Central location Clean and spacious room Comfortable bed Friendly staff (didn't meet in person but Alessandro was helpful and responsive over Whatsapp) Area was a bit dodgy, wouldn't walk around alone (as a woman) very late at night Breakfast didn't meet our expectations, mostly just packaged cakes etc, not like in the picture. We didn't understand how the coffee machine worked and there was no staff to ask for help.

Alessandro's apartment was super clean and comfortable. the location was great and you could reach spacca napoli in less than 20 min. Alessandro was very kind and let us to keep the room up to our departure. NA

The place is comfortable and well equipped. We could arrived earlier, and the host and people working there were very kind. The bathroom is large and confortable. The locations is good and bad at the same time, it's near the train station but it's a bit too sketchy.

Super close and convenient to the bus and train station. On the 2nd floor with a half lift (for one floor) Remote access and never saw the owner but not an issue Small room - but nice big new bathroom Terrible area around the station so would be concerned at night if I was alone, luckily i was with a friend

Amazingly cosy, beautiful decoration. Silent and spacious rooms. Enjoyed every moment. Apartment right next to the train and metro station. Be a bit careful at night, during day no issues.

Breakfast was normal like in Italy :) location were excellent, public transport is really really close to go everywhere :) Host - Alessandro was an angel (we forgot to pay local tax and he paid this for us), he want to do everything best for us. If we will back to Napoli we want to go back there. 100% recommend

Beautiful B&B. Alessandro is a lovely welcoming host. Really lovely room with a comfortable bed. Airconditioning in the room. Balcony overlooking the busy street but when the window was closed the noise didn't filter up. There is a safe in the room and a small fridge. Plenty of charge points in the room also. Toiletries and towels supplied in the ensuite bathroom which was spotless. Room was cleaned every day. Lift in the property, smallest lift I've ever seen :) Excellent buffet breakfast available each morning. Tea, coffee, juice, toast, croissants and cakes. The location was very close to the Metro and the train station. Alibus runs from outside the train station every 20 minutes starting at 5.10am and will bring you to the airport for €5. Taxi rank outside the train station. Lots of restaurants in the area especially on the far side of Garibaldi Square, which is less than a minute from the property. As with any large city, the area around the train station looks rather seedy, with lots of graffiti and some street homeless. However we encountered no problems coming and going to the property even when returning by train at 1am. There is a fairly large Police and Army presence in this and many areas of Napoli. The property is not signposted and a little hard to find but another review had said it was upstairs from the Poker Hotel and we got an email with directions on how to gain entry to the property.

Lovely & clean room. Italian style breakfast. Not pleasant area outside but didn't have any problems.

It was very modern and clean. It was a great location to get from the airport and to the city. Alessandro was a wonderful host and made me feel welcome to a new city.

Alessandro was a really great host and made us feel really welcomed. The room had everything we needed and was really clean. Also the breakfast setting had everything you need for a good Italian breakfast. Big recommendation!

Fantastic accomodation, excellent host. Excellent breakfast available anytime. The only part I didn't like is towels should get changed every day to prevent dump smell but host was very reaponsive and provided clean towelsl when.I requested to change.

Only there wasn't an iron but maybe most travellers don't use them, and I got by. Alessandro did offer their big iron which is for big items which was very kind ?

The B&B was located a 5 minute walk from Napoli Centrale, very convenient. Alessandro kindly allowed a late check-in and was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was a simple spread, our room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend making this your base. Nothing, our stay was great

The B&B was clean and modern inside, and located right by the station which made it so easy to get around. There was a light breakfast of pastries and yoghurt laid out each morning. The owner was very helpful and friendly, responding promptly to email inquiries - we were even given a late checkout and bag storage as we had a late flight. We greatly enjoyed our stay! The only downside was that being closer to the station meant quite a few people hanging around in the main square in the evening, which as two women could be slightly disconcerting. The B&B is in a side alley just off the square and wasn't very obvious when we first arrived, but once found it was easily accessible.
