All good. Breakfast good, gym good, pool good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it was too noisy at the pool. Just trying to relax and there were a whole lot of drunk Aussies being loud, and a DJ playing some of the worst remixes of popular music I've heard.

Perfect location. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is beautiful and heaps of choices. Rooms are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property. 10/10 Nothing to not like

This is a great place to stay..the location was great so close to the beach and the staff was super nice and breakfast was very good and the room was large and clean we highly recommend to stay here

Loved the pools, the food, the rooms were comfortable and beds amazing. Everyone close laundry, spa, minimart and tattoos I was meant to have a pool view room however I was put across from restaurant near lobby which was noisy early in morning and in the evening. I found there were a few staff in restaurant who chose to talk rather than serve we had to regularly call out. I would’ve liked more entree offerings garlic bread, dim sims etc

Welcoming staff in all areas. Good breakfast. Clean room and pool area. No complaints.

Staff very nice and polite. Room good. Breakfast buffet excellent. Location very quiet. I didnt come prepared for electrical outlets and had to buy adapters. Location was a bit of a walk to Kuta beach, but it was easy to book Grab taxi on phone app.

no shower door and 1/8" lip on shower to bathroom floor so it sprays all over floor.

Pool hours (7 to 7) we're a little limiting given the temps in Kuta.

The pool area was lovely with the swim-up bar, lovely, friendly staff, and it had a pool table and table tennis The shower head in room 562 had green mold and the bathroom also had mold on the tiles

the is a lady at frint desk (on morning shift @2nd January 26), very sweet and help full we used love this hotel, been stay there more the 10 times but now the staff at front desk so rude special on afternoon or night ahift @1st January, there 2 man, one with dark skin with ungly face and is a tall brihgt man, not help full, so rude to warring us about packages that arrive our arrival day. what is so difficult to accept and keep our packages before we arrive ?? its never happen is other hotel at Bali. so sad.
