The amability from the staff

Room is well organized, and cleaned. Staff is ready to help you at any time. For a 4 stars facility there are some incoherent in service, no kettle is available at the room and one have to request hot water at the restaurant for a 1 euro price, and same price for disposable cutlery.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. I really liked that we could stir our bags until check in time. The elevator broke, while we were in it.

The noise in the room from outside was too much, because of broken window.

Everything was great The location was not easily reachable by public transports.

It was conveniently close to where I had to be for work. The breakfast was good. I did not like the room. It was not well taken care of, not well equipped and the bathtub was dirty along with kinda dirty and rusty bathroom gear. It was acceptable in general but truly not for the price tag. With this money, you should get a lot better.

Breakfast should have more main course Facilities, no gym, pool, sauna , but mentioned in hotel facilities

- confortable bed - you can hear the people in the next door and the cars on the road - the staff received us showing a "You are not welcome l" face, he gave me one card for a 3 person family room, I asked, he said, one room one key...though he gave me the 2nd one, it feels really unwelcome.. - there was a fire accident on the Christmas eve

The room and the restaurant Very good

1. The breakfast was good! 2. Men in the reception during out stay was so nice! 1. Pool - opening it, you should have thermal when you are opening it, how useful it is in winter time if the water is cold? 2. The lady at the breakfast counter was descriminating. I saw her opening the string for people coming in to have breakfast but with us Asian she just pointed it to us for us to go in. It’s not really an issue as we do hands to do it but at least she should not have done it with others.

Accessibility of transportation from the airport & to the city centre. Good choices of breakfast. Cleanliness & their facilities. The shows on tv was only in spanish. The phone gets cut off. I have requested a wake call & confirmed by their staff but I have not received a call. Set your phone alarm instead.

We don't need breakfast First the service was bad The shower room drainage not working You can't take shower water will overflow complaint front desk the house cleaning is off so I end up cleaning and gave me towel to dry.

Location close to the venue / trade show. Staff was very warm and welcoming. A/C was not working properly, Hot or Freezing option. The room was not super clean I must say. Bar closing too early, if we wanted to take customer for drink. For such price would expect a bit more honestly.

Location and the hotel smells was so bad

The WiFi was very bad and didn’t reach the room properly. The shower door never closed well, so the bathroom was always flooded. The indoor pool was freezing cold, like an ice pool. We booked a room for a couple but got two separate beds. I recommend spending your money on another hotel, there are many better options.

Blanket is only a sheet, pillows are uncomfortable, the gym is dirty and cramped

My daughter and I arrived in the evening, our flight was delayed, around 21 o'clock and we got a nice quiet room and could still order some food (only pizza and some fruit) and drinks. And the vibe/ambience is nice, and I loved all the glass work, also the elevator and the colours. :) More variety in food/ snacks at the bar in the evening would be great. Like nachos con queso, nuts, or some bread/toast. These items are easy to store and have long shelf life. :)
