The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations — I would definitely come back! Nothing.

We stayed for one night because our flight was canceled. Excellent location for going to airport, next to subway line directly to airport terminals. Four star hotel, with corresponding prices. Great staff, beautiful pool and bar on the roof with a sweeping wiew of the entire city. Next door to an impressive mall, with high end shops and restaurants. No complaints, but we weren't really 'visiting' Barcelona, just overnight stay.

Beautiful views, nice staff, clean rooms with nice showers. Everything was perfect!

The hotel is clean and has Excellent Breakfast ! Location is not central, but it is safe and good one - I prefer to pay the 10euro to get to center and stay in a good safe hotel.
-
Amazing terrace view, excellent rooms, outstanding service, and a great location.

Nice views, great staff A little far from the central, public transport didn’t take tap and pay

Beautiful and very clean. Reception staff helpful and patient! Roof top pool has a spectacular view, complete with palm trees! Nothing

The breakfast was exceptional. There was a wide variety of items to choose from; however, it was a bit pricey. Because of the price it made me feel like I need to set for a while and eat and drink so that I could get my moneys worth. Spacious room, but it could use more color. The room had the feeling of being in an asylum. The voucher for a complementary glass of bubbles that was given at check in was a nice touch. The concierge and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. It was located right down the street from a nice mall. The hotel should have electrical adaptors that the guest can use if they don't have the right cords for conversion. The adaptors could be loaned out and if they aren't returned be charged to the guest room The the was not a good food selection in the restaurant and bar.

We loved staying here before our departure for a cruise. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! The rooftop bar was a great hangout space with decent drinks. It wasn’t within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. The rooftop bar closed too early.

Room is really nice my only downside is they do not have a nespresso coffee maker. Otherwise aircon works well, shower is really nice and the room is nice and clean. No coffee machine and the gym was not great. The Lifts can be a bit loud from the room.

I am in Spain and not a great variety of Spanish food - neither was there a variety of Vegetarian food.

Amazingly big rooms & best view on the top floors. Very near to Fira. Less staff at the reception which leads to slow checkin & checkout . However staff is very good & prompt.

The proximity to the metro was very convenient. Additionally, the mall, grocery store, and restaurants were all within very close walking distance. The rooftop pool was fun and a great addition to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was a great value and I would stay here again. The shower was not private (a window exposed the shower, and the showerhead caused a huge mess on the floor. It was not very user-friendly. We found a way to tuck the curtain around to help reduce the flooding on the floor, but it was a process.

Beautiful hotel, loved the buffet breakfast, the rooftop bar and the restaurant! We didn’t like the long wait to check in. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in. It was hot and people were laying around on the couches and benches! It was terrible.

Beautiful hotel and very clean Buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had. Loved the pool area with the bar. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but one room wasn’t ready until close to 5pm. The other room wasn’t ready until around 6pm. We asked the staff if they could give us a call when the room was ready…they said they weren’t allowed to. They told us that we would have to keep checking back to the desk. After we finally got into the room we noticed that they had failed to make up the second bed in each room so we had to call down to have someone come up to make them up. The hotel was advertised as close to metro stations for easy access into Barcelona. Yes the metro stations were literally right outside the hotel but there was not easy access into Barcelona as it took three metro changes and approx 45 mins to get to La Ramblas from the hotel which we had planned to visit the day of check in ( our last day in Barcelona). With the extremely late check in and the distance to La Ramblas we had to miss out on our last visit to the Gothic Quarter which was very disappointing for our little girls. Absolutely no compensation was offered for the extremely late check in just an excuse…well we have to accommodate our points members so everyone else has to wait. Well guess we won’t be treated like this again because we won’t book this brand hotel again.
