    I was in a handicapped accessible room as requested. When I woke up there was water leaking through the ceiling into my kitchen area, and neither of the phones in the room were hooked up, no dial tone. We were the farthest room from the front desk. When we made it to the front desk and notified the staff someone from maintenance came, took apart the light fixture and threw towels in the floor to soak up the nasty water. The mess was left and no one cleaned after request to. When returning to my hotel room at 9:45pm and seeing the mess still on the floor I had to wheel back down to the front desk, again request cleaning. Cleaning staff was gone, and the desk staff (Eric) was very helpful. He came and cleaned up the towels from the floor. He told me the manager was not in and provided her name and schedule. I wheeled back down to the desk the next day during provided managers hours and requested cleaning, again, told them the hot tub was unusable. I was told the manager was not there. I was provided the managers hours and again wheeled down the next day to no cleaning service and no manager. Room service cleaned the bathroom on our 3rd day but did not clean the mess is the kitchen. The last day the manager again was not available, I never was able to use the kitchen and couldn’t be moved as there was no available accessible room. I paid for half a room without resolution and am still waiting for a response from corporate… corporate was unable to reach the hotel manager either.

    I usually stay in Hilton properties because of how clean they are. This property did not meet the standard or service expected. I had to check in late due to my plane arrival and was exhausted. I have a routine of thoroughly inspecting my room. When I came upon the bed, I found that the mattress had an unusual large amount of blood and urine stains. There were also noticeable stains on other furniture. No one was willing to go the extra mile to help in my situation or even be willing to offer a refund that fit the situation. It was a lot of avoidance shifting with the staff and surprised a manager wouldn’t even take the initiative to handle the situation. I would be embarrassed if I managed this property. It became clear that this particular property does not do quality check on their rooms and make updates regularly to maintain Hilton standards. I was personally surprised by the cheap mattress protector that was supposed to protect the mattress. Usually there is an extra layer. There’s NO way a mattress should get like that and it still remains. The positive was I didn’t see any concerning bugs. I will not be staying at this particular property again.

    Booked based on rating. No where near rating. Elevator was broke and they put us on 3rd floor. Three of the women over 70 years old. Couldn’t move because of non refundable. Very disappointed.

    It’s one of the best places that we have stayed. The room was so clean and comfortable. The ceiling fan was so nice to have. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. The breakfast was delicious and definitely served up with some good coffee.

    This hotel was a breath of fresh air. We had had a bad experience at a different hotel a week before. We arrived at this hotel very very early before official check in time, and we were exhausted, and they let us check into our room! Our room was even nicer than we had expected! The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t even turned on, but we enjoyed our time in the room and were so very grateful to the staff who let us check in so early and hang out all day! We will recommend this hotel.

    Very comfortable hotel with plenty of space. The suite was larger than I expected and very accommodating for our party of six. My brother enjoyed the outdoor patio area to relax and smoke a few cigars. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with fresh tasty food and abundant choices. It was a fantastic stay right before we departed the next morning to Galveston Port for our cruise.

    So the staff was ok but there was no lock box to store my personal items the tv didn’t work while I was there for 4 days and all they kept doing was changing the roommate which did nothing the refrigerator didn’t fully close so all my stuff wouldn’t stay cold, Housekeeping was being persistent and trying to come in at random times in the morning and then the maintenance guy came in they didn’t confirm a time he would come and he literally just unlocked the door and came in without knocking at all the 24/7 coffee was cold 95% of the time

    Pool and hot tub were disgusting along with inside of the room we had. The lawn had garbage everywhere. Stains on everything, part of the carpet was missing. You don't dare take your shoes off in the room we were in.

Called two days before and a few hours before to see about early check in and late check outs and they gave me the run around by saying just wait and they will let me know.     The room was clean. However that was the bare minimum. The toilet would not flush the first night and the tub did not drain fast. It literally took over 30 minutes to drain. We had to have a maintenance come in and unclog it to take showers. Not to mention neither phone in a handicap accessible room worked. So we had to google the number and call the front desk from our cell phones to request maintenance. On Sunday, our last day we were awaken about 945 by housekeeping asking if we were checking out, however checkout isn't until 12. Well we got up and started getting dressed. While we were loading the cars around 11, our keycards were deactivated. We were stuck outside until our family realized we had not came back in and decided to come look for us. And before you ask, we didn't go around to the front desk because there was a stray dog at the entrance who was coming up to guest as they tried to enter the building. When we finally got back in and asked the guy at the front desk about the key card being deactivated he laughed and said oh you should've just came in the front door, and that dog wasn't going to bite you. I'm completely appalled by the entire experience.

    The reason I decided on this stay was the advertising of an airport shuttle. Whuch the night before my reservation was to start I called and asked directions on to get their shuttle. Was informed there wasn't a shuttle which kind of but us in a predicament. All the workers were friendly and respectful. I sure hope the take off the airport shuttle off of the interent.There were other places that offer a shuttle but not here . Breakfast had options daily..

    After a long and exhausting journey, we arrived and were informed that our reservation no longer existed. They alleged "overbooking", that was clearly not real, as the hotel was able to assign us a room immediately after we were forced to pay for our stay a second time.     After a long and exhausting journey, we arrived and were informed that our reservation no longer existed. They alleged "overbooking", that was clearly not real, as the hotel was able to assign us a room immediately after we were forced to pay for our stay a second time.     The property was good. The receptionists were all nice. I will say that it says FULL kitchen so I expected an oven but did not come with one. No biggie we just fried our French fries instead. But the biggest complaint lol is they do not have flavored creamer smh . Work on that please. But overall the pool was clean, kids loved it. Breakfast was decent. All in all 4/5

    I specifically booked a hotel with a shuttle, as it was for an overnight stay between flights. I asked beforehand how to get to the shuttle bit never got an answer. On the day itself I called and was told the shuttle would not pick up at the terminal where I was and I had to go to another terminal. There I waited for almost an hour (!) for the shuttle and I had to call several times to make sure it would come. Then the shuttle driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel. All together not nice after a 10 hour flight. In the morning I made a reservation for the 6.30 am shuttle, which arrived at 6.45. Although the hotel was okay, the experience with the shuttle makes me not want to book there again.

    Shuttle is by "reservation" which means you call and wait. They're very clear you need your bags, which is fair, but you do wait for a while. And then there is no shuttle from 1130-330, so hopefully you do have a flight for those 4 hours. The suites themselves are actually decent, but the surrounding areas are all other hotels and disgusting empty lots. The closest food or drink is a half mile walk away, through some nasty areas.     I informed the receptionist that one room in our suite was very hot. The receptionist came to the room and looked at the AC unit and ceiling fan and neither came on. I asked for a maintenance person but they were off already. He offered a box fan and it didn't cool the room off. The receptionist called the Manager and told him my complaint and the receptionist was told to offer us a commercial fan which makes a lot of noise. We asked to be put in another room like the one we paid for but the receptionist told us it was already booked.

    I was done with my business and was trying to check out early to get ahead of the storm. The rep at the desk first refused to check me out. Told me I couldn’t til the next day. Then ironically when I get the final bill, they charge me a smoke/service fee for a broken bed that was obviously already broken. Neither the property or customer service would help. All I got was non chalant treatment and no willingness to assist. At the end of the day it is fraud.

    The property was dirty all around. Our bed had french fries on the floor between it and the nightstand (note: not our fries, they were there at check in), which remained through our trip despite housekeeping coming 1 day (3 night stay.) We called for housekeeping our second day and were told we couldn’t have it. We had no shampoo and conditioner in our room at check in. I asked if some could be brought to us and was told we could come get it later. The kitchen sink was clogged and old food would come up from the drain when we ran the water. Makes you wonder what actually gets cleaned. The pool and hot tub were filthy; especially the hot tub which was dark green and filled with debris the entire stay - completely unusable. No towels at the pool 2/3 days. The area around the hotel is extremely run down and be careful of the deep potholes in the entryway/parking lot. This part isn’t the fault of the hotel; but we had trouble sleeping due to the rooms above us being so loud well into the night (2-3am.) We’re pretty low maintenance guests, but this place was missing the basics- cleanliness being the most important. Hilton should remove this property from its portfolio; it’s not up to par with their brand.

    The property overall is what you expect from a Hilton, clean, professional, and welcoming. Everything itself was great, but we felt that the actual property itself could use a revamp, as the furniture in our room was showing signs of heavy use, and that there were a few small things we noticed that were broken or out of order.     This hotel wasn't too bad. It did feel like it was a little rundown, a good update would be nice. The one thing I was very disappointed by was the hot tub. I specifically chose this hotel because I knew I would want a good soak in a hot tub after a week vacation. The hot tub was not functioning, it was cold and gross. The breakfast was good, with a lot of options (hot and cold).

I immediately asked the receptionist for help but their response was “if you can’t handle it yourself, how do you expect me to do it?”. This was the only staff member available all night and despite the urgency, no one else came to assist us. I asked to speak to the manager but was declined. I then requested another room on a higher floor but was told there were none available. We got in gingerly, cautiously stayed inside keeping the door tightly shut while watching for any signs of the snake. After about an hour, I was offered a different room with just one queen bed which was too small for the three of us, so I declined. By around 3am, after what felt like an eternity, I checked and found the snake was gone. As we were checking out the next day, the new staff informed me that they had removed the snake in the morning. This was by far the most frightening and distressing experience I have ever had at a hotel.

    This was Not an easy place to come in at 11 pm. I called for shuttle and was told it closed at 9. We arrived and the doors were locked, the bell didn’t work. We knocked. Then the room key we were given was occupied. A helpful woman said it was full but then did find a room. Sheets not comfy, room clean, we slept in. Breakfast closed at 9; kitchen is very helpful/found us bagels and such. It’s a Hilton-apparently not so reliable any more.

    The reviews for this property saying it was amazing cannot be legitimate reviews. This hotel was in need of serious maintenance and upkeep. The hot water didn’t work in our shower or bathroom, the soaps were empty in the shower, the pool and hot tub were poorly maintained. The hot tub was stagnant, dirty and cold. The front desk ladies were friendly, but weren’t able to help with any questions we had. We were missing a remote in our room and when we asked about getting another remote we were told we had to wait until the next day. We needed to do some laundry and they didn’t have any quarters to buy and nowhere in a 3 mile radius had any either. We were given a grub hub coupon for $10 off, but we had to become grub hub members in order to use it. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t shut, the furnace was extremely loud (like a lawn mower). The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had in my travels. If I hadn’t already been charged for the room, we would have gotten a room elsewhere. This was an extreme disappointment for a Hilton hotel. I had read the reviews prior to booking and felt like it would be ok for a short stay, but the minute we walked past the lobby I had an instant feeling of regret. Do you and your family a favor and stay elsewhere.

    Check in lady was terrible with communication and not polite. You could tell it was just a job. We had two room requested to be near each other. Not only not near each but 3 floors separate and a ways away. Initial appearance was ok but a lot of broken drawers, faucets, just general repairs. Air conditioning only worked in one room of our two bedroom suite. Our 2nd booking was pretty run down in general. The shuttle was horrific. After being told shuttle would be to get us at airport in 15-20 minute, we waiting for 45 mins and finally paid another hotel shuttle to take us to our hotel. One positive thing was good water pressure! I’ll give them 5 stars for that. And the kids said the breakfast was quite good with a lot of options. I, however, would not chose to stay here again.

    No complaints, front desk was nice, the room was clean and fully stocked. I rented a room just to avoid being at the airport to early so I didn’t shower or sleep but I would stay here again.

    Overall the experience was nice. We had a two bed suite & it was perfect. But the breakfast was also pretty decent, I wasn’t a fan of the sausage because it was rubbery and cold this morning. Other than that the hotel was overall GREAT.

    Room 310 smelled like cat pee, had fire alarm set , someone cooking set fire,transformer broke and everything went down no air conditioning everything. Computer digital system were down so door locks were t working. There for a funeral in town would have changed hotel if I had time. Don’t stay there
