You have created unjustified problems for my person. DG Same as above, I really do not think there is a host problem since the review is solicited by booking WHICH STILL DID NOT SOLVE MY RESERVATION FALSE ENTRY ISSUE.DG

I’m 68 years old. The room was upstairs, and the building has no elevator. I had a moderately heavy piece of luggage and was out of breath when I reached my floor. (By the way, Italy counts the first floor as “0” so there was an “extra” floor to climb.) I did not see any sign of smoke detectors. The entire block consists of buildings converted into hostels. The lack of smoke detectors/ elevators makes for a very hazardous situation in the event of a fire or any emergency that requires a quick exit.

Don't even go near it Third floor no lift

Kitchen was very poor, staff uninterested.

the facility needs more, the main problem i faced was the toilet and the shower, imagine ONE bathrom (which contains also the toilet) for about 20 person at the same time !!!! it was a nightmare some days you need to get up at 6h00 to stand in the line so you can take a shower at 7h00.

bad

Situated in a dangerous area, it is especially scary to walk there at night. The neighbors were making noise all night and dropping heavy iron ladders. The furniture is old, I am not sure it is clean.

Absolutely nothing Everythings just disgusting, the receptionist, the hostel, the neighborhood, the building, the cleaning. Theres only one bathroom for 30 ppl. Thats not even legal. Worst experience ever

Nothing Bed bugs, staff yells all the time, terrible wifi, super cramped, bed creek, just pay the 5-10€ more to get a hostel that doesn’t ruin your trip.

Nothing Wanted to stay at this place because we are arriving late to Naples, was going to spend the day in Naples, and then leave early the next morning. We ended our stay early because: - BED BUGS. Convenience of staying near the train station is not worth it if you have to clean all your clothes and deal with bedbug bites. (More appeared besides the pictures attached) - bunkbed was literally falling apart. 2 ladders for four bunkbeds and they were not secure. My bed’s railing literally fell off the bed in the middle of the night and made a loud noise. - women’s dorm has a curtain for a door which leads to the balcony. - our “key” to our locker opened several different lockers. (We always check this to ensure security of our valuables). Didn’t feel confident leaving out stuff in this facility. Locker is small - Showerhead is broken so you have to hold it, which is fine but there’s no hot water. - I had inquired with the staff if I could shorten my stay 1 night and get a refund. They said yes, but that I would have to go through booking. I’m not sure if they forgot because it’s been a couple days for the request to go through, or if they just completely LACK INTEGRITY - wifi was spotty I have traveled a lot and stayed in several “cheap” places in the past, with no problems, but I honestly believe there is no justifying staying here. Take the metro to the centre of Naples, stay in Pompei, or anywhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE

Location Male bathroom had no toilet seat. The rooms smelled like months of old sweat. There was very little hot water for showers at night. The bunk bed ladder was broken and unstable. No soap provided in the shower. Showers were tiny. No elevator nor help despite being on third floor with narrow stairs. It cost 30 euros for one night at this sewer

Only the location. Sorry, but I need to share my honest experience. I stayed two nights at this hostel and honestly, it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The people living here seemed really careless and disrespectful. The bathroom was disgusting—i found there was pee everywhere on the floor, and someone pooped but didn’t even flush properly. Also the bedroom was smelled awful. The guests looked like they had been living together for ages, but in really unhygienic conditions. The girl sleeping next to my bed hadn’t brushed her hair in what looked like weeks. I was so scared I couldn’t sleep the first night. I feel like sleeping in station. My friend stayed in a different room and told me someone used his slippers and walk everywhere without permission. I also saw someone walking around in just his underwear, even though the hostel rules clearly say you have to wear slippers and shirts inside. The staff and owner, except for one African guy, never smiled or greeted guests, which made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. I also bought a sealed water bottle from the supermarket to drink at the hostel, but when I woke up, the seal was broken—very creepy. The hostel is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which was a struggle, but I was lucky to only bring a small cabin suitcase. For 15 euros, this place seems to attract people who don’t care about cleanliness or other guests. I really regret choosing this place just to save a few bucks because I honestly felt my safety was at risk. Luckily, I stayed with a friend because if I was alone, I would have been terrified. To make things worse, after staying there, I found out I got bedbug bites all over my body and had to spend more money on medicine.

I had to leave this facility after five minutes of getting there. All the staff cared about was for me to pay the Tourist tax after which I was given this filthy bed to sleep on. We had to queue to have a shower which made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe with the huge number of people in the facility The staff struggled to understand basic English and when I told him I was going.. he just told me to get the door whilst he was busy doing his chat on his phone. This place smells so bad I can't risk my life in there. Had to check into another hotel nearby where I am happy to be. Everything

For what you pay is pretty fair! The location is great as well. Before I was worried about cleaninness, but it really surprised me that it was good! Of course you get what u pay for, so do not expect a beautiful place.

Extremely poor service – staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright rude throughout my stay the reception staff was disorganized and treated guests with disrespect.room lacked basic amenities that were clearly listed during booking.Misleading photos and descriptions – what you see online is NOT what you get in reality.complaints were ignored, and no effort was made to resolve issues.Would not recommend – overall a very disappointing stay, avoid this place if you value comfort and respect.
