Close to airport and cruise port, what we wanted We have stayed there before but since then it has changed a bit, rooms need definitely an upgrade mattresses and the bathrooms

Nothing , it wasn’t no electricity nothing they give us a paper, to give us refund, we talk with the manager we come back to our country they didn’t do any refund, they don’t answer at the email, it was very bad like a nightmare We thought we are coming very respectfully hotel , we talked with the manger to give us refund because at the all hotel no electricity he give us a paper until no one answered us !!!!!!

check in way very easy, and reception was open 24/7 which was nice. downstairs at reception very modern and the staff were nicel. Simple check out. Cheap enough for a night if you plan to do a cruise. When we opened the room door, first thing we saw was a huge roach. It then scurried out of the room and into another down the corridor and had us paranoid that there were more in the room. We then did a sweep of the room and bathroom and found silverfish in the bathroom and a few ants in the room. Nothing compares to the roach. Did not sleep well at all as I was afraid of more roaches being around.

It was clean and in a good locality with ample of amenities. The AC was pretty weak. Even after we ran it a full speed, it hardly cooled down the room. Moreover, it was making continuous noise like a running turbine. Couldn’t sleep properly because of that during my whole stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel looks and feels like a luxury property. Everything was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the entire atmosphere felt high-end and premium Nothing at all—everything about our experience was perfect.

Room was big and clean. Sound insulation was not good. A lot of noise came from next room. My credit card has been asked during check-in even I have already paid and card information already in the system.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good. The room was very clean and organized!! I wish the breakfast was a bit better not a lot of protein options. Maybe a scrambled eggs with ground beef it would be good. 3-4 years ago was way better. Also the service is a bit slow when calling the reception to get something like iron or even to answer the phone takes some time to answer.
