Hotel Poker

Great staff, very helpful and friendly, especially Simone Not a problem for us, but be aware: no elevators, you need to climb 1 flight of stairs to get there

We was at new apartment close to hotel Poker it was very nice Brekfast poor

Nothing. Dirty sheets, rip in sheets, hair on sheets, mould around the windows, sheets weren’t changed once in the 3 nights. Made the bed everyday but nothing else, didn’t even replace the toilet roll when it was empty, no fresh towels. Have to ask for everything, breakfast was pitiful. Very noisy dodgy area. It’s not even 1 star standard. Sockets coming away from the wall, usb didn’t work in either sockets between the bed, light switch broken too on left side. Sensor light as you walk in, if you get up in the night for the toilet prepare to be blinded. Lukewarm showers. The safe isn’t even screwed into anything so you can pick it up and just walk away with it. Cleaning lady’s hovering at 7:30/8am, noise constantly from people coming in and out. I could go on and on. Absolute nightmare of a place. AVOID. Trust me.

I liked so much the two lovely ladies who were in risponsibile of the breakfast. Short walk from the train station.

Very poor

Our room was better than we have experienced in most other hotels. It was modern and clean and everything was new. The facilities in the room were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. This hotel is beside the train station for travelling to Sorrento. Breakfast was ok. Not much of a selection but enough to fill up on. Naples is a grubby and neglected city and the hotel looks awful on the outside, as do the surrounding streets. The hotel looks like a derelict building. However, we were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean and modern inside.

The hotel is very close to the train station, metro station, suburban train which was great for our group who were focused on sightseeing. The standard of the hotel as described. The street where the hotel is located, typical of Naples, dirty, lots of rubbish, lots of people at all times of the day and night. In the rooms that have windows facing the street, unfortunately you can hear everything happening on the street.

Location,Staff & breakfast was good The entrance to the Hotel. But once you go in was perfect .I understand the entrance other people living there. but it need some painting & decorating them it wil be great.

I was in the small room with bathroom and had a great accomodation. It's very close to main railstation. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was really nice No complains.

Nothing because Hotel Poker failed to provide any room in their hotel. Effectively this was a scam. A room in an alternative five minute walk away (on the fifth floor in another building) at a B and B called ' Chez Moi' was provided , the reason claimed was because the shower was not working in the assigned Hotel Poker room. It was nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com. The room provided was poorly lit with a minimal window outside and was not what had been described per the Booking.com description. I wouldn't have chosen the room in the alternative B and B but had it forced upon me.

the staff was very friendly, especially with my 2 year old girl. the location is also very good, central and easy to get everywhere by foot or with publoc transport. the room was very clean as well as the towels and bed sheets. the hotel is located on a 1st floor in an old building with no elevator, so if you have big luggage or a stroller like us then is a small hastle.

The only good thing in this place is actually a person and his service. Simone, front desk agent, was really helpful and tried his best to sort out issues. Everything a part from the staff. If you are thinking of staying in this place, please, forget about it if you want to feel safe, to rest and to be in a clean place.
