Good location. Was clean and well maintained as a whole. Near shopping and fast food restaurants. Felt safe in this area. The room was nice but the sink leaked and the bathroom door was hard to keep closed (pocket door that would leave a gap between the bathroom and bedroom). They were both minor, not huge things to call immediately on so we didn’t say anything.

Staffs are very friendly. It is near bus and subway station.

Clean and nicely decorated room, pretty spacious too, fresh towels everyday, close to the metro to get to airport and city center. Breakfast wasn’t that varied, few fresh vegetables or options for vegetarians, they were out of waffles every day.

The AC control in the room had many modes but the guest was only allowed to set the heating mode. I had to call the reception any time I needed to turn on cooling and that in turn set it to a maximum cold draught with no way to control that in the room. One might think that in April, cooling would not be needed but in a west-facing room, temperature easily got to 27 deg. C by the evening.

All as expected from the Hampton chain - clean, professional and comfortable. I knew that the location was a bit on the outskirts, so it was as expected - perfect for a short overnight in between cities. Breakfast was great! N/A

Excellent location close to the metro station, very good breakfast and friendly staff! The fitness centre was average and could add a few more equipment.

Easy to find, front desk people were knowledgeable, kind & informative. Could be a little quieter & be prepared for larger crowds in the breakfast restaurant.
