The hotel Stuff was good and well behavior with me and the other things are not so good ?

Front office staff needs to learn basic hospitality. Simple things as "hello" or "welcome" would be great. Room is not fully equipped. No facial tissue, bidet is sucked, no water coming out.

I was booked for room with the city view, but they are give like last room in the corner with no city view, but what I was booked is deluxe room with city view, but the location and staff everything was good

Staffs were not helpfull because they didnot help me taking my luggage when climbing the stairs. Also, there was no fridge in the bedroom. The hotel might need to consider building a lift, considering it has 2 levels.

Great location, very comfy bed, good Aircon. Staff were lovely and helpful, I ended up staying another night as I was ill, I was able to stay in the same room and the staff even offered to go to the shop for me as I was unable to leave the room.

Location was great minutes from the center and good restaurant around the hotel. Room I was on didn't have a bar fridge, although there was a communal fridge in the lobby which was hit a miss.
