It was a very clean comfortable and super quiet hotel. There was a lower floor with lots of noise and people complaining but thankfully my floor was quiet. I was facing the highway and the highway noise was not bad. There was many sitting areas that had such a nice vibe going. Had not one complaint about the hotel. A Tex Mex restaurant was just walking distance, that made things so convenient.

The hot tub had a 4 inch line of scum. The AC would not cool off the room. No microwave in the room.

They put us in a room across from the customer laundry. The door slammed to that room at least 200 times from 4:30 pm and up to around midnight. The walls are so thin whoever was above us stomped around into the wee hours of the morning. We thought it was construction going on outside. If we stay here again it wont be in that room!!!!

This hotel was top notch! Very clean. Courtyard had firepit every morning and night. Comfy beds!

We booked 2 nights. We then tried to alter that reservation but the hotel said we couldn't bc it was booked through a third party. When we checked in, we confirmed with the concierge/clerk that it was a 2 night stay. So we continued on as planned. However, in the middle of the conference we were leading, the hotel contacted us and told us we needed to vacate the room as we had only booked it for one night. When I explained the situation, the Marriot employee wasn't making sense. She said "sorry- we are sold out so you either need to come get your stuff or pay us to stay an additional night." I didn't understand how we could pay for an additional night if they were sold out. When I called her on the fact that this was a problem of their own doing, she insisted I come get my stuff. So my wife left our conference and returned/ gathered our stuff in order not to make a fuss. But we paid for 2 nights and only received 1. This was just narrow-minded leadership and poor customer service.

We love this place! This was our 2nd time staying here and it was great. The location, staff, & room were excellent. Plenty of places to shop & eat at near the hotel and within walking distance. Will definitely be back! PS: Love the upgrades that were made to the facility! Maybe the bar can stay open a little longer.

I enjoyed my staff…. I came in town to go to the Brandy and Monica concert. My check in was good and the lady that check me in treated me with kindness and help out with all the questions I had about the surrounding area.

The breakfast was great, location was perfect for our stay, and the staff were very helpful and kind. Loved our stay, but there was a roach that visited while I was taking a shower!

She behaved like she was not happy dealing with guests. This was my third visit and the culture felt even more unfriendly. They don’t understand that the person walking in the front is basically writing their paycheck. People don’t need to put up with any ugly behavior when there are a lot of other nearby choices.

The areas inside the hotel were not picked up. Lots of trash, empty bottles and cups in the hallway on the floors and seating areas around the lobby. Dinner was not good and the kitchen was out of a lot of the options. The staff were super nice and helpful and the courtyard outside was super nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the made to order omelette was delicious! However, the TV volume was preset to a low volume and was not adjustable. The bed was ultra firm and a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice weekend stay.

We did enjoy our room which was a nice size, cozy, and very comfortable bed. However, our first impression was at check-in where we arrived after check in time, but we were informed we couldn’t be checked in due to system issues that had been going on for a day according to the hotel staff. I loved how the rooms were spacious! The beds were so comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. They did have a small Starbucks shop inside so that was nice. The location was great with lots of restaurants and store options. They had a great outdoor set up. Our Fridge did not work at all, and a lot of our food we had went spoiled. We could hear all the door slams in the middle of the night from inside our room. The breakfast option. There was either a Waffle or Omelet. Which was not appealing. They had other bland food for sale that was little over price in the Starbucks shop. The T.V outside did not work, which is not a deal breaker.

Nails and debris on the front entry sidewalk from some construction on the front entry canopy! Woke to find that the shower was broken. Had to switch rooms just for a shower. No assistance moving my already unpacked belongings. This made me late to the funeral I flew in to attend. I checked out early. It was pretty musty and gross there.

Upon arrival I did not know the hotel was being renovated and pool being closed which was upsetting because the kids were looking forward to this. After speaking with the Manager Alfredo he listened to my complaints on my stay and made everything right.

For me, not enough light in room. Yes there were lamps. Room and bathroom were too dim. Hard to get ready and look for items I needed with not enough light above me.

The facility was nice just needed some outdoor care in the nice back area where the TV is and the outdoor couches. Carpet in the room felt sticky. Alot of noise above the room all night

A large group of friends stayed here and met up with the entire family from our hometown. We loved getting to catch up in the courtyard with large fire pit and veranda- lots of space to accommodate us and move around easily. Hotel rooms were very comfortable.

Hotel has complimentary omelets and waffles for breakfast, which was a nice surprise. Other menu items are available for purchase. Hotel is clean, reasonable kept up, and convenient to the hospital where my daughter was staying. Staff was fine, though not chatty. I would stay there again.

I was very pleased with my stay. I was traveling alone and felt very safe (I am a 46 yr old woman and have never traveled alone) The only reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness is the carpet had just a few sprinkles that could have used a little stick vac, but nothing I would have complained about other than that 5 🌟...cute little room/hotel..

When we got to the room, it was clean, except the couch and chair were dirty and out of date Denji looking, the wallpaper around the window peeling off, but maybe glued back just not really a high-quality job. And for the most part, the room was good for our need. I just feel like it was very overpriced. We went to use the laundry room because my grandson wasted his drink on his clothes, after I had started the clothes, I noticed the wall behind me had what look like somebody’s green snot smeared all over it gross! Janice was amazing at the omelette station. She was very sweet and kind. The gentleman making waffles seemed irritated and not so friendly. My kids did enjoy the pool so that’s a plus several restaurants and places nearby which was nice as well. Just feel like the price I paid was not worth it. Will definitely stay at a different location next time.

I didn’t get the room I ordered, the staff blame that on Expedia. The shower only trickled the manager parked in the drop off area with extreme cold weather. I’m an airline pilot and spent a lifetime of saying in inexpensive hotels and this was the worst I’ve ever seen

This hotel is filth! We had 3 rooms between all of our family and 2 out of the 3 rooms had cockroaches in them!! There was never hot water for showers. There was a chemical/mold smell in all the rooms. It was just overall not clean and very dirty!

We had a very good stay. I was a bit surprised that the person at the desk was not in any uniform or a shirt representing the hotel and no name tag. He could have been anyone!!! It was a little concerning!

Hotel appears to have been neglected in the areas of deep cleaning and maintenance. Our room had a smoky/musty smell and our bathroom didn’t have hot water either day we were there. Hotel lacked an inviting ambiance and tidiness. Staff was very nice.

The room exceeded expectations. I didnt even know there was a putting green and beat outdoor entertainment area with a fire pit. Those extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay at this location again

These rooms are really dark including the bathroom. So if you have to get ready for something special you may not want to stay here because you can’t see what you are doing. No fan in the bathroom either so all the steam just stays there. Staff at front desk not too friendly. One of the rooms was not ready until 9:30 at night because they were short on staff.

Nice hotel! Our bathroom light went out in our room but it was quite literally fixed the next day. The shower in our room was okay it was hard to pull the plug up to turn the shower on.

We liked everything about it. Good location, dining, shopping etc... You can walk next door, there's a nice Mexican food restaurant. There's everything you need within a 1/2 mile radius. It's a good pick. Also free omelet bar, free waffles in the mornings. indoor pool. Great staff!

Good stay & excellent Omelets made by Janice! That said, a bit much to have to pay for muffins, bread, cereal & fruit. Very expensive to do so. We went to a store to buy oj, bananas, yogurt.

The dining area was one of the cleanest places I’ve sat at in a long time. It makes a difference when people care about their work.

Very professional front desk, the gentleman that signed me in, fast, efficient and friendly. I absolutely will stay here again. The rooms was excellent with all features you would want and more. Clean, accessible and the pool and hot tub are great. Great Job !!

Beautiful property, very nicely decorated and modern. We actually stayed here on our honeymoon 15yrs ago. Still very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly

This was a wonderful place to stay, overall. There needs to be a pillow option of firm and soft in each room instead of giving super soft pillows. The ac was in a terrible spot in the room -blocked by the desk, so the room didn’t get air as quickly cooled down. There needs to be more parking in the front and on the sides, because there really aren’t many spots unless you park in the back -which isn’t safe if you’re a lady or someone with children. The facility itself was very clean, every worker we came across was super friendly and kind, the pool was nice and the pool area wasn’t humid at all which makes it even better. We’d definitely stay here again!

Quiet and easy to get to. Room was clean and amenities were great!

Was nice for the price. Staff was awesome and inviting. Pretty decent little spot. There was a strange underlying smell that seemed to be covered over with a powerful spray or something. Also one staff memeber was smoking a few times right outside in the sitting area which sucked because that smell is gross and messed up the vibe.

Great hotel, it was very clean and well maintained. I reserved a king bed but they gave us two queen. We didn’t mind so we didn’t bother calling the front desk. I would stay here again!

The room was very clean and staff was very professional and courteous. Marriott however had one of the worse breakfast of any hotel we stayed at. Not family friendly at all. Choice was either an omellette or waffles. The omellete is made fresh and very good but no fruit options or cereal for kids unless you paid extra for it. No milk or juices either unless extra charge. No cereal or toast for kids. This hotel is too costly for such limited options. Also room is only cleaned once per 3 day stay (towels are replaced daily though) but the room charge for each day is the same. I've had better breakfast optons at LaQuinta, Holiday Inn and Hamptons.

As usual horrible experience with Hotels.com. I will not bring using them anymore. Complete nonsense and scam.

Great place to stay, room was very cozy and comfortable, staff was very friendly and professional.

Clean, comfortable, convenient stay.

We had a couple problems with our stay. I thought with the high rating we would have had a better stay. Friendly staff. First room my husband got a rash and they changed us rooms. Never got a call from the manager to explain to us what it was from. Never experienced a rash and we travel often.

The room was clean but there were small flies inside the room. It had humidity. I would have liked a full body mirror in the room.

Property was quiet. Staff did not provide details on checkout time, breakfast, etc. - we had to look it up. Outlets by bed too loose to use, had to use the ones by the desk. Otherwise, was great.

Front morning staff had acted like my question was burden. TV didn't work in room. Property was nice and clean.

Friendly guest services at check in which set the tone for our whole stay. Oh, and the courtyard was lovely.

Great service and friendly staff

The hotel was close to an event we were attending. There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There is noise from the highway so beware if you are a light sleeper. The Wi-Fi was down when we checked in at 3pm so we couldn't get our own room keys. A hotel employee had to keep letting us into our room as we had to leave and come back. Wi-Fi didn't restore until 10:45pm but signal was terrible. Luckily, Expedia offered me a credit for the inconvenience since they could not get a hold of the hotel. But we still were able to enjoy free omelets and waffles in the morning. FYI, tips are heavily encouraged by the staff.

Hot tub stayed tore up. Staff at the breakfast were unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by customers.

Safe, and quiet place. Good for people with kids. Pool stayed open 24 hrs, and my kids loved that. Close to good resturants, which is what us adults loved.

The employee at check in was very nice at the front desk. Multiple restaurants and a Specs Liquor in the next packing lot over.

Cons: My husband had on white socks that the bottom was very dirty after walking out n the bathroom floor. I wet a kleenex and rubbed it on the floor and it was black! I put water on the floor and scrubbed it with the bathmat. Sink, tub and toilet seemed clean. I don’t think the floor had been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator smelled like dead animal! The single brew coffee maker still had a brew pack inside it from who knows when The hallways on our floor were not vacuumed the whole week .The only reason we stayed here was because the Hampton Inn on Loop 820 was full. We will not stay here again. Toilet not bolted to the floor!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were super comfy, rooms and restrooms were clean. The maid staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast waffles and omelets were made-to-order by friendly kitchen staff. Sadly the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the front desk were not as friendly. They also didn't explain things in detail, such as, how breakfast ordering and purchases from mini store work. They made me feel like I was disturbing them when asking questions.
