The pool is closed during the hours that guests are there. Only open from 12-6pm.

I was incorrectly charged a $500 smoking fee plus $35 tax despite being a non-smoker. The hotel later confirmed the charge would be refunded, and the folio shows a $535 refund processed on June 9. However, I still have not received the funds. I was also promised an additional $135 refund, which does not appear on the folio and has not been returned. It has been more than 7 business days, my bank cannot locate the refund, and my attempts to resolve the issue with management have been unsuccessful. unresolved charges and missing refunds completely overshadowed the experience.

Location and staff friendly Limited access ( we didn’t have access to the beds at the pool or cabanas) they asked for an extra charge and reservation even though it was all day empty. The booking says, we have access to a beach lounge, after asking there is no beach lounge.

Clean and nice

The property was in a great location, staff was super helpful and I enjoyed the hotel decor. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the pool loungers and cabanas. The pool loungers, pillows, cabana benches and curtains were visibly dirty. The property charges a daily resort/amenity fee, so it’s an expectation that these items shouldn’t be filthy. When I visited the pool, staff were scrubbing the loungers, but the dirt on all of the poolside furniture had accumulated over time. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing a management change when I visited. Hopefully the pool furniture will be better maintained with the shift in management.

An incredibly cute hotel. Very close to the beach, you can walk. Only a few minutes. The hotel was very clean with a lot of character! The front desk staff was very polite and allowed us to check in early so we could leave our luggage and go out to explore. There is a pool party with a DJ ever Friday Saturday and Sunday. It was a very fun vibe. The rooms are cute with a lot of character. They are very small. We however didn't care because we were just sleeping and showering there. Its a great location and allows you to walk to a lot of great shops and restaurants. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

Walking distance to board. Did not honor our stay even I had it reserved with booking We didn’t had a room and they send us to another hotel stating they will pay no fee and later they charge my credit 110 dollar more.
