Lovely lobby, lots of places to eat within a few blocks. Stand with snacks right across the street. Pool was very clean, big and pretty but did not use it. Breakfast not good, only ate it once, then skipped Beds and pillows like boards but all are in Morocco

The staff at Riad were approachable and my requests were promptly met. The room had a bit old furniture, a kind dark on the hall. The shower drain was bit clogged and the lamp bulb was broken down.
-
The staff and helpfulness The property itself is as so run down and in need of renovations the beds are pillows were hard. The breakfest wasn’t great

Nothing that bad. good stay overall
-
It was very noisy, the air conditioning wasn't strong.
-
- Traditional Moroccan style and decorative elements - Convenient last-minute booking availability - Fair pricing for short stays - Good connection to Marrakesh airport - Outdated bathroom facilities - Basic electrical installations needing updates - Unwelcoming staff service

Staff were great. Not much options for gluten intolerant

I stayed for 2 nights at the end of a tour. The first night my room had a swarm of flies. I asked for a different room and was told the hotel was fully booked. Luckily a friend had a spare bed in her room and I stayed with her. The second day, the toilet broke in my other friends room. They were told to use the lobby toilet and they would call someone to fix it after we check out.
-
The toilet in our room did not flush. We notified the front desk and were told there was nothing that they could do, so we had to use the toilets in the lobby during our stay.
-
We did not receive the rooms we chose, the pictures of the rooms we reserved had nothing the same we were accommodated in. The first night the air conditioning didn't work and we were left in a cold room.

This hotel is beautiful, we just happened to stay there at a time of year when we were the only guests, so it felt vacant. I can imagine in the summertime, when the pool is available this is a vibrant place to stay. This appears to be a locally owned place that's been around for awhile. Think charm! Lastly, the staff were friendly and aimed to be helpful.

I got a real feel of Morocco’s architecture and was surprised to see each area … room, lobby, breakfast area and dining area reflected the beauty of traditional style of the country Wish there was a kettle in the room so I could make my early morning coffee and late night tea.

This hotel is simple and good value. Nice to have a balcony and a spacious room. The hotel is fine, with lovely decor that has got shabby. Some work needed to restore to its former elegance.
