Everything was good! Very quiet , clean room . I was able to rest well and the free parking and breakfast made it even better !

Breakfast was ok. Free parking. Room was spacious, but I would have rather had a nice updated room than a big couch. The elevator was extremely slow. Only 2 for a big hotel, so we spent way too much time waiting for an elevator. My room wasn’t cleaned the second day. They turned off the water in the middle of the night for repairs. I woke up and was so thirsty… was desperate to drink sink water..only to realize no water. Hotel needs a major update.

There was power outage in the building. The staff could have called the individual room and updated us what happened or what was happening. But there was absolutely no communication. When I check out, the front desk lady took my email and said she would email me the receipt. It has been 24 hours and no email as yet.

I do believe someone from the Hotel could have provided info to us about the status of the electricity. I turned my key, wasn't told thank you, come back, sorry about the electricity or anything. That's the time for some customer service, communication. Before this I would have given them EXCELLENCE!

Our room was extremely humid and warm. Our water in the room went out for a while, they gave us bottled water to accommodate. Our window shade was broken so our room was dark the whole time, could have been the opposite which would have been worse.

Room was clean and bed was decent. Bathtub facet was falling out and shower head leaked terribly. We needed to check out 1 day early and the clerk didn't know how to check us out then all of a sudden she said ok you are checked out which was a lie, she just didn't care and wanted to get back to sitting in the office.

We stayed there 3 weeks in a row, with our dog, while he was undergoing radiation at the Veterinary Specialists hospital on the next street over. We had three different rooms and all three were very clean and smelled fresh. The beds were all comfortable, which is important to us. And the rooms on three different floors were all very quiet during the night. The breakfast there is one of the best complimentary breakfasts we've ever had at a hotel, and I have traveled a lot in the past ten years. Also, all of the staff was very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the swimming pool and the hotel was pretty nice. The beds are hard and we had a rough night with their feathered pillows. Our son had an allergic reaction to them.

We had a great stay, including our dog. Very clean and smelled fresh. Quiet. Great beds. The best we've slept on in a hotel in a long time. Very nice complimentary breakfast - lots of good choices.

They wouldn’t accommodate Me

Single king bed plus large L couch that also had pull out bed option. Room layout is great. Nice TV think it was a 55” and channel menu easy to navigate. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Complimentary breakfast bar has perfect mix. Cold lemon water in dispenser at front door is a nice touch. Great value for the price and close to Target Costco and a short drive to / from TCU. Will stay here again. 2 thumbs up.

The hotel is showing its age and prob needs to be renovated. Old light switches etc have been retired in most hotels for over 20 years now. This like of attention to detail is not normally an issue for Hyatt brand hotels that have have stayed lately.

Everything, room was very clean and excellent facilities. Breakfast fantastic options and nice surroundings to sit. Staff very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Nothing at all.

We had no water for a while. It was right before getting ready for the wedding we were invited. This really affected our experience.

They over charged me … I was charged double and the stuff was MOT HELPING… The lady manager is very rude and acted as if she didn’t care. Im on day 6 and still can’t get my refund! Corporate trued calling her too and she NEVER available…

I can’t say much about actually staying at this hotel because when I arrived for check-in they told me they were out of rooms and had overbooked. I booked and prepaid in FEBRUARY for an April visit. They did send us across the street to the Holiday Inn Express - which was fantastic and accommodating, but they couldn’t have bothered to call or email and tell us that we would need to stay elsewhere. What was the point of paying 2 months in advance? The gentleman at the front desk was rude, wasn’t apologetic, nor did he see an issue with just sending us across the street. We booked because this hotel had good reviews and was recommended by the event we were attending. I didn’t expect to get sent across the street with a note. Would never choose to book this hotel again. Photo for proof that I booked in February.

Location was great for where we needed to be and close to numerous restaurants and shops. Felt like we'd gone back in time 20 years. Room was dated and dirty. Hand soap had been used and put back in the box as if new. Coffee machine was dirty. Bathroom was so small.

If it wasn’t for the manager Tiffany at the Hyatt place I would’ve been without a place to stay. Property is amazing. One of the best.

I called before booking and asked about early check-in because we was driving down to attend a funeral and needed somewhere to change the lady I spoke with said as long as the room was available they could accommodate that and I would needed to pay if I checked in early before 10am. We drove straight to the hotel to check-in and change it was 10:45am. The lady at the front desk just keep telling us no we can’t check in early, finally she would allow us but stated it would be an extra $75 on an already over priced room. I told her no thank you and we drive to the funeral to change. We later came back and check in that evening. The next morning we were eating breakfast and a card on the table stated check in early or out late for Hyatt members, I am I Hyatt member. Why don’t that lady tell us that. When checking out she was rude, short and on the phone but stated she was on hold. I don’t know if I want to come to this location

We did not eat breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that it took a while for the water to get hot. I did mention that and they said that when the hotel is full that sometimes happens. I would stay there again.

These beds were the most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid in. The AC unit was so loud it was impossible to concentrate.

Check-in was quick and easy. I thought our room was fairly clean, The hotel staff both evening/night, and morning staff were very nice and accommodating. This hotel has plenty of restaurants and stores right next door! That is a huge plus. The breakfast was Ok, not the best but its Free so that was fine. Overall we would book this hotel again.

My expectations are low - room must be clean, sanitary, and with basic necessities. Highlights of our stay: COCKROACHES, NO AC, run down room, terrible customer service (except for Sam - he was kind and sweet). AC in our room did not work. The room was so hot we barely slept. The heat triggered a severe migraine for me and a headache for the other guest. We were never told about AC issues at check-in. In the morning, we told the front desk about it, but we felt completely dismissed despite staff admitting they knew there was a problem and were sending maintenance to fix it. They said they did not know the night before (but they miraculously knew the morning we brought this up???) I don't have proof, but I think they hoped we wouldn't notice. I asked them for a resolution/options - they offered NOTHING. They said AC would be fixed. I asked for fans if it wasnt. They said they didnt have any. I emailed hotel manager - never heard back. AC was NOT fixed - we had another terrible night (it was hot in the 80s). Next night - we got moved to another room - AC worked at first, but stopped mid-night. And then there was the cockroach! And not a small one! it was gigantic - over 2in long, sitting on the bathroom wall. it was traumatic! The room was run down: bedding with holes and stains, wrinkled carpet, broken chairs. Our stay was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise looking elsewhere!

I really appreciated the night clerk moving me to a quieter room. The breakfast quality was good with fresh cooked food and the woman running the breakfast room was friendly; this factor will probably result in my return to this hotel in the future. Also, my room was clean. My initial room assignment had a noisy AC unit, but that was quickly remedied.

We’ve been travelling from the East Coast to the West Coast and this was the best value yet! Large bedroom, suites, very clean and a fantastic breakfast to wake up to in the morning! Got to go to the Texas roadhouse as well, which was amazing! Definitely would stay there again

The water stayed cold for most of my shower. The employee at the desk was not sure how to add an extra night to keep me in the same room . My key did not work on the morning of check out before it was check out time . The cold water was a huge issue

The housekeeping manager or manager i dont know what she was, kicked us out of thrl pool right at closing time and told my boyfriend he shouldnt have is trailor parked in the parking lot and people could steal it. She ruined our stay and our vacation. That woman ruined our stay

Hotel was easy to get to and from... but the hotel itself is dated and needs updates, I think. 1) i had to change rooms because the AC was not working 2) my new room's shower took about 10-15mins to warm up 3) the drinking glasses in my room were cloudy 4) breakfast was okay, but the hot food was dry

We were in a hurry to get somewhere after we checked-in, so we just took the room. However I felt deceived and taken advantage of. This is my second questionable stay at this same hotel in a year. Don't think I’ll be back.

Went for my son’s soccer tournament and it was very good for what we were looking for. Good location and dining options around. However, bedding/sheets were not comfortable and could be better.

First time a hotel changed my room to be feather free without any hiccups. The flat floor shower was great with the wall soap, shampoo and conditioner. The large tv was a plus. But theking bed was uncomfortable. It was not stable and easily put divits in matress.

Perfect to visit both Dallas and the stockyards. Very quiet. Room Fits my whole family of 6, everyone was very nice and accommodating. The white wine I bought from the bar was delicious. Clean, comfortable. Great breakfast spread. Has a small pool for downtime and my teenage kids can walk to Target.

Stayed there while we in the process of moving. I made a mistake and only booked one night instead of two and they accommodated us with an extra night even though the hotel was full

Updated and clean rooms. Well appointed and comfortable. Ten min drive to TCU. Breakfast options were very basic and not the greatest but it was presented nicely and felt clean.

Good location. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be bathroom, shower tile needed a good cleaning, door was a bit damaged, splintered wood and a bit of black mold.

Booked a king room and when we arrived there were none available.

We were put in room on ground floor by the side outside door, it closed loudly one to three times each hour until 11 or 12 am

well besides getting my truck broke into one night and them stealing bags and jackets out of my truck and keying the side of my truck that was just fixed is very disappointing so that was not a good trip. The hotel is very nice but my concern is was i in a safe area. the evening that my truck was broke into so was three others.

The hotel is in a quiet but very convenient location. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The included breakfast was generous. Highly recommended!

Great location plenty of restaurants surrounding the area and fun things to do. Most of the workers were kind and friendly except one night receptionist was extremely rude when we asked for a drink from the bar he told us it was last call at 10:45 but he never called last call And when we stated that he was very rude and it was only going to be our second drink as we were sitting quietly just amongst one another chatting they should really have a sign if the bar closes at 10:45

Excellent room

Everything was great. Rooms were large and excellently kept. Location was a little tricky but manageable once you learned how to get in and out. Breakfast was fine and just enough to give you a good start of the day. Staff was courteous and attentive. Beds were excellent. Which they provided water in the room. Toilets were terrible to flush, assume they were low water uses. Need to do several flushes, ugh. Despite those minor issues would stay again.

The bed was imposible to sleep in...very unconfortqble.

Mattress in poor condition, bed was lumpy and did not sleep well. Shower/bath fixtures need replacing along with the shower curtain which would not stay completely closed. The tub is old and a death trap. Front desk extremely professional and courteous.

The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. The staff greeted us each time we arrived and had a smile on their face. A fire alarm went off at 6:45a on Saturday morning and no one could explain the issue. My family and I evacuated the room to find out it was a false alarm. The staff was not prepared to handle the fire alarm. My family and I were unable to go back to sleep after the fire alarm. Room was not turned over till late in the evening. Compensation is needed for Saturday

It was a nice property, however, during my last stay there was a fire alarm issue and the hotel lost power the morning of my last night. I had to get ready for work without electricity (lights).

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and valued. Along with the easy parking and abundance of dining and shopping option close to the hotel, this is a fantastic place to stay. Our room was spacious and clean as well

Hotel was nice and a good spot. The only thing i suggest is better pillows. Everything else i was happy with.

There’s no microwave in the room! The place was dusty and moldy and just outright disgusting!! This was my first and last!! Breakfast was ok but the sofa was ripped, the sheets with stuff on them and the mildew and dust! How could you receive customers in such condition?!

Air conditioner did not work, soap in the shower smelt terrible, not the cleanest.

My brother sugguested this hotel so we booked it for a short getaway. Upon arrival it look old compatrdto online pictures. We stay in hotels often as my daughter enjoyed it. This my second time bringing our puppy and my first time having an issue checking out. Unaware of the pet fee because i stsyed at a nicer Hyatt PIace the previous week with no pet fee. Iwas charged and no one said anything when i checked in with the puppy. Front desk clerk was going to wave the fee at the end of the stsy after explaination, but went speak with the young lady who checked me in and argued why didnt i say something when i first got there? Ma'am i walked in with my puppy, if i knew it was an issue i would have sent the puppy with my brother to up the street overnight. The attitude given at the end of the trip was uncalled for and they could of waived the fee for the miss understanding. I was told third party companies will advertise false information to get the sale. I will never go to this hotel again.

Awful

We were in town dealing with some family needs. This property is centrally located, clean, quiet and close to everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. The lobby also had plenty of snack needs. It is close to a Target, banks, restaurants and was clean/quiet. We will certainly return if we are back in Fort Worth.

Everything was wonderful except the beds are not very comfortable. That would be our only complaint. Staff was awesome.

Great roomy suite-like rooms, fantastic breakfast and dining area. Pool and workout areas very nice. Slow elevator and poor channel selection on Direct TV. But those are minor! I would definitely stay there again.

No one would answer at the front desk. No linens in the room for the sofa bed. Had to chase someone down to get them! Desk clerk was playing on her phone and not answering the phone! Ac barley worked and room smelled musty.

We never got to stay at the Hyatt. They were overbooked so they relocated us to a different place. Which was an awful experience. It was in a different area than we wanted to be in, the couch was dirty and stained, the pull out was not comfortable at all, the room came with no bedding in it for pull out, the elevator was broken. They said it was a hotel similar to theirs and it was not. I was actually scared, especially when I had to walk up the back stairs with my son to reach the floor our room was on. It felt creepy. So the Hyatt place was very disappointing. I did not sleep well because I did not feel relaxed there at all.
