    The staff was very nice but the rooms weren't as pictured and not very clean. There was debris on the floor, toilet not fully cleaned. Hair on toilet and in shower. I was fortunate to be only staying for 1 night or else I would have left.

    I would like to start off by saying CANDACE is very disrespectful. She is rude and she does not know how to conduct herself. I never received breakfast at this place. The pool is filthy dirty. There are people sleeping in the parking lot. THE BLACK LEXUS THATS ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE HOTEL—— there’s someone sleeping in that car every night & that is dangerous!!!!! They have ppl that’s not checked into the property but is still here. And another thing. Why am I paying for a place to stay and I have to give you $5 to clean my linen. Like can you advertise this somewhere??? $10 for another room key??? Candace is out of control, she’s rude, I will never ever in my life be returning. I didn’t like how as soon as I went in my room there was a roach in the sink eeeeyuckkkkk

    I could not stay because as soon as I had take the elevator to the 3rd floor, the awful smell of marijuana was present throughout the hallway. I tried 2 rooms and they both were the same with drawers missing from the 2nd room; disappointing.

    There was two workers that went completely out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed and that must say there was perfect and that was I am one was named Bree and I believe the other one was. I hope I get a ride it’s Maggie or Megan but she works at night. The brew works in the day and I just wanted to say they were wonderful.

    The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious and cook ware and utensils were on hand and supplied. Communicating with the house keeping staff was an unpleasant experience and they over looked some of the thorough cleaning needing to be done.

    This place was disgustingly I wish to speak to someone about this place I have videos and pictures ended up cleaning my own room then flight was canceled and had no choice but to rebook for longer days but I requested to stay in my room cause I knew it was cleaned by myself. Simply disgusting saw 4 rooms before I picked the last one which had mold. First room had bugs all over second room looked like a public bathroom from the nyc subway thief’s room was a handicap cap room with extremely dirty floors 4th room had dirty floors and mold in the bathroom It was extremely disappointing and disgusting

    The front office and lobby seem nice. The area had a few homeless individuals strolling around the hotel fence looked like it had been in a crash. The staff member at the front desk was dressed unprofessionally, with a dirty and torn jacket. The second floor had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. For middle-class or wealthy guests, I advise against staying here, as it can feel uncomfortable and unsafe. When I requested a refund at the front desk, they flatly denied me, which I found disrespectful. As someone who is deaf, I noticed there were no flashing fire alarms or doorbells. We immediately decided not to stay and I had to find a new hotel. I have already filed a complaint with Booking.com, and they are working on my refund.

    Noisy guest, there was a huge fight at 4 o’clock in the morning with yelling door, slamming and beating on walls. I called the front desk and no one came to see about it. No police, nothing. The manager is rude and less than helpful! The elevators went out… both of them, and they were still sketchy afterwards. Skip this place!

We requested the for a maid to come to room to clean. The front desk clerk said she would send them but they never showed up. And I was told that once you pay for the room it was final. They advertised in room kitchen supplies available upon request. When requested the clerk said they did not have pots, pans, or paper plates. The service and customer service was unacceptable. This was my first stay at an Extended Stay and most likely will be my last.

    Two decent staff members. It was laborious and problematic such as the reservations I ordered two beds they only had one and then they gave me two beds and then the room was not clean then I asked for it to be clean broken dishwasher then provide pots and pans we brought our own they told us we had to wait 2 weeks to get our linen changed when it was 2 weeks then they said they couldn't do it anyway because our room was 245 they said it was an odd number so we have to wait they're on even numbers for rooms my mother the accommodations are really bad we spend $1,352 for a filthy room and broken equipment this was a business trip I was working more so to maintain my room to have adequate stuff in it and to have it function for me just terrible manager Candice Berry was rude and obnoxious

    I only liked that it had a kitchen in the hotel that’s all DO NOT STAY HEREEEEE Everything was dirty hairs everything the bed the sheets the shower the refrigerator the floor was dirty even the towels had hair on them the receptionist was rude and not accommodating and didn’t even offer to have someone clean for us and said we must do it our self and they didn’t have a working washer machine so they didn’t have clean sheets for the bed or towels I understand some ppl stay here long term but it’s still a hotel and should maintain the same Etiquette as such or just become apartments if they want to absolutely help no one also the pool doesn’t work at all and when I went up to speak to the receptionist about our problems she said I couldn’t speak to her that only my husband could Bec the room is under his name even though there was 2 ppl out down on the reservation we left a day earlier and only got $16 refund through booking.com but only as credit not real money smh this hotel was horrible and I should have read the reviews before hand

I had ask the front desk if I could get fresh towels and wash cloth she said they don’t give out fresh towels and wash cloth to people unless they stay with them for at least 7-days so it will cost $5 plus returning my old ones. Also, I’m thinking I’m getting a hotel with a kitchen to cook for me and child the pictures look NOTHING like what’s being advertised it’s worst. They have no pots, no pans, no utensils.

    Stove The room had roaches , No kitchen supplies, no carts to pack your luggage to the rooms , the dryer machines take your money and dont dry your clothes.     First room- I went to see had holes in the walls, next room I went TV didn't work, no shower curtain, and hair in the tub, next day maintenance came to put sealant in back of the toilet, and then smudged what they didn't use on the counter. All this could have been done prior to my booking or even after I checked out the next day, but the manager Candice made it must. TV - management ended up swapping the non-working TV out for an out of date TV that had no remote, when I inquired about the out of date TV with no remote, the front desk clerk informed me that there are buttons on the back of the TV. I informed her that their Customer service was out of date, too. Last piece of information first room had possibly MOLD! 😡

Got the run around to be charge and its not fair due to i just booked a room week before losing 4 days because my unforeseen situation occured. To think people would do whats right.     I was in Houston to cater a Wedding. I thought this would be a geeat property because of the full size kitchen. At 1st glance the room looked clean once i got uppacked roaches started coming from everywhere on the bed, in the bathroom, the kitchen, the closet, there where so many in one of my containers that i have to run it under the shower to get rid of them. I went to the front desk to make a complaint the Representative Evelyn was non chalant and stated her manager was out until monday. I asked would she stay in the room she said no and then stated she spoke to her manager via and that there was nothing they could do because i accepted the room when she showed it to me. I contact Hotels .com to let them know what i experienced. I them had to go to walnart to purchase bug spray since they refused to accomdate me with another room also the lien and the 2nd bed was dirty. The entire stay i had to keep my belongings tied up in trash bags. Im very disappointed to say the least. Unacceptable!!

I them had to go to walnart to purchase bug spray since they refused to accomdate me with another room also the lien and the 2nd bed was dirty. The entire stay i had to keep my belongings tied up in trash bags. Im very disappointed to say the least. Unacceptable!!

    There was a mass amount of bugs dead in multiple locations, like the fridge and bathroom, and around the room, or literally crawling up the walls. I had to take photos as proof to show the front desk and there was literally one on the counter as i was showing them. The laundry room was open to all guests, but the dryers were offline the entire stay so i couldn't dry my laundry until i took it up to the front desk. The staff was very accommodating and understanding, which was about the only upside, and the beds were well made and soft.

    Conditions of hotel are extremely poor. The smell of dirty wet carpet as you walk in. The bathroom in my room had tile completely coming off the floor. Upon arrival I was told my room was no longer available and only a smoking room would be available if I wanted it. I was asked to book elsewhere, and a refund would be issued. After several minutes of back and forth, a non-smoking room was provided. Looking back, I should have left. That was clearly a sign.

    I booked a stay late in the evening through Expedia after a cancelled flight due to storms and paid $40 to Uber there, but when I arrived there were multiple people waiting on the lobby and no one at the desk. We finally started calling out, and the hotel staff was sitting on the other side of a half wall watching TV the whole time. She rudely informed us their system was down so she couldn't give us a room. I told her I already paid via Expedia and she basically said too bad and went back behind the wall. I watched multiple people come to the desk while I was sitting there, and she never came out until we informed them she was just back there ignoring everyone. She was very rude to everyone, and didn't apologize or attempt to placate or help anyone. I understand the issue with the system being down, but she handled it horribly. I finally took an Uber back to the airport and slept on the floor there, but there were other clients who had booked directly through the hotel still sitting in the lobby unable to get into a room at 2am when I left. I can't speak for cleanliness or comfort since I never got a room, but the lobby did smell strongly like mildew.

    The kitchen has a stove and oven but no cups or plate whatsoever. We had to get down to the lobby to get 2 cups to make tea . Lucky we only had to stay one night. We won’t be back to this hotel

    The location is appropiate as is on an easy access to the highway , however, the cleanliness of the hotel is dossappointing: the carpet on the 3rd floor is absolutely disgusting, dirty, old and stained. The carpet in the room is the same Making the stay unpleasant.

    Nothing unique...staff is rarely at desk. They have no toilet tissue nor towels, wifi barely works and the basic cable has been off all morning so no television but this is an extended stay!!!!

    They DEFINITELY need to exterminate BAD. The room didn't have ANY kitchen items that was supposed to be there at check-in. We had to wait until shift change in order to get them(11pm). Just a terrible stay....glad it was just overnight

    A bit oldish looking, smells funny sometimes in the corridors or lift, needs a good refurbishing, but could i expect a 5 star considering what i paid per night? The kitchen was functional, good appliances, but some of the dishes came dirty, hardly any washing up liquid available, and many cockroaches friends of all sizes running around the kitchen, bed, walls, bathroom. At least, you feel less alone in the room, it's entertaining, but it's not good hygiene at all. I know pest control can be a real problem around Houston anyway. AC working well, TV too. Hot water great for baths, but impossible to take a shower: jet was far too weak. I must say the staff was helpful and helped everytime i had a question or needed to work something out. The hotel is conveniently located near gas stations and highway and fast food outlets nearby, it was kinda quiet at night. It was not all perfect, some things could be better, but i have seen much worse in more expensive places.

    The room itself was clean and spacious but the hallways and common spaces were dingy and smelled damp and smoky. Specifically chose extended stay for the kitchenette but it was not stocked with anything—no plates, cups, bowls or silverware—even disposable ones—nothing. No in-room coffee maker. No dish soap or dishwasher pods. No serving utensils, pots or pans. I’ve never seen an extended stay kitchenette completely empty like this. Why even bother having it? I did not attempt to use the pool due to weather but it appeared dirty and green when I drove past. There was a crowded church service in the hotel on Sunday morning with lots of extra people around and dogs barking frequently outside my room during my stay. Wouldn’t select this location again.

    Check in guy was nice. When i asked what time check out was he said 11, but said if you would like to stay til 12 just tell them when they knock on your door at 11. Hm, ok. When exiting off the elevator on 2nd floor, immediately smells like old smelly carpet. When passing rooms to get to ours, the smell of Marijuana comes heavily from one door. Seen 3 brown roaches in the restroom. And toilet broke. Then, the next day we do get the knock on the door at 11. But this guy acts upset that we were not checked out yet and i told him what i was told when checking in. He just walks away. THEN, when we do checkout, walk out to our vehicle, my husband is loading our things and when he turns the car on, immediately we hear the sounds of a race car (we have a dmall suv). Needless to say, we had our cat converter stolen. According to police, this happens in this area alot. So be cautious! Never again for me!
