Basic lodging at the airport. Not a tourist destination. Not a lot around it. But, you can get a nights sleep and be close to the airport. Good shuttle. Continental breakfast.

Excellent service

The front desk white lady was very helpful. That is the only thing good about that hotel otherwise it was very dirty. Not well maintained. In fitness center AC was not working. And no equipment was available. Barely few dumbbells were there. Parking lot was flooded in the back water was there. But staff was very accommodative and they went out of the way to help us so it was OK stay. It is a convenient hotel though near the airport.

Clean room, outside not so much. Staff friendly. Refrigerator did not seem to work. Floor machine (3rd) did not work had to go to extra floor. Breakfast(Saturday) was very very well stocked with more than just continental breakfast... no apple juice however. Also it seems only one of elevators was working (saw tech working on it upon arrival.

The cleanliness of the rooms was poor. I couldn’t get past the smell of the room and the bedding..it’s almost like the bedding weren’t laundered from the last stay..I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs a lot of repair and cleaning! Rugs on floors were dirty and worn in rooms and lobby. Bathroom floor needs replacing. The bathroom off the lobby was very dirty, needed cleaning!

Shout out to front desk clerk Portia! Super helpful at check in. I wanted to buy some water but the little store at reception area was out so she gave me water from the employee area. I was so grateful after just coming off an 11 hour international flight. She was very kind.

Navigating the airport with elderly parents proved remarkably challenging because the shuttle service does not service Terminal E (International). Compounding the issue, the shuttle operates just once an hour and caps occupancy at 10 passengers, making terminal transfers highly inefficient and stressful.

Transportation was professional, friendly and timely. Front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The shower needed a thorough cleaning and the towels were dingy. The lounger in the room needed steam cleaned and the bedskirt needed replacing. Housekeepers work very hard with very little time to do a good job. Management needs to give them more time.

Answer the phone! Called from airport multiple times over 15 minutes and it rang and rang - no answer, no message, no voice mail. Needed the shuttle. Gave up and used Uber costing us $27 (including a $4 tip for the driver.) Not happy. Explanation when we arrived - "talking on phone with customer - it took a long time." What's the point of no message or voice mail for the other customers waiting? Also, WiFi did not work until the following morning when we were leaving.

The property was well maintained, modern and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. The only complaint I have that the pillows verge too flat and hard, otherwise, I would stay there again.

I hadn't planned to stay in Houston (I missed my connecting flight), but it was easy to make a reservation online & arrive at the property a short time later. Tub shower looked dated.

It was a great place for my family and I to lay our head for the night before our very early flight the next morning. I liked how there was free parking in the lot and the shuttle service to the airport. I wish the shuttle service ran all day. Apparently, they only have one full-time person on staff to handle this for each shift and they begin at 4:00am and then they take a break from transporting from noon-4:00pm, then pick back up from 4:00pm-sometime later (9:00pm or 10:00pm?). Our flight landed at 1:30pm so we had to find another alternative way to get back to the hotel. I'm sure this was mentioned somewhere and we just missed it, but nonetheless it needs to be fully staffed and operational all day - at least from 4:00am-10:00pm in my opinion. Otherwise, very good hotel.

The breakfast was really good :) The information about the shuttle bus wasn't clear from the beginning. The best is to call the hotel as soon as you arrive at the airport so they can support you with how and where to take it.

The manager was extremely rude from the moment we checked in. We were placed in a room with a broken fold out couch. Asked to be moved to another room (we had 5 people staying and the fold out couch was one of the listed beds). The new room’s bathroom sink didn’t drain.

I stayed here after a missed connection. I was a pregnant, solo traveler, and I arrived at midnight. The receptionist was a very kind man and a friendly face after a long travel day. The breakfast and shuttle were great amenities for a very affordable price.

Room lock was broken, mold in the showers. Carpets visibly dirty. Outside hotel area was dirty. Saw prostitutes in the vicinity as well. The room was large, shower was large, water was hot, but you can hear everything outside the room. Sounded like the ceiling would cave in from the people above us, and you can hear everything in the hallways/outside. It was tolerable for our purposes but I would NOT stay here again. I also would not stay here with children. Hallways smell like legal adult products and the room smelled faintly like cigarettes— as if it used to be a smoking room or someone had smoked in it prior to us being there.

You can hear people through the walls like motel 6. This building needs and updated remodel.

The gal at Holiday Inn said oh will email your receipt well, I didn’t never got one so I just called them up and they said sorry we can’t send it to you cause you went through Hotels.com.. So I would love to be able to get a receipt for my stay, but unfortunately neither one of your companies is giving me that option so I will not deal with you anymore unless you can get me a receipt

The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. Really no complaints but the only reason I don’t say excellent is because the TV has no guide to choose from and the remote is very very slow. Also, the Internet connection is not strong. I think they’re trying to save some money with inferior equipment. They need to up their game with the tech, but other than that, it was a totally enjoyable and comfortable experience.

I have mixed feelings. The staff was great, however when I got to my room, the lock above the door handle was snapped off. I’ve never seen that before. Also, although they were friendly, there was no staff at the front desk when I arrived. I stood there for 20 mins and it was not busy at all. I do recommend staying here, but some adjustments need to be made.

I have stayed here just a few times, however each stay was very nice. This past stay was two nights - staff was great help (especially night staff), the breakfast was very good, room was very comfortable (TV, shower and AC worked as they should!).... I'll stay here again next time I have very late/very early flights (both this trip).

Airport shuttle was available and arrived not too long after I made the call. Mr Chike at the front desk was wonderful. Hotel was clean, quiet, and the room a were comfortable. Some in my party had breakfast, and were not too impressed with the variety of foods. Proximity to the IAH airport is a big plus. I highly recommend.

My shower had some hair in it before I used it. The rest of the room was clean. The road it wanted me to take to get there was super weird so it’s in an odd spot unless you’re coming from the right direction which I wasn’t. But overall fine for one night.

This was very close to the airport which was great was very quiet and great to get to the Car rental destination- I’d say the only challenge was the cost of a cab which I feel we were ripped off a bit! but that ain’t the hotels issue! In the morning the driver took us directly to the car rental which was awesome!

The property shows shuttle service from 5:30 am to 8 pm, had to take a $60 usd Uber because there is no shuttle past 7 pm.

Conviently located to IAH but not too close. Parking was plentiful. Lobby was new looking and staff were friendly. However, the room was dated, carpet stained, poor water pressure that didnt get hot, no blow dryer and the TV was crooked on the wall. For a quick night it worked but probably wouldnt stay here again.

I drove around the area because it appears blocked off by yellow cement poles, there is limited space to go through them and potholes. I'm not sure if this is to stop truckers from parking there or what, but it would definitely make you think twice about going back. Staff was wonderful, stayed at a different express in Austin and the breakfast was 10X better. Minimal effort at this one, including lukewarm coffee!

See about lighting up the parking lot a little brighter. First day we came the parking lot light were not on and arrived at 8 ish pm. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the elevator was out of order and i had knee surgery and there were no other rooms available on the lower floors. This was my 2nd stay that the elevators were not working.

Access to the hotel was extremely limited, blocked driveway, not easy to get into the parking lot. The elevator was broken down the entire 3 days that we were there. Our room was on the 4th floor so we took the stairs every time to access our room. The stairwell was dirty with pieces of trash and the carpet was stained from trash bags dragged up & down the stairs. No manager to speak with about a discount for not being able to use the elevator. Ground floor back exit/entrance door was constantly left open which is a security issue.

While the elevators have a max of 2 people, barely any other guests paid attention which is alarming. More alarming is there are absolutely no signs or directions on where the stairs are as an alternate to the elevator or just for safety reasons.

We experienced a problem with our flight and we were able to get checked in early with no problem which was awesome. The pool was closed due to routine inspections being scheduled so that was disappointing. The breakfast was wonderful! Nice options, hot, fresh and beautifully presented. We scheduled a shuttle to the airport for the next morning. Shuttle was on time and the driver was nice. Would definitely stay at this location again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Feeling frustrated, I decided to clean my room myself. Fortunately, I was tired and my flight had been delayed, so I didn’t have to find another hotel. Nevertheless, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The next morning, I discovered that the cleaners were eating breakfast right after cleaning the room with guests. While this is acceptable, it was inappropriate for them to spray chemicals during guest meals and then eat themselves. Overall, this establishment needs to improve its cleanliness and professionalism. I took a video if you’d like me to send it in

Great location and convenient location,the only negative point was the elevator wasn't working the two day we were there

Very helpful staff at the front desk, especially b/c the elevator was out of service. The young lady carried our bags up the stairwell to the second floor for us!!!

The elevator was Brocken. So we need to carry our luggage upstairs with no help from staff. The juice Machin was Brockenn they could have some juice in bottle atleast.only water was available.Machin was broken so

Both elevators where broken, hotel didn’t give any incentives for there errors. Tile from the bathroom were broken, the edges are sharp can slice your feet really easily.

The staff was rude and lied to me about having late check out multiple times. I called weeks in advance to confirm they said yes they have it when i got there then a few hours later said they didn’t. Then the next day they said they never said it and the manager decided to yell at me and insinuate that i was being dishonest. Why would I? I have never been treated like this by a hotel before. This was the worst hotel stay i have ever had. The room was not cleaned properly either. Do not stay here. Save yourself the headache of the back and forth and mismanagement. A poorly managed place will cause the customer issues.

Hotel staff is courtesy. Room is clean. No smell of smoke that is great. But my shower room door is very hard to close. Found door hole isn’t aligned with lock. Otherwise I will give 5star

I'd pass on this place. Not the cleanest bathroom, carpet very dirty, elevator did not work.

This was second stay and liked every minute of it. Will definitely come back next year.

Very convenient with airport transportation. Unfortunately , the elevators were broken. No notification given. We were on the 3rd floor. Not great with luggage to be carried up and down.

It’s clean and the staff seems nice. My only complaint is that besides just closing the door, it won’t lock. The deadbolt isn’t lined up and the extra lock at the top of the door is so loose it just moves when the door opens.

When we checked in, we were informed that the elevator was down so we had to use the stairs. They did inform us that we were in the 2nd floor. While going up the stairs with our luggage, another patron said it had been out over a week. I was trying to be forgiving. We get to our room and the tv didn’t work. After several excuses, the front desk finally agreed to find us another room. It was not freely offered, had to check to see if there were any empty rooms available. They said they some tvs work and done don’t.

Worth the money for an airport hotel. I will stay i this hotel during my visit to Houston though it is away from down town area.

Airport noise and the beltway noise was very loud in the room. Elevator was down for a couple of days and the hotel only served cold food one of the days. I couldn't get a receipt after my stay and am still waiting on it to get emailed to me.

The advertised airport shuttle is NOT available. Be prepared to add $35 dollars for your Uber ride.

Service was excellent!

Everything was excellent will pick this hotel again we love it for our 20 years Anniversary stay
