The pool area is outstanding—easily one of the best pools I’ve stayed at. Absolutely lovely. The location is fantastic—right in the center, yet nicely tucked away from the street noise. The hotel is undergoing partial renovation, however several older rooms are still being rented and are in a state of serious disrepair. The rooms lack sound isolation, which can sometimes be disruptive depending on the other guests.

Great pool. Convenient spot near the beach. Nice and friendly staff. Comfortable room. Wi-Fi went out occasionally but most of the time it worked. Nothing to do with the property, but Kuta is not my favorite province in Bali. Beaches are pretty dirty.

The best pool!!!!! So quiet yet you can walk to anything. Nothing

There was renovation being done, the hotel doesn’t feel complete which ruined the feel of the stay, there was no reception or anything just a shabby table which when we approached and said the name of the hotel we booked the staff was confused and had to ask someone else, maybe put a note to your customers if there is any renovations happening. Rooms seem a bit tired but clean, seating outside the room would also be nice ☺️

There are some major renovations in some adjoining buildings and no direct access for cars, neither of these issues had a direct impact on my own stay but it can potentially be complicated for a taxi to pick you up

we used to stay in this hotel, previously named Oasis Kuta, until Covid-19. Then the hotels closed down to Covid and just re-open couples of month ago with a minimum standard and only offering several rooms that already being refurbished. The matras (clean and not smell), wi-fi, clean floor, hot shower (clean white towel but no shampoo and soap) and air conditioning working well. No amenities but 2 bottles of water. No reception (yet) but there are someone that greet us at the entrance. Swimming pool still great as usual. Looks like the owner is working hard to make this hotel up and running again. Best of luck for him because the location is very strategic to Kuta Beach and surrounding. Be careful to missed the hotel entrance from the main road due to no signage. it still on the process of renovation.
