Was wonderfully welcomed by the reception crew (friendly, quick & competent).

The hotel was cheap and close to a metro station that went to airport. The manager helped us change the room when our first room was dirty The hotel is dirty and the staff can't clean at all. Even when they changed our room to executive that one was not clean either. The bed sheets were old and again not that clean. The location is a bit far from the city. And I found the breakfast expensive for the quality they gave.

Bed was really comfy, amazing pillows. Good bathroom quality and size of bed, plenty of space and storage. I was on the new building over the road from the main, literally a few steps. On the terrace was a nice looking pool and outdoor space, no one there as the weather was overcast. Soundproofing isn’t great, luckily I had quiet neighbours. TV in my room only had terrestrial, and of that only 4 channels worked. Would be good if water was refreshed when the room is cleaned.

The location next to the Metro station, friendly employees, fast check in, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast. It doesn’t have a lot of choices.

Location great Aircon was a little noisy Bed is in the hard side Shower changes temperature from ok to volcanic all on its own.

Great congress location. Well maintained and friendly staff. Some facilities (e.g. gym) a little dated. Otherwise all very good.

Price was great for where the hotel was located. I would have preferred to stay closer to the City Center, but my friends had booked this location. And the day we arrived, the mall nearby was not open. Not much to do in this location, but facilities within the hotel are very nice. :)
