- Excellent value for money (I only paid $60 AUD a night). - Room was spacious and renovated. - Great location. - Door had an additional safety lock from inside which gave me peace of mind as a solo traveler. - Staff were friendly. - You can hear the other guests in the hallway which made it very difficult to sleep in in the morning as other guests were awake at 6am chatting in the hallway. - There was loud construction going on in the hotel which was quite noisy. - The bathroom could be a bit cleaner. - The safety deposit box wasn’t working properly so I had to call a staff member for help. They came with a key which they used to open the box very easily which was actually a little unsettling knowing staff members have such easy access to my valuables (nothing was taken. Just saying).

The room was really stylish and beautiful. I loved the way the room was set up. The bed was comfy and the location was great, just walking distance from the laundry store and the kuta beach. There are many warung near this place too. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good too. The staff were very good about cleaning our room everyday, even if it was past their cleaning time. The big bed wasnt actually a large bed, it was two smaller beds put together, however it was still comfortable nevertheless. The bathroom also had a weird smell the majority of the time. It didnt necessarily smell bad, just odd.

We stayed for 2 nights before heading elsewhere in Bali. The location is great as it is close to the airport and a great option for the flights that get in at night. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The pool was also very nice and has a swim up bar. There are a lot of good bars and restaurants within walking distance, and it is very close to Waterbom Bali. The beach is also a short walk away. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is very 4-star hotel comes with professional operation. They manage airport pick up and drop off very well, as well as the check in and check out process. It is also the best location where you can walk to Kuta beach, shops and market nearby. -

The new part of hotel was very clean very modern The only problem with the new part of the hotel is they built it with not very much soundproofing so you can hear everything from next door to everyone talking out in the hallway lights been turned on and off so it kept waking me up that I was not too pleased about I prefer to stay in now part of the hotel that’s got more soundproofing
