Near the train station Good security Clean room and cleaned often Interesting area for food as many kinds and great prices. Also supermarket nearby On main subway lines Staff usually helpful 24 hour front desk Big sign to ID the place on the side of the building Have an elevator to get up to the floor so good for heavy bags Use of frig and hot water heater in kitchen area was very helpful Lounge area to eat in and use ones computer in ETC Balconey good for drying laundry Room was a bit small for the money Elevator decided to fail for a while but was fixed Could use another power outlet to charge devices as only one in room Area may not be totally safe late at night but fine in evening and day time

Good security. 24 hour desk. Big sign on the side of the building with the hotel name. Rooms and bathroom kept very clean. Hotel is near the train station, good ethnic restaurants that are cheap, and a supermarket. Building has an elevator. Easy to get to airport and metro lines. We stayed twice back to back as the first room was sold out for the last few days so we had to change rooms. We knew this in advance so no surprise. The first room and our first review are very good for almost everything. The second room was about $76/night compared to about $80/night for the first room. The second room was 1/2 the size of the first, had no bath, no TV and a very small balcony. The managers were very nice the first time to let us use the hot water pot to make coffee, use frig, and use sitting area. Second time they let us use the facilities but were not so nice about it.

Good location. Good value. Staff let me use their microwave and refrigerator. The foam bed should be flipped and rotated often. It sags in the middle and toward the side.

My original room was a single which was smaller than I had expected and was facing straight onto a noisy street. So I upgraded to a double room for €15 per night more which I could afford and the room was a good size, with its own bathroom, quiet and comfortable.

Man, what to say…all of Naples is in pretty bad shape. Definitely not this hotels fault! But man it’s all hard, the reception is on the 2nd floor which is the 3rd floor in the US. Outside door is locked, door to reception is locked. Hard to get in. The man checked us in seemed hard but once he smiled and laughed it was easy to tell he had a kind heart. The room (4) was in the lobby of the hotel so every conversation and every phone call was part of our experience. The city below is loud and busy all night. The room was adequately put together and all linens and sheets were just fine. This establishment is for the rough and tough travelers. Ear plugs are a must if you plan on staying here. Even though the streets are crowded and seem scary I didn’t see anything that would cause you harm. Just be brave and adventurous for a night or two and you’ll be fine. Ah, Naples…maybe Mount Vesuvius will clean this city soon.

The hotel's location is convenient for commuting. Having said that, I could take the Alibus (airport bus) from the airport and arrive at the Napoli Centrale train station, which is close to the hotel, in 15 minutes. Walking from the train station to the hotel will take 5-8 minutes only. Therefore, the hotel was fit to my travel plan, which is a one-day trip to other cities such as Pompeii and Rome. Also, it is not far from the famous pizza of Naples; I went there on foot. The shared bathroom/ toilet and lobby were cleaner than I expected. The small bedroom I booked was clean but slightly cold at night (in the second week of April). However, I found a spare blanket in the room's cabinet for extra warmth. Although the location is excellent, the neighborhood looks scary. In front of the train station on the right side (if the train station is behind you), there were some groups of people standing around, and you had to walk past them to reach the hotel. Some street sellers look a bit scary on the small road where the hotel is, too (even if they did not do anything to you). I heard their noise at night due to my room being close to the road.

Staff were lovely, and the bed was comfortable but ended up having to leave due to plans to travel further south. I felt bad for having to leave the next day as i felt i made the owners upset for that. Simple room standards had everything you needed. The area, honestly, you can not blame the owners for where the hotel is located. It's just unfortunate that it felt like you have to watch your back anytime you leave or go into the hotel.

The location was excellent, very close to the railway station and walking distance to the ferry terminal. It was deal for visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Capri and Ischia. The room was decent and very reasonably priced. Everything worked - the toilet, shower, etc. The internet was really patchy. We had to sit on the chairs outside the room to get decent wifi, and even then it kept cutting out. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets kept falling off the bed - they would need to fit better. But apart from this everything was satisfactory.
