    Location was good. Breakfast ran out on Sunday morning before the ending time. We stated we were checking out at 10:45a, housekeeping tried to come into our room around 10:00 to see if we were gone.

    They don’t clean their rooms. You can extend a stay and pay for it but they’re going to was all your stuff up and throw it all together in a basket dirty or clean. The people who answer the phone for a reservation extension don’t give you any information and don’t speak English too well.

    Expected better for $109/night in a weekday. The outside grounds were immaculate, but the room was sub-par: stains on the bed sheets, a sink faucet that was completely loose, a toilet seat that was barely hanging on, paper thin walls, and a breakfast bar that was poorly stocked. I expected better from La Quinta.

    Hotel was very conveniently located. Restaurants nearby, many walkable. Convenient store next door. Breakfast had very little to choose from and pool was not usable. I would stay again because the price was very reasonable. Stayed 2 nights for the price of one at another hotel.

    Loved having a separate bedroom and living room at a reasonable rate! Unfortunately our first room was dirty, but the friendly desk attendant quickly assigned us a fresh room. Breakfast on the weekend got busy and we had to wait on food to be restocked at the buffet. Do ask for a room on the side adjacent to the car dealership because the opposite side is next to a bar that generates a lot of music and announcements into the early hours of the morning on Saturday night. It didn’t bother me or my infant with white noise for him and earplugs for me though. One of two elevators was broken and somethings looked like the could be maintained better- but overall a good place for a family to stay and would stay here again.

    The room itself was quite old — from the carpet to the furnishings. The AC struggled to cool the room and was very noisy. The lighting setup was inconvenient, with a single switch controlling all lights instead of separate toggles. The bathroom was the best part of the room: spacious with a good selection of soaps. However, the shower curtain was flimsy and still allowed water to leak onto the floor even when positioned correctly. The hallways had an unusual smell, and one of the elevators was out of service, requiring a long walk to the far corner of the building. Breakfast was also not enjoyable. The waffles didn’t taste good, and the eggs were the worst I’ve had compared to other hotel chains. Overall, I did not enjoy this stay and likely will not book this brand again.

    Staff were some of the most courteous and helpful. We've long enjoyed staying at La Quintas but this location is aged and in need of updates. Fitness room had broken equipment and no towels. Pool doesn’t look clean and was thus never used. Bathroom had leaking shower fixture and old caulking. Sink fixtures loose. Our original room had a faulty door lock which wasn’t discovered until second day. Staff tried to repair right away but ultimately moved us to another room. Continental breakfast was very plain with no variety during any of our 5 day stay. Bottom line, for the price, you can find better conditioned hotels.

    Finding property very difficult. There are two places with the same street address 3 or 4 miles apart. Waze, Google take you to the wrong one. Several calls to La Quinta before we found a real person to give us the number of the front desk. Not much help there either. Seemingly unaware of the problem. we finally figured it out. Took over an hour.

    There’s a wide spectrum of quality and cleanliness when it comes to La Quinta Inns and, unfortunately, this one falls on the lower end of the spectrum. It wasn’t super clean, our room smelled like smoke, the breakfast was sparse, and the AC unit in our room was bipolar. I won’t be staying here again.

    Breakfast options are good! There is plenty of parking, byt the property is worn and has a different smell to it. Lots of mismatched paint, stained carpets, etc. The elevator mechanical room had the door propped open with a fan running, so that was a little disconcerting. I also smelled cigar smoke from my room and the a/c broke while I was there. The hallways did not have the a/c turned on either and were very warm. The breakfast room staff also had a disagreement with the front desk in front of all the guests in the breakfast room. Overall, it was a place to sleep, but many things they could easily improve upon.

    The overall entry experience was great, the front desk area was clean and they were very nice, and helpful. I thought there might have been some recent construction? Or maybe some updates coming soon? The room itself was fine, but the elevators had some cracks/holes in the wall (outside the elevator not inside), and some general dirtiness around hallway entries from the outside.

    Cleanliness of the room was horrible, the bathroom was dirty(yellow stains and hair in sheets and towels). Most of the tables we dusty. We also got stuck on the elevator while staying at the hotel as well. Potential to be better just wasn’t the best.

    We have stayed here several times when we visit our daughter. It appears to be a nice location as far as businesses around the hotel. This visit both elevators were not working. The ice machine on the second floor is not working. Our room #230, the refrigerator knob is missing and the temperature is stuck on high, freezing all our items inside. Door knobs are missing inside the bathroom. Our last visit the bathroom ceiling light was not working. The rooms need attention as far as repairs. The hotel itself is acceptable.

    We arrived we got the room. The first thing that happens is that my 14-year-old daughter gets locked up in the bathroom because the bathroom door did not have a door knob on the inside. She spent anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour locked inside a restroom until they finally came and knocked down the door to get her out, but even then I had to call the front desk about two or three times and recorded the whole situation just to make sure that we don’t get charged for that door. They should’ve acted faster but decided to do everything themselves.

    The room was in damaged and poor condition. The door didn’t even lock! You could open it with no key!! Not safe!! The bed and pillows were gross. The pillows has bed bug protectors on them which made me think that there may have been a bug problem. We slept fully dressed. The breakfast was the only bright spot!

    Room was dirty at arrival. A lot of strange activity happening throughout the hotel. My daughter’s cheer team was there for competition and men were putting their ears on the peep holes to listen to the girls. Men Constantly walking around the hallways as well. So felt very unsafe. Also random individuals would come in to hotel lobby late at night and hangout and use the the hotel restroom. One person got arrested in the lobby as well.

    First, the lobby smells good until you get to the elevator and room. The hotel is in a good location of Fort Worth 10-16 min to Stockyard Arena, and Sundance etc. However, the rooms were not as appealing. The room was not clean, hair on the sheets, tub with a black ring, hot water was warm water day 1 by day 2 there was no hot water. Told the staff as we were leaving out to attend a concert after having to wash up quickly to coming back still no hot water. Told the staff again no changes room or hot water. I also asked for towels and washcloths hoping we would be able to shower eventually but was given towels and cloths that were stained. Which as a hotel chain they should always have fresh linen and towels. They make enough money to do so. We ended up going to a friends near by to shower. Told the staff on day 3 as were checking out and because I used 3rd party they could not reimburse me. I paid for an early check-in for 1pm but we arrived due to flight delay after 4pm. Because I didn’t check in early the staff offered to reimburse me the $10 and send me Points for my stay to use in the future as a refund. She said she would text me everything. I was leaving out to catch my flight with bags in my hand so I couldn’t check then but trusted she would refund me the $10 (which she never did) and I never received any points. Was very unhappy with this stay, the room and the unethical practice of lying to quiet me and never making it right. No more Laquinta for me

    From entering our room we noticed one of the beds looked as if it had been slept in and after inspecting it, the linens were dirty. I went to front desk to ask if our bed could be changed while we were out shopping. Got back to the room for bed to not be changed, went back to the front desk, i was told that cleaning staff stated they were not doing any jobs other than what they already had so front desk brought new linen for us to change!! Very Unprofessional!!

    There was no hot waTer to shower. I only shared my room for my daughter and we both had to take cold showers when it was in the 50s outside. The sink faucet was very loose and you could not put stopper up in the sink. The pillows were flat and square. I had to buy my own pillow from target. I booked 2 rooms for me and my daughter and her husband over the holiday and they also had no hot water.howater.

    We all loved the Texas shaped waffle maker! We had plenty TEXAN waffles for bfast! Hot breakfast was enough to repeat the same spread for a few days. Great value for the money we paid! Some hiccups here and there but staff responded very quickly and problems resolved 👍 Definitely chose la Quinta over other establishments! 👍

    I awoke my second night at the hotel to someone entering my room, but the safety latch kept them from entering. They had a key card to unlock the door. Ten minutes later they were doing it again and banging on the door. Both times I pushed the door closed and engaged the lock. I called the front desk to alert them someone was trying to enter my room. They asked if I was room _ _ _ and I said yes. The hotel's computer system had me listed as a no-show because I arrived the first night after midnight, even though I had notified them in advance I would be arriving after midnight. Their system had the room listed as available. It was difficult to fall back asleep after this. When I arrived the first night, the clerk at the front desk asked me not to prop any exterior doors open if I had to retrieve anything from my car. He said the doors being left open at night had caused problems. So I thought someone was trying to break into my room in the middle of the night when they rented my room to another guest. Also my key card did not let me back into the room the next morning when I returned from breakfast in the lobby. The hotel still had not fixed the issue that I was in fact registered and staying in the room. The hotel is in bad shape. I would not stay there again.

    We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the vast and only compliant has been key issues. This time the smoke smell was terrible we asked for the Ozonater to help with the smell and the smoke alarm started chirping in the night and did not stop. There’s in the living area would not stay in a position to see it had to use a pillow. The smell never went away and was strong and the last night the smoke alarm chirped all night! Does no good to call the desk since the person is by themselves and cannot do anything. Our keys did not work on the very back door and in the evening when I called to let in the desperation said could not help. Seriously! So last night when we had an 8 hour drive the next day. No sleep thanks to the chirping alarm. My husband reported all this and was told he would get a call from the manger but had not heard from yet. Will be staying elsewhere.

    Arrived Thursday, water was running real slow, next morning, no water, shower, toilet, no water at all. Mind you I’m visiting in town for 5 days. Booked online, third party. So I don’t make a fuss about it, until I check out, because the staff kept telling me the manager will be here from 9am to 10am. Manager is sweet, offers me rewards points for a free night, sweet! But no, I expect my money back for the days the hotel had no way, if not all of it. Very dirty blankets, asked for room service at 10am, left for a family outing, called to see if anything was done, she said no, she didn’t get my request. I have a phone log, keeps times and dates of when I call. She didn’t have anything to say. Breakfast wasn’t great. One staff was real creepy, I come in with my family from the car, of course you need a keep to enter; which I have. We always take the stairs cause it was the second floor, right off the elevator. As we’re going up the stairs, he runs to see who we are, and I’m like “can we help you,” he’s like “oh, no.” What was all that for? That was very weird and it made my family feel uncomfortable. Great location, mall restaurants, but the staff is creepy, lazy, a lot don’t understand English. The rooms weren’t clean. Mold on chair, table, suites didn’t have sinks or wetbar. WiFi was slow. Pool closed. It was a lot going on.

    This experience was terrible, my partner and I spend 30mins cleaning our room because it was disgusting, had to buy new bedding cause questionable stains everywhere, then the worst roaches! I mean like the stay we killed like 8 of them. They refused to give us a refund till we spoke to the manager but the whole stay she was “unavailable” everytime we called or walked to the front. So we were forced to stay because we didn’t want to miss out on the money we spent. We tried to avoid staying in our room to till we come back to have a place to rest our head. Man this truly sucked. But I’m waiting to hear back from Someone to get accommodated for our unpleasant stay here.

    The pool water was a little murky but we swam at the very end of the day. Our king suite was on the first floor right next to the pool so the living room portion was quite noisy at times but the bedroom was quieter. The bedroom window was directly across from a sports bar. That was noisy with traffic at times but tolerable.

    The LaQuinta Cityview was a nice convenient place for us to stay. The staff was courteous. Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, and waffles were offered along with juice, cereal and mini-muffins. Beds were ok. The only thing I wish was better was the lighting in the bathroom. I like a bright bathroom and this wasn't. I also would have preferred more water pressure, and the shower head was kind of low. I'm average height but I can imagine the trouble a tall person (over 6 ft) would have with it.

    My reservation was clearly for 3 ppl 2 adults. 1 child age 12. The sight specifically asks for the age of thebchild infact it will nlt let you proceed to the next step w/o that info. And for 2 adults and a child of 12 it completely perplexes me as too how why those e people would be assigned a room with 1 bed and no other place to sleep he 3rd. Person. Why would a room like that even be offered for this group especially since it is sux a big deal tl give the age of the child???????? So if anyone can explain the idiotic logic in that id be grateful. Also i understand the need for asking about handy cap issues. But i have stayed at a lot lf hotels and NOT ONE TIME have i been told that because the handy cap option was selected (Which was accidental in the first place) that the room was then moved drom a sweat that would sleep 3 comfortably to a room that is for just 2 pll with one bed and no other sleeping option. Everytime we have used hotels.clm there is ALWAYS some issue with our reservations. So already didn't loke using this sight but from now on ill go out of my way to use a different site.

    I reserved a *Handicapped accessible room. My son is handicapped/in a wheelchair. The room was not reserved as a handicapped room when we arrived at the property. We cannot use a regular room. I called the property before booking, I left a message on the website before arriving to the property. The were able to provide a handicapped accessible room after me pleading with them but the linens on the fold out couch were dirty. I changed them. Then, the Lift chair at the pool was broken and torn up, after telling me on the phone that it was in working order. Will not stay there again.

    My room was filthy the pull out couch had food and stains all on the sheets and blankets. When it was time to shower I pulled a towel out and there was nothing but stains and hair. I called the front desk if I can get more clean towels and he said yes but if I wanted them I’d have to go get them myself. Very inconvenient. It was not my fault the room and linens were dirty and not washed. The room had stains everywhere dirty doors. The easiest things that can be cleaned were not. Our bed also had stained blankets and sheets. Yes I know some stains are hard to get out but for everything to be stained and look so filthy is ridiculous. The service for the morning staff at the front desk needs more customer service training. Never again will I stay here nor recommend to ANYONE. The only nice part was plenty of parking and the man that worked the night shift was very nice and welcoming.

    Dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. There is mold everywhere, dust, and residue that has been there for I don’t know how long. Breakfast was terrible and wasn’t served one day because the kitchen never showed up. Pool was closed probably due to weather and first floor power went out so no elevator or water. They would run out of coffee almost immediately and it wasn’t good anyways.

    Pool was not usable , hallways smelled like marijuanna, tvs were very small. You could see holes behind the tv in the living room area.     The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower and poop marks in the toilet bowl. Towles were ragged. AC setup was weird and not easy to set the temp and the circulation fan did not work. Maintenance has not repaired a wall paint large chip and floor baseboards in bathroom were coming off and dirty. I would give the bed a 7 rating.

    What would need improvement is. 1. no coat hangers in the room and front desk said they were aware that they needed to buy more, 2.the installed mirror over the sink in the bathroom was nice but way to close to the water faucet preventing the water from freely flowing 3. the TV remote - only certain functions would work - had to turn off/on and adjust volume manually at the TV. and last - our room 200 over looked a strip mall - there was late night partying in the parking room - loud talking / noise, music and cars going up and down. Not something the hotel can maybe manage but still annoying. Thanks

    The air conditioning was awful and very noisy. I told the front desk to look at it, but they never did. For breakfast, there were very little options, and it was all done by 8:30.     The hotel was convenient for us and was walkable to restaurants. The hotel is a little run down but the room was good. It was very loud during our stay also

    I will say, the staff had the best customer service. If I stayed it would only be bc of them. But the rooms and elevator were so old. The room was old and reaked of smoke. I know they probably did their best to clean but it js didn’t look up to par especially with the smell.

    The pool was green and closed. Breakfast was disgusting. Milk was expired for -0 days. No more available. Bagels had mold spots. The breakfast area was dirty. Gas station next store was cleaner. Lots of trash sat in hallways. Homeless people propped open doors so they could enter. When staff was notified they said ok. It kept happening.

    The hotel is run down. Elevator has a bar broken and is a hazard. The door keys didn’t work easily. The shower curtain has mildew on it. Water would run very hot and then cold. The mattress was too small for the box it was on. Remote would turn tv on and change volume but not channels.

    I arrived at 3:15 for a 3:00 check in. Room was not ready. I was told it would be about a 30 min wait. The women’s bathroom in the lobby had no paper towels. I reported this to a custodian but she didn’t understand English. The TV in my room didn’t work.

    Breakfast was only so-so. Waffle batter was too thick and difficult to get to come out and not enough in container to fill the waffle iron. Ran out of coffee with still over an hour left for breakfast time. Eggs were not good either. Also water in shower did not maintain a constant temperature. Got colder and hotter while showering. Bed was comfortable though, and location was convenient with several restaurant/bar options close by.

    I had a few issues here. My room neighbors were noisy, (I could hear their tv and his snoring like they were in my room). The bar close by was very loud at night. My key hardly worked…. I had a bathroom light was out. And even with my do not disposing out, was interrupted by housekeeping. I won’t be staying here again.

    This place was noisy. They took that too many people in the Jacuzzi in the pool. I wasn’t able to use it. There was drinking in a pool eating in a pool all things that are unacceptable very disappointed.

    property is about the condition you would expect for the price. Basic and a little run down with some things that need repair. However, the service was exceptional and the place was very clean, which is what I really care about. There's many food and drink options within walking distance so I'll certainly stay here again.
