Very nice staff at the reception, clean, good location. View into the wall, there was a some kind of thermostat or AC right in front of the window, that was making noise all the time (night and day). Table but no chair in the room.

Everything. The location is perfect cause waking distance from pretty much everything I want to do. I have stayed a the Cove maybe 2 times before and I def love it. Jessica at the front is so sweet and accommodating. I’ll def be back! No pool

Everything. Great location, cute room. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Discount on breakfast at the cute Parisian brunch spot. Definitely take advantage of it and try the pistachio pancakes!! CVS across the street if you forgot anything. We booked 2 nights before our cruise and this was perfect for that. Trolly stop is really close and it’s free, so definitely take advantage of it. Everything was great! Little update to the furniture in the lobby, but nothing really to complain about.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well located. A special thanks to Jessica and Luka at the reception for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful recommendations during our stay. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again.

close to the beach, beside the famous Cafe Bastille, near to restaurants, CVS and bus stops the building is a bit old, needs some repainting, bathroom needs some bit of touch up. my sink is clogged making it slower for the water to go down the drain, a little bit more improvement on cleaning coz i have seen a few dust in the room.

We stayed 3 nights at The Cove by Renzzi and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, easy to get in and out of the South Beach area, with close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, clubs, etc.. Linens and towels were very clean. Good complimentary coffee in the lobby. Still work to be done to renovate. Things like racks for towels in the washroom, or for the toilet paper. Windows smell a little moldy.

It was perfectly located near everything and the staff were great, especially Jessica.

We stayed here for 1 night after our cruise. The location is great, and the staff is very friendly. The young man, Camilo, at the reception desk was especially kind and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed and kept asking if we needed any further assistance. We were also allowed to store our luggage in a secure room for the whole day, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. Camilo, thank you for everything!

I have been coming here for years. Back when this was Fashionhaus. This go round we were not impressed. While I appreciate allowing us to store luggage before check in, the room was disappointing. It had holes on the wall, unfinished puttying, and the bathroom look like it was going through renovations with holes and screws in the wall. We stayed the night to go on a cruise the next day, so for a DAY ONLY around $160 for the night- we managed. Otherwise, they need to do some real renovation to the hotel rooms.

The room worked out great. It's in a handy location. We were in the last room down the hallway and it was a little bit noisy during the night.

Only negative thing of the room was that there was some excess noise coming from outside our window. But it was not that bad, still managed to get a good sleep.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Updated and well appointed. Close to the bus stop (for the 150 flyer to/from airport and the free South Beach trolley), front desk employees were very hospitable, we were given a beach umbrella, mat and towels to take to the beach, there was a delicious little French restaurant attached to the hotel that was 15% off for hotel guests. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Upon arrival, they allowed us to store our luggage until check in time. It was overall quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! There were no hooks to hang towels on. No shelves to put toiletries on, only one thin blanket, AC didn’t change temp (luckily I had read previous reviews and planned ahead and brought a down puff with me), the deadbolt didn’t work but the regular lock did. The hot water didn’t work correctly. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they explained how to maneuver the handle in the correct position to get it to work. If it didn’t, they said they could move us to a different room. But it ended up working after we followed their directions. The housekeeping staff never cleaned our room, even through we put the sign on the door requesting cleaning service. We had no clean towels to shower with when we returned from the beach later in the day. We did see one of the cleaning ladies nearby and asked if we could get some clean towels. She didn’t speak English, but we were able to motion with our hands what we needed and she gave us more towels, face clothes and a bath mat. No elevator, but it was easy enough to walk up one flight of stairs to the second floor. Trash pick up seemed to show up around 7:00 every morning. It woke us up every day. Loud beeping and banging of dumpsters slamming outside the window.

The stay did not meet my expectations for a hotel experience. The space was very small and did not feel comfortable for two people. There were also not enough towels provided for a two-person stay. Overall, it lacked the standard amenities and comfort I’m used to when booking a hotel.

How super small the rooms are super small

The location is great I had to shower with my flip flops on, because the shower floor looked dirty… and after whipping the toilet seat down with a Lysol wipe lots of dirt came off the toilet seat.

At first, we were given a room that was very noisy due to a motor outside, but once we informed them, they helped us move to a quieter room. We had no problems after that.

Nothing We stayed for four days and had to purchase our own washcloths. The hotel informed us that the order hadn’t arrived, so we were left without washcloths for the entire stay. To make matters worse, the bathroom had baby roaches crawling around once we turned on the lights.

The location was very nice since my friend and I were able to walk to the Miami Convention Center for Hyrox and South Beach. I appreciate how friendly the staff were and that the hotel was hidden. Because of this, I felt very safe. I had difficulty sleeping because the bed only had sheets, and I didn’t realize until an hour before I left that the blankets had been in a drawer the whole time. It was also strange that there were no holders for the toilet paper or towels, and there was no water filter available.

the quotes on the doors were nice it was old and rundown despite attempts to modernize and update it they fell short which is sad because it definitely has potential they needed a fresh start not pike paint over everything themselves the pictures make it seem so nice but our room didn't look like that It definitely fell short on my expectations from the pictures they posted . If I were young and looking for a place to crash after partying all night this would do but not what I wanted and the fact that people were loud all day and night in the hall There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor ourselves I didn't see that mentioned anywhere in description but they offered no assistance and the stairs are narrow and 2 flights so just be aware. The restaurant next door takes over the whole front entrance every morning making it hard to get in and out as you literally are walking through this small walkway to get to the entrance/exit while people are eating The Paris Queen next door brought great people and sports car watching experience on the roof top but the seats were moldy and in need of repair and it's where guests go to smoke so if you're looking for fresh air don't count on it. the place smelled musty and there were bugs flying around (mosquitos and gnats in the room) your windows are facing a walkway and other building The room had thin sheets and the mattress was not covered by anything other than the thin bottom sheet. they give you 2 waters (warm) and coffee/tea in morning (i didn't have any so cannot comment) despite 2 rooms for 6 people they only gave 2 towels, no floor towel and one hand towel. The plugs were sparse and TV didn't work right Thankfully it was one night only

Window to bathroom was ope when we checked in and the smell of the dumpsters outside the window was noticeable. The room was noisy. The windows were older and offered no sound proofing. We also had to pay 80$ to park at a garage across the street. Not the hotels fault but 80$ is significant for parking less that 24hrs

They didn't have no towels or wash cloths they told me that they have to wait for housekeeping to come in at 11 and check out was not until 11 and if i have to extend my check out time i had to pay 60.00 mind you this is there fault that i didn't have nothing to wash my ass never staying here again mind you i used to stay here when i come to Miami.

This property does NOT look like the photos. I arrived in the evening and it was scary! The room was small and the bathroom was not pleasant and the bed felt like cardboard. Save your time and upgrade, sometimes you dont get what you pay for.

Location is great. Rooms are basic but sufficient for a nights stay. Hotel is 2 floors and doesn't have a elevator. We requested a first floor room due to my companion recently having a hip replacement. Accommodated us with no problems. Cute little rooftop area

The cove is a small boutique hotel. The address was hard to find with GPS. The entrance is tucked away. Check in was good. No key, you punch in a code. Room was small but clean and comfortable. We are staying here for one night before the cruise.

I would say the improvement that is required is to replace the toilet paper holders where possible. The decor of the hotel was very chic, I especially enjoyed reading the quotes written on the. room doors. The restaurant attached made it ver convenient for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Good selection and very tasty!

What I didn't like was how dirty it was. Yes, the bed was clean and even comfortable ( I am picky about bed comfort). The floors aren't cleaned. I took my shoes off in the room and I had to clean my feet before climbing into bed because they were so dirty from walking on the floor! It is like they don't bother with cleaning the floor! My feet were literally black from walking around in the room! The sink looked like it was going to fall off and everything was very worn. One outlet on wall and one by the desk. We had to unplug the lamp so we could have an outlet. Room is very small but I guess big enough. Not enough room for a chair. No deadbolt and no key, just a reused pass code. A view of the wall of the next building 5ft away.

This was such a cute little place. It has a vintage vibe, it was clean comfy and a great price. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The roof top was pretty and nicely lite. Only thing that was weird is the patio down stairs isnt their's its a restaurants so its hard to get your luggage through when they are open.

The rooms are way smaller than the photos. There were minor inconveniences such as no light bulb in the lamp, no elevator, no working remotes and Wi-Fi spotty. Other than that this hotel has lots of potential and could be a great place to stay if they put their money into the cosmetics.

The property is in a great location if you dont want to be in the middle of the action, but the rooms need updating. No storage at all in the bathroom. Looks.like someone started to repair and updated and left it as is. Room smelled moldy that my friend coughed everytime we were in it. Air conditioning and fan were not working on arrival. The property is in a great location if you dont want to be in the middle of the action, but the rooms need updating. No storage at all in the bathroom. Looks.like someone started to repair and updated and left it as is. Room smelled moldy that my friend coughed everytime we were in it. Air conditioning and fan were not working on arrival. Cute, quaint, and cozy little hotel off the beaten path. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Each room door unique with inspirational quotes. Definitely would choose here again over a “chain” hotel. Great delicious breakfast/brunch restaurant attached.

It was great. We were only there to sleep for about 7 hours but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. We arrived about 3am, the woman who checked us in was very nice and she gave us a free late checkout to give us some extra sleep. Would for sure stay here again!

I was unimpressed. Renovations and upkeep have been shoddily done. Location is great but is a Super 8 Dollar Store renovation and hotel.

The room was filthy. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, hair in the shower, some mystery stains on the wall, and grunge on the baseboards. Could be a decent stay if there was better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Disappointed.

Disappointed. Dirty. Old. No elevator. Pictures on website are deceiving. Lobby is ugly. Even if your room is ready they won’t let you check in early.

Hotel was run down, room was right at the lobby. Didn’t stay here, left property right after checking in and booked at the Cardozo.Still paid for the room, no discount. Staff was nice, accommodations weren’t up to par. Felt catfished.

this place was super cute and the staff was very friendly. the only problem we had is one of the beds was a bit dirty & the floor had crumbs/dirt all over... that was very upsetting but we only stayed one night anyway & one of the beds was clean so we just slept on that one. the location is great, tho, there's lot of stuff nearby to do & its like a 5 min walk from the beach. i just wouldn't recommend staying for an extended period of time because the rooms arent very clean & the bed was hard to sleep on too. that last part could just be a personal preference, though idk lol.

People staying on property arguing all night long for several nights. Had to sweep and clean bathroom ourselves upon first arriving. No water pressure. No way to contact front desk except going to first floor b/c there are no phones in room. It is weird asking staff for everything (using microwave, toaster, Ice). The rooms were of good size. Bed and pillows were extra comfortable. Rooftop is quiet and clean. Bus/trolly stop on the same block.

Rooms very spacious & clean. Comfy beds. Slightly noisy, but this could be due to our room being at the back of the hotel near where bins were collected early morning. Offers discounts at nearby restaurants. Able to leave luggage before & after stay.

We arrived early in Miami and the woman at the front desk was super sweet and had our room ready. Our room was nice and clean and so Miami lol. Vibrant colors and fun. The area is convient with the beach two blocks away and lots of stores and food. Perfect stay. Definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed being in walking distance from SouthBeach and other popular streets!! The woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! My singular gripe was the size of the room, however with so many other benefits thats is a small thing!! I would definitely stay there again & recommend to family and friends!!

Excellent spot close to the beach

It was nice and comfy and everyone was very nice. The only drawback is the lack of parking.

Staff were friendly. Had issues with delayed arrival of our luggage. We were told they wouldn’t accept our luggage if it arrived after we left for our cruise, despite our plan to return to the area (though not the hotel) on return. Was not super helpful. Seat cover on toilet was broken. Design of the room and hotel was nice.

Property itself was excellent but we had a room that did not have a working TV. Staff attempted to help no success

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. I think they try to do a good job cleaning but things like the trim in the bathroom need to be replaced and updated. The rooms are VERY small. The cable kept going in and out also. If I was paying $79 for the room, it would’ve been worth it but when you’re paying $300 it’s not close to worth it.

We were impressed with the room and it was close to shopping and the beach! The attached restaurant was amazing!

No phone no toilet tissue no towel bar no where to put hand soap sink not attached to wall was tippy dirty shower. Service desk girl was always on her phone and when ask questions about area she just said too much to talk about

Stayed one night before boarding our cruise. Nice hotel centrally located to food and entertainment and the water. Easy check in. No elevator…and of course we were housed on second floor. Hotel staff did help with luggage tho. Good choice.

This is more of a hostel type of accommodation. The rooms are small and have their amenities, but it is very close and you can hear some of the other guests around.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very clean and artsy and Andres and Jessica were very kind and accommodating!

Good location. Close to entertainment shops restaurants pharmacies. Room abit old. I was on second floor aircon was loud like a 737 but at least was cold. Nice to have a fan too. Big beds comfortable. Bit pricy for 3 star

The room was HORRIBLE. The toilet clogged overnight. With fecal matter, (not us). We only got the room for one night. Bathroom and shower was extremely dirty. Pee all over the sides. Staff did poorly cleaning the room The hotel staff was great and very nice.

My husband and I stayed here for an evening after arriving back in Florida from a cruise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and Florencia at the front desk allowed us to store our bags in the lobby until check in later that day. She even gave us a half hour early check in as we were exhausted. The property and room were very clean and chic and we loved that we were walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was a perfect stay!
