Central location, good value for money for a short stay. While the location was central, the area surrounding was dirty and unsafe. Room and hotel were clean and safe.

Perfect location, close to the station for any other travels (we used it as a base to other coastal locations) however it was still a great location for close good food or small walk to the beautiful parts of Naples! We were also able to drop our bags off and have them held before and after our check in, which we appreciated so much! The staff were super helpful and friendly despite language barrier. Great size rooms with wifi and air conditioning! If absolutely anything, the Beds were a little rough to sleep however we were able to get good sleep in.

Great location for the train to Rome, Sorrento and Naples underground. Room had everything we needed and owner communicated with us frequently using whatsapp. The area was very run down - not suitable for lone females. Quite dirty and didn't really feel safe at night. Having said that we had no bother from anybody.

The biggest plus for me was how the owner handled our unfortunate situation. We were robbed, someone stole our belongings (phones, clothes, and most importantly hotel keys) when we were on a beach. Police helped us reach the owner and escorted us back to the hotel. The owner was waiting for us near the entrance and let us in. I am very grateful that she decided to come in person, despite the fact that it was already late in the evening. There are other advantages: clean room, small fridge (there were two bottles of water when we arrived, which was nice), cleaning every two days, train/bus stations are a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is pretty dirty.

Unexpectedly clean on the inside, the streets are not so warm and welcoming. Very dirty. Hotel was hard to find, but the neighbours helped me get there. The streets and area, not so great.

The location was brilliant for hopping on trains and buses for day trips, facilities were clean, secure and spacious Street felt a little dodgy but nothing too much of an issue

Great location: near the train station. Our host Giordana was very kind: although the check-in is from 15.00, she let us to put the bags at 09.00 and didn't mind that we were late about an hour due to the train traffic.

Giordana is an amazing host! Communication with her was smooth and easy, she made sure we had all the information we needed for a pleasant stay. She's also flexible and understanding of random situations that happen sometimes, like i.e. needing to check in a bit earlier or change the number of guests. The place is located in a busy area, but allows you to rest well after a long day of sight-seeing. I have absolutely nothing to complain about :) It's a good base for travelling to Naples and its beautiful surroundings!
