floor in the bathroom which was horrible.
