I frequently stay in this hotel when I’m in town. Great location, quiet and safe. The hotel rooms have ceiling fans which I view as a n added luxury. Beds are comfortable, place is always clean and the staff is outstanding. Breakfast is absolutely incredible. Love this place!

Very quiet, clean rooms, great fitness and pool facilities! A simple but filling breakfast and we also got a bonus complimentary meal on Wednesday evening. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and wished we could stay longer.

When I arrived, it seemed nice as I was greeted and checked in without any issues. However, the remote batteries were dead, I guess because the tv wouldn’t turn on and we needed extra towels. When I went out to visit family the next day I informed the staff of these issues and I also stated how my linen needed to be changed. While out, I received a message advising my room had been serviced. When I returned that evening, my trash was still full, yes the tv was on so the remote batteries had been replaced, my linen had not been changed and there was a large clear trash bag with clean towels left on the kitchen table so my room had NOT been serviced as I was told. If that’s what they call “serviced” then that’s pathetic!

We had a great stay!! The hotel is clean, spacious and in a convenient area!! Definitely recommend!! We will be back!!

The breakfast each day varied slightly, but had very good healthy choices along with some good old home cooking of traditional breakfast meals. The value for the money was great. Even though my booking was confirmed by booking. com , they cancelled it and the staff member was exceptionally rude..they are complete fraud

We booked the 1 bedroom suite. Loved how spacious it was. Nicely decorated and ceiling fan in bedroom. Front-desk staff very attentive and nice. Loved the little snack store.

Wonderful staff, great customer service, clean spaces, good sized room, good location. Pillows need to be upgraded. Room could use an upgrade, as well.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were large, well appointed, and very comfortable. Not much within walking distance. It isn’t a reason to not stay, but you need a car or Uber to get to shopping or dining.

Beds were comfortable and they accommodated for our family with adjoining rooms. Close to some great restaurants. Lots of chlorine in the pool and there was an issue with the credit card machine. Property is not easy to get too from the highway.

I stay in the CityView (CV) area of Fort Worth maybe 10x annually. I usually get the best value hotel in CV. I will try to get Homewood from now on. The rooms are roomier and very nice. Parking is very easy. The breakfast is the best out of the area hotels. The dining area is spacious. The workout room is small but adequate.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott next door 2 days before, and this place is a lot better and was cheaper. Rooms are huge here, the breakfast was very good, but the people working at Homewood Suites were the best. Not sure if Marriott had a breakfast, all the their employees were sitting down doing nothing.

The stay at the hotel was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was by far the best we have had yet. The only thing that I feel the hotel could improve on is the cleanliness of the indoor pool.

Very nice property and staff. The hotel was nice and clean, and had a wonderful scent. I particularly liked the added touch of the complimentary wine down Wednesday soup and salad in the evening hours. That reminded me of what some hotels do in other countries during tea time. This place was a 5star service from the front desk until to bathroom lol. Just everything was a breathtaking nice showers with hot water. The beds was comfortable. The kitchen area was nice and clean.

Good little kitchenette for extended stays.

I was looking forward to the room I reserved being pretty and with red furniture. That's what the picture on website shows when I reserved it. Unfortunately the room was pretty depressing. A gray couch, gray flooring with no carpet or ottoman as pictured on website. I went back to front desk to ask if there was a other room that was updated or close to looking like the room I reserved. I was told no, everything was already booked. It seemed like I was bothering the front desk staff by asking for a different room. I would have left to another hotel had my elderly mother not been with me. The $350 plus I paid for two nights for an ALL gray living area was a waste of money.

A very convenient Hotel off of the highway. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, Target is close by. Rio Mambo right around the corner. At the hotel, they have good breakfast. A pool. The staff up front and the diner and housekeeping are all very nice people. The only downside is that I did not see any recycling bins in the area.

Our room was spacious, and comfortable. We really appreciated how clean our room was. We have stayed at a few hotels in the City View/ Ben Brook area this hotel is by far our favorite.

My neighrs were a bit loud but i dont know if thst is a hotel problem or a neighbor problem. Would like an actual bathroom fan though, helps so much with humidity. Id still stay here again though

Don’t believe the photos. I booked an extended stay here based on the pictures instead of a VRBO home. The pictures made it look homey and comfortable. Well, they’ve redecorated and took half the furniture out. The living room only had a small loveseat which didn’t have enough space for both my daughter and I to relax and watch tv. It was wasted space we werent able to use. The kitchen is tiny and so is the dining table. It worked but is small. The bedroom and bathroom areas are typical hotel style. While the staff was nice and accommodating, the “suite” just wasn’t as advertised. I might as well have booked a regular room and saved some money

The employees are fantastic. It is super pet friendly. The room and hotel were clean and trendy. My only complaint was that the bed was HARD. I felt like Rose on that piece of wood in that movie Titanic. By night 2 I wished I was Jack and had been pushed into the ocean.

I reserved this suite for a 10 day stay based on the pictures shown on the website. It looked homey and comfortable so I chose it over an Airbnb home. Big mistake. When I got to my room it is nothing like the pictures. No ottoman, no coffee table, no loveseat, just bare bones furniture wise. And this is the “updated” room. Looked nicer before it was updated! I realize they stage the rooms to make them look their best, but this is beyond staging. Website pictures need changed so you know what you’re getting, or should I say not getting.

This hotel was amazing. The cleanliness was a 10. My linens did. It have one stain on any of them. The staff was extremely on point and efficient. The breakfast had more items to choose from and it all was delicious.

Other than the fact that I could hear every step of the people walking around in the room above me, this hotel was nearly perfect.

We were greeted promptly and we were asked if we were members of Hilton awards. We weren’t sure but she said that she could verify with our telephone number. Turns out that we were and received complimentary water bottles! It’s Texas and hot, so we were very thankful. Our room was clean! We were able to get a late checkout which allowed us to spend a little extra time with our grandchildren!

Everything was great except they changed the beds. The hotel put the mattress on a wooden platform. The beds/mattresses were so comfortable before . If you love a comfortable mattress this isn’t the best place to stay if you like a very hard mattress sleep this might suite you. This will be a pass for us now. We’ve stayed here many times and enjoyed our stay but the beds now are just too uncomfortable to spend our money.

Well, we arrived later than what I expected but everything was amazing. I mean from the time that we walked in to the door, the receptionist was so friendly and amazingly knowledgeable. I will be staying here again in the future. I can’t wait.

By far the best hotel in this area of town. Don’t go on the cheap, even some “name brands “ in this area are rat traps. The reviews on the cleanliness of this property are spot on. I’d left the Hilton brand for a while because of their deterioration of properties. Looks like they are rebounding.

Cons: I had issues with my key card demagnetized and not being able to use it. Front desk said my phone demagnetized it. Ive never had that happen before.

The only downside was the elevator not working on the last two days of our stay, we did use the primary elevator, it was just a bit tedious due to having smaller ones

Nice clean spacious room. Only complaint would be the shower head dribbled. Needed to be replaced.

Clean!!

The only issues we had were very small cosmetic things. Our bathroom light would flicker, only one of the kitchen light switches worked, the toilet was hard to flush, there was no way to dim any of the lights in the room and the pillows were very flat. Nothing to complain about. We used the outdoor fire pit to make S’mores with our grandchildren. We got our moneys worth out of the pool. Oh the temperature in the pool was a little colder on some days than others. Over all we had a great time and would highly recommend especially for families.

Our room slept 6, but only had 2 chairs by the table in the kitchen area, so don’t plan on eating any meals in the room if you have more than 2 in your group. Other than that the room was clean, and the staff nice was super nice.

Staff was great, room was clean, and area was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
