Super clean and staff were brilliant Bed was way too firm

Walking distance to restaurants / shopping mall & medina. Bed was comfy to sleep in & not a lot of noise from the streets. The attached restaurant “Nona” has excellent food. Love their pasta truffles & knufa. Very attentive front desk & they easily respond to us if we need more toiletries in the room. Small room, breathable for 2 people. Not a lot of room to move around. Very small bathroom, 2 people will not fit in there at the same time. No clear instructions on how to reach front desk by phone.

The room was clean, the location is quite central. The Hotel has some parking spots where you can park your car in front of the entrance which is practical in the area. The Lady in Front desk could be more welcoming. Our room in the first floor was noisy as you could hear cars passing in the street quite loudly. Breakfast is rather limited for the price Paid.

Rooms are clean The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Noise in the corridors and on the street (traffic and mopeds) can be heard clearly and will wake you up. This is not a hotel for people who are here on business and need a good night's sleep. The breakfast is very basic with products of very average quality. The natural orange juice is diluted with industrial juice.

I like the staff they are helpful, very nice friendly and outside of the property are accessible to anything store resto there is no free coffee after breakfast, but they give you free instant coffee in the room, no microwave

Very clean and nice hotel. Similair to a standard 4 star hotel in Canada / US. Service is great too. Breakfast wasn’t very good, many hot items were cold and weren’t very yummy. The airport transfer is a rip-off. 200 dh for very used, dirty, small, smelly, old SUV.

The restaurant and breakfast were nice & they went out of their way to make a special dish to meet my dietary requirements. I appreciate that the hotel was for adults only, it is nice to have no kids. Room was clean enough but not exceptional (towels and sheets were dingy). AC was excellent. Bathroom and hot water was good. Housekeeping staff friendly. Great location. There is no inside lock, only the cardkey lock. So this means anyone from outside with the cardkey can enter your room & this made it feel extremely unsafe. (Also, it is embarassing for housekeeping when one came inside when they didn't know I was in the room!) The towels and sheets are dingy and stained. There is not place to set luggage. Some of the front desk staff could improve, no smiles, etc.
