There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. No soap is provided (you have to buy it yourself), it’s hard to sleep due to the noise outside of the parking the street guard. The breakfast is very disappointing.

Conveniently located hotel in Guélitz down a quiet street. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff were fantastically helpful. On the top floor we could hear the noise of the hotels aircon sun it’s on the roof.

Located in the guilz The staff had a bad face all the time Only one elevator was working and the one that worked was damaged There's no light in the room terrace And the worst thing was at the checkout time when the owner said that I was layer about the price for the late checkout that his employee told my about . Eventually he opened the security camera and found that I'm right.

The only nice place in the hotel was restaurant and the swimming pool. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I have been charged twice and as soon as I complained the member of staff told me that I am liar when I can clearly see on my bank statement that I was charged. Big thank you for Yousef for help, great manners and wonderful customer service. Is the only person who made our stay more enjoyable

nothing We were on the 5th floor there was no wifi in our room, we stayed for 10 days, every day we spoke with the receptionist we have no internet in our room and they told us we will lease with the technician, this happened for a few days, then we spoke with booking.com and they said they will speak with the hotel they said they was going to compensate us and then later changed their minds, for the whole 10 days we had no wifi and I had to get work done on my laptop, the manager of the hotel said if we cant change your room if you have a problem with the internet, and then book.com are utterly useless took them like 6 days to respond to me and said they cant do anything to compensate us. Also the hotel said we cant bring any food inside to the hotel and we have to order from their Resturant which we didn't like, will not be staying here again
