We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at this hotel. The manager and the entire staff were exceptional throughout our visit. They listened carefully to our requests and comments, were always helpful, and were available around the clock whenever we needed assistance. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere made for a truly relaxing vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free getaway. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I believe the main challenge was the number of elevators, which did not seem sufficient to meet guest demand, particularly during busy times, resulting in longer wait times than expected. In addition, I believe the rooms require a few more artistic touches, such as wall art, additional colors, or decorative patterns to make the rooms feel warmer, more vibrant, and memorable while enhancing the overall guest experience.

The Location is good but bit noisy The Service was absolutely awful, I usually don't leave comments but in this case I feel obliged to write this review. First of all once we arrived with my wife at 16h00 I was surprised by the person in the reception telling me that your stay was canceled and telling me did you receive the email? There was no email no cancelation on booking everything was confirmed, they did so cuz there was a large group coming and they needed more rooms, then I asked for the manager and he told me that they tried taking the money from my credit card which they don't have the right to cuz I booked under pay later policy, After many useless talks they gave us the worst room I've ever seen in a five stars, minibar not working, view on the neighbors and they don't even have water in the toilet, then when we came back at night the manager told me did you receive a cake basket in your room? There was nothing at all. If you can afford a five stars in Marrakech this the one to avoid at any cost 0 professionalism

We got charged a 1000dirhams deposit and never got the deposit back, 1st room we got was too small, 2nd room had kids in the next room and 3rd and final room we got moved to was fine except the AC didnt work (was ventilating cold instead of heat) . Overall was fine and we love radisson, this one however turned to be quite an eventful one and we were too exhausted to argue.

It was a great location and the suite was spacious. It was not very clean, and during the two days of rain. The walk hallways were not tended to which were frankly not safe to walk on.

Perfect

Great staff and facilities. Perfect location for shopping and restaurants. I thought that the price was a little high compared to other properties of the same or higher quality in the city.

Nothing Poor breakfast include artificial orange juice when Morocco is famous with pure fresh orange juice, Mesmen is not cooked properly, shower amenities are outside of the bathroom so Dont forget to put in in before you start your shower, I spent 350USD a night for this 2 star hotel, never be back. That is not a 5 stars hotel.

I love the fact that it is at the centre of the business area.

Modern, clean and spacious room with an awesome balcony. The breakfast is amazing, you get a big selection of really tasty food. The pool space is great for relaxing. The staff is really kind and helpful. Although it looks new and clean at first sight, the room has many cracks and falling plaster on the walls and ceiling. There is quiet some damage on the equipment already. The TV only has TV channels and not a single streaming service or AirPlay option.
